+ -1 moreTHEY EXPLAINED THE VARIOUS TIME FRAMES OF WARRANTIES BEFORE MY PURCHASE. THE KEY START MOWERS HAVE ONLY A 2YR WARRANTY (THEY ADVISED AGAINST IT) AND THE PULL-CORD (TRADITIONAL) TYPES HAD 5 YR WARRANTIES. I WENT WITH TORO-5 YR. I APPRECIATE LITTLE DETAILS LIKE THIS - WHEN THEY COULD HAVE MADE OVER $200 MORE SELLING ME A KEY START MODEL. THE MOWER I BOUGHT HAD A 4" HIGH MOWING CAPACITY THAT CUT MY 6" GRASS. THEY TOLD ME TO DUMP OUT THE OIL AFTER FIRST RUN. THEY GAVE ME NEW OIL. MACHINE WAS TOO HEAVY FOR ME TO TAKE AND THEY SAID THEY'D DELIVER. PRICE VERY COMPETITIVE. OTHER STORES USE LESSER KNOWN BRANDS AND 2ND RATE MACHINES AND HAVE NO OLD FASHIONED PERSONAL SERVICE.
