I can safely say that these guys were the best movers I have ever dealt with...by a MILE. They were on time, very friendly, professional, helpful and they worked quickly and our items were not damaged. We could not have asked for any more out of the 3 guys we had. I would recommend them to anyone any time!

Terrance and Scott were fantastic. They were timely, courteous, and professional. They were very quick and careful with all of our stuff. Moving is never fun (especially with an infant and 3 dogs), but Terrance and Scott made the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

They would have arrived on time except that the scheduler had given them the wrong address but they had my cell number and I was able to guide them to my home. They quickly got to work and were actually sprinting from the truck back into the house to get the next piece of furniture. Two guys, very nice, polite, professional. I'd made sure to have everything ready for them, bed taken apart and items ready to move. They finished ahead of time and I ended up paying $70 less than the original estimate.

Excellent, honest...not one thing damaged. Scott runs the company extraordinarily well. We had different individual movers but the service was consistently good between projects. I have several businesses and I would recommend this one without reservation. Tampa Bay is fortunate to have a great choice for moving services.

The original proposal was for a crew of 3 and 1 truck to pack and move all in one day, but I think they underestimated the amount of things to be moved and the time it would take to pack and load. Some details changed between the time of the estimate and the day of moving, but not the amount of things to be packed and moved. Matt and Matt came the afternoon before to start packing and advised that there would only be the 2 of them, so they wanted to get a head start on the packing. As it turns out, it was a good thing they spent that extra couple of hours the day before. They came back at 8:30 the morning of the move and although they worked very hard, the need for the 3rd person became evident. By afternoon it looked like they might not be able to finish the move in one day, because it was taking far longer to pack than they had planned. We talked to the office and they agreed to send over 2 more movers to help load while Matt and Matt finished packing. Even with the extra people, the move still took much longer than anyone anticipated. As far as the work itself, everything was handled professionally, and all 4 movers were very pleasant, respectful and careful. We knew how much we had to move and were prepared for the possibility that it would take longer to pack than estimated in the proposal. Because of that, we were also prepared for the increase in the actual cost. We have a number of items with great sentimental value and our original concern when reading Angie's List reports was that the movers might sacrifice care for speed. That absolutely did not happen. We asked them to be careful and they were. Despite all issues, the overall experience with Rock's Moving was a positive one, and we would not hesitate to use them again. They did everything we asked and did it with smiles on their faces.

They were excellent. They were very honest and polite. Their price was right on what they said approximately it would cost. They showed up right on time. They said it would probably take one truck, but they brought an extra truck. The three men that came loaded the stuff like it was their own. They used their own boxes for my hanging clothes, the ones that we normally have to buy from the movers. They charged me only for the plastic to wrap my furniture in. They used only one roll in the end, so they didn't charge me for the second one. When I moved up here, they were obliging and took out the old washing machine that was there and put in my new machine. They arranged all the furniture in my living room. They took the clothes out of the boxes and hung them in the closets. They took everything and arranged it so that if I needed something I could get it. They didn't just pile all the stuff up. Nothing was damaged when I moved. I have recommended them to several people. I could not believe that they were such nice guys. I had mirrors that had to be put and I called them to say that it had to be put. They told me that they left the mirror because they thought that I might move the dressing table. They told me that they would come and fix it later if I wanted them to. They were very honest.

They moved all the heavy furniture from our upstairs apartment to our new house and they were great. They were prompt, efficient and very organized in how they coordinated and did things. They completed the work in about 2 hours and charged us less than the estimate.

They were excellent and we had a very good experience with them. Two guys came in and worked non-stop and did not take any breaks. They charged us less than what they quoted and we would definitely use them again.

Not great. The good news is that no furniture was damaged. That's actually VERY good news. They used my tax returns as a door stop and left them at the old house. They tried to tell my friend at the old house that they didn't need to bring a box of laminate flooring from the garage. They were sweeping out the truck preparing to leave with my dresser/mirror hardware in their pocket and my trash can lids in the truck. Carried boxes every which way not seeming to care which were marked fragile. The paper they send you makes it sound as if the estimate will be high but it wasn't. Even though I had packed everything myself.

Great! They came, they loaded the contents of the condo, they unloaded everything into the house and placed everything as instructed and even rearranged some pieces of furniture.

These men are courteous, accommodating and STRONG. They had to carry all the furniture down some outdoor stairs from the third floor to the ground floor. They also helped us disassemble a desk and hutch that were too big to move out of a loft with a metal spiral staircase, and miraculously got them down and out to the truck. They helped drop off heavy furniture that was in disrepair at a dumpster, before moving everything else to the new condo. There were many trips up and down the stairs and they always had a smile and a kind word. The dispatcher was helpful when I called, and called back to confirm/remind us of the appointment. She also called afterward to make sure that her crew did a good job, and I told her they were great. We had thought we'd just do the moving ourselves, but I'm so glad I called Rock's Movers. It saved us a lot of backache and aggravation. Next move, they will definitely get a call from us.

They did a great job. Great attitude. Nothing got stolen, lost, or damaged. They were very quick, and safe about it too.

Outstanding!!! Moving day is always a stressful time and Rock's Moving minimized all the anxiety. Rock's Moving suggested packing the small stuff as much as possible into boxes marked with where it is to go, rather than where it came from.

The movers were professional and prompt. They did the work quickly and carefully and left no mess behind.

They did a really good job, and they were great. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. They were quick and courteous. I thought the price was very reasonable.

There was nothing broken or damaged in the move. They were efficient. They helped my daughter take apart a bed. She was delighted with the movers. I was not there when they unloaded or loaded the possessions or furniture, but heard from my daughter that all went well.

They stayed until the job was done moving everything including several large potted plants. They hooked up my washer, dryer & the refrigerator. I will hire them for my next move.

Rock's is the best mover I have ever used. They sent 3 men who asked to view the overall contents of the home, then they organized how best to pack the truck for maximum efficiency. That took all of about 5 minutes, then they started to move. I have never seen movers move as FAST as they did. I have big, heavy antique furniture that they moved as though it was feather-light. They were exceedingly careful with the furniture as well as with the walls as they moved around corners and up the stairs. In addition, the men they sent were very polite, well spoken, and professional. I would give this company my highest recommendation.

We needed to hire movers to move a heavy furniture item with giving them little notice and a tight schedule. Rock's Moving was accommodating to our schedule. We were very impressed that they fit us in on a small job and they were very professional. We would use them in the future.

Two guys showed at my house to move 80 boxes and a three bedroom house at 8:30am and were finished at 1:45pm with nothing broken and everything where it was supposed to go. Took great care of everything from antiques to a 180 lb. plasma TV at an amazing price. Time also included an hour of driving time.

The company had arranged for a time and had to reschedule twice but gave a call to let me know. The price was the best that I found and the quote that they gave me was more then it tuned out to be. I would recommend them.

The estimate was accurate. The truck and crew arrived on time. They wasted no time and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to my friends & use them again. I chose them because of the good record on Angie's List. My expectations were met.

They are great movers, the best in the area. I would use them again.

On a very hot day the three movers worked very hard and very fast. At times it looked like they were actually running down the hallway of the condo building. They arrived a few minutes before the actual scheduled time. It seemed to us that they were more interested in getting the job done quickly than in getting it done professionally. We had just painted all the rooms in our new house and the movers kept banging things into the door frames and walls. I repainted many scrapes and dings after the move. Our large entertainment center came apart during the move so I had to put it back together later. During the move into the house I mentioned more than once about the small damages they were causing. The response each time was the same: "Don't worry about the damages, we're saving you lots of money compared to your estimate." I didn't feel this attitude was appropriate for a company so highly rated on Angie's List. There is no doubt the three guys worked very hard, they should just have been more careful.

These guys were amazing. In the past, I have dealt with other moving companies where "dings" and mistakes are normally made. With Rock Moving, they came in...were punctual, courteous, professional and handled my furniture with care. They moved the furniture from my sixth floor condo to the truck and then to the storage unit with no mishaps. They told me they would be driving the truck cautiously (and they did) in order not to hurt the furniture and completed the delivery successfully. Then, later in the day, I had an unexpected event happen. I ordered a couch from a store and it was scheduled to be delivered on the same day. They arrived, and due to the extra long length of the couch, their delivery guys told me they were unable to fit the couch in the elevator. They also said that due to only having two movers, they were going to have to cancel the delivery and come back with more movers the following week. When I heard this news, I was very upset. I was currently in a condo with no couch. The movers from the store also would not wait for any additional help/resources to come help as they were running late for other deliveries. I decided (even though short notice) to call Rocks Moving. I told Rocks my dilemma. They told me they would send over two movers who would arrive in 30 minutes and that they'd move the couch. I told the store this news and they left the couch in my condo lobby! The Rocks movers arrived on time and helped move the couch up SIX flights of stairs! This was done in a 15 minute period---amazing. I can't thank these guys enough and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. I am over customer care operations for a company, and its so important to acknowledge good customer service when you see it. Rocks Moving is the best I've seen. You will experience the best customer care by using this company.
