Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I have used Rock's Moving and,again, I was very happy with their work. The gentlemen who showed up for the job were very professional and worked through a very hot day and 3 flights of stairs and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

Description of Work: I had a small move and it went great. They didn't treat my move as a side project because the profit margin was small. They treated me and my few belongings as if this was a major move. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire again.

Description of Work: They move us very efficiently. I have used many moving companies in the past. This is the first time I was very happy and satisfied. They were faster than any company I have ever used. Although they were more expensive per hour than others I have hired, I saved overall based on efficiency. I was pleasantly surprised to pay less overall. And my in-laws who told me we were overpaying for movers were shocked that we paid less and had more things to move than they did. We paid $150 less overall.

Description of Work: I've hired Rock's Moving Co. twice in the last month - the first time was to move my belongings from a rental house and the second was to move the contents of our storage unit to our new home. The two teams were fast, professional (took good care of our items as they were transported), and exceedingly polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company - they are terrific and their rates were very good too!

Description of Work: Called and asked for a quote. Receptionist VERY professional and helpful. The pick up time / schedule from another company was better for me. Would definitely call Rock's back if needed in the future.

Description of Work: I would use Rock's again in a heartbeat. They were on time, professional, courteous, and the total came in BELOW the estimate by 20%. They sent 3 gentlemen and a truck, loaded all my home's contents (I had packed myself), and unloaded at our new location. They protected our large pieces of art so that there was no breakage. They were excellent.

Description of Work: The company moved my belongings less than .5 miles down the street. I am a single mother of two girls. The movers arrived on time and began moving. When they moved the furniture into the new home they didn't put beds together or set up the TV (lift it into the armoire)I called the company within 30 minutes of the movers departure and no one answered and didn't return my call until the next morning. The company spokesman called the next day and offered to send men out on Tuesday (3 days after the move) to make me happy. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait 3 days to sleep in my bed and relied on my new neighbors to do their job. I have also noticed that doors are scratched, wallpaper was torn, and furniture has been damaged. Although, I have reported the damage to the company, they have made no offer to pay for the repairs. I used Rocks moving because they were so highly rated on the website. I have moved 3 times within Florida in the last two years. Rocks moving were the worst.

Description of Work: VERY PROFESSIONAL! ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME! THE MOVE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT! (THIS IS IMPORTANT SINCE I WAS BILLED BY THE HOUR) 3 PEOPLE MOVED MY ENTIRE HOUSE IN 4 HOURS!

Description of Work: ROCK'S MOVED US ACROSS TOWN AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB. WE HAVE MOVED 5 TIMES IN 4 YEARS, AND THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.

Description of Work: MOVED US FROM A 3 BR HOUSE TO A NEW HOUSE IN 2.5 HOURS WHICH INCLUDED A 45 MIN. DRIVE TO THE NEW HOUSE.

Description of Work: MOVED ALL CONTENTS OF A 4 BEDROOM HOME, TWICE.
