Exceptional service! Professional, prompt, and polite. I cannot overstate how pleased we are with Red Royal Electric and the project Brandon Hough completed for us. Reasonably priced and outstanding quality. Brandon H checked with me multiple times to ensure I was happy with the placement of the lights, completed a flawless installation of the lights and switch, and thoroughly cleaned the area after completion of the project. These guys fixed my hot water heater wall unit, figured out what was exactly wrong with it and saved me thousands of dollars. Every plumber was trying to sell me a new unit for $3k and these guys charged around $360. As a single mum raising boys solo, these caring gentlemen literally saved me another ridiculous bill. Love them

2 years and 4 months ago I hired the company to install 5 ceiling fan boxes. Last week one of the ceiling fan box installations failed and the box fell through the ceiling. I contacted the company to come for a repair. The tech came out and said that the installation was definitely performed incorrectly but it was 4 months outside their warranty window so I would have to pay for the repair out of pocket. The tech also agreed that he has never seen an installation fail and that the tech that did the original work had been fired for other issues. Despite this he refused to take care of the issue free of charge. Additional background information: when the initial installation was performed one of their techs put his foot through my ceiling. They sent a repair person to fix the damage but it was never fixed to my satisfaction. The company continued to slow walk the issue to the point that I was over dealing with them. Also 3 of the 5 boxes were installed to low and they had to come back a second time and reinstall them. One of these was the box that failed later and fell through the ceiling. I would avoid company in the future.

Needed an outlet installed on an existing box under my sink for garbage disposal. He did the work. Took less than 2 hours. Cost $488. Then he said the switch to it was bad and quoted me $687. I called D’Andrea Electric who came and did the work for $80. It was GFI to GFI so that’s why it was tripping. Easy fix.

We hoped repairing the wiring would correct our WiFi problem with WOW our internet provider but unfortunately our WiFi is still a problem. However the electrician found another problem that WOW needs to fix!

We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous, and professional service we received from Zach. Turns out the circuit we thought blew did not, so no need to be replaced. Zach was very thorough and we feel very secure our electrical issues were solved. We will use Red Royal Electric again.

Milan was proficient, personable and easy to work with as was his assistant. They were methodical in their approach to troubleshooting and eliminated possible causes for the problem quickly. The work was performed with skill, attention to detail and care to ensure preservation of the landscape plants. Milan provided a continual dialogue explaining each step of the process. Great results at a reasonable outlay just in time to get ready for Christmas decorations. The experience was both satisfying and educational.

Thanks so much for calling 15 minutes before the end of the window to tell me that you can’t make it today (the day I took off work and sat around the entire time waiting) and asked “if it would be a big deal to reschedule to Monday?” Zero respect for their customers. Maybe I dodged a bullet, because if their technicians are as professional as their appointment setters, I would’ve been in trouble.

James was honest and upfront with what he found. We have some work to do in the new year, but nothing urgent, and we don't need to rewire the house, Yay! Gave clear pricing prior to doing work. Found the issue quickly and resolved it. We then got another quote for some additional work needed and completed it that day and we even setup another appointment for additional work next week. I contacted contractor over a holiday weekend and was actually able to schedule an appointment for after the holiday. We were scheduled for a Thursday but they had a job that took longer than was thought. But Nico kept us informed and when it was apparent service would not be that day, they immediately scheduled us for the following morning. They were prompt and ready to go when they arrived. They assessed our electrical system and pointed out the work needed to correct certain problems. We had wanted to upgrade to a 200 amp service but were advised that it wasn’t necessary and that our current ampage was fine the way it was, saving us thousands of dollars. Milon and his assistant were professional, thorough, and friendly the entire time.

The men worked inside and outside the house. The work was done professionally. They were very competent and explained everything to me. They protected my home and and furnishings as they worked and were meticulously clean. They have the costs of different projects listed so you know what the cost is going to be. I was very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Milan K arrived on time, he was polite and friendly and very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and provided information about the lighting problem. We are hoping to use this company as our "to go" electrical company.

The job required mounting an electrical fan in a bedroom and wiring the fan. The cost to mount the fan was $125 which I found to be reasonable. The cost to wire the fan was first $825, and after a protest $650. The work required treading a wire 5 feet from ceiling to a hot switch. Tap into switch and then run maybe 15 feet of cable externally on the ceiling to the fan. Place a wire cover over the wire running from wall to fan. An experience electrician, could do the electrical work in an hour or less. So even if the electrical work was $200 + fan installation of $125, I would find $325 reasonable. They charge $49 travel charge just to give you a totally unreasonable price estimate. I would not use this company and I would not pay them a travel charge. My outdoor fan install went great. Michael was professional and courteous. He had to change out a couple things and install the wall for the switch and oscillating dial. Overall, using Red Royal Electric was easy and simple. I would hire Red Royal Electric again.

the job went very well. they sent an estimator to the job and i was on the phone with him. very professional and friendly and on time to his appointment. i paid the estimation fee and set a time for the job to get done. again the job was on time and paid by cc. two weeks later i was able to visit and inspect the project. a small over site but the installer came in time and corrected it. Very pleased with both office personnel and installer. I highly recommend this company.
