Description of Work: "Put down plastic but drywall dust went all over adjoining floor and rooms. |Replaced drywall in Bathroom OK, but failed to mention they would not replace the baseboard until after I paid. After an argument on the phone the rep promised to bring the baseboard the following Monday. They never even called back. Not top quality."

Description of Work: I called & got a quote over the phone for putting "knock down" ceiling in a small kitchen & 2 small bathrooms of our condo. John quoted a price of $1,150. I asked him to put the quote in writing, for the condo association was going to pay for the service. I called back several times requesting the quote in writing. |I even left messages directly on the cell # that he gave me (727) 992-2999, to e-mail me a quote & I left my e-mail address. I received no response. |After about 5 voice messages, I knew he was not going to return my call. |Very disappointing.

I was contacted immediately and got an estimate. We set a date of service and the team arrived promptly and completed the job that day. | |My ceilings look great! Description of Work: Removal of popcorn ceiling patched a few spots and refinished with a different texture.Messy job under the best of circustances,Some problems with the walls after the masking tape removed. Some days later two techs came to repaint the walls but not told of what they were to do and the owner;s son eventually came over to help with some of the repainting.while better the walls still more repainting which we'll do ourselves

Description of Work: We recently had some work done by Quality Ceiling Refinishing Inc. In a word – Great job. The sales department did a good job in estimating and the crew did an outstanding job in construction. Ours was a small job involving hanging drywall on two walls in one room and we appreciate the professionalism displayed by everyone. The only hiccup involved scheduling. We received a call at 7:00AM on the scheduled installation date saying our job had been moved to the next day. A minor issue, but worth noting. In summary: We’re very happy with the work performed and will definitely contract with them again, if the need arises.

Description of Work: Got estimate for drywall repair on ceiling on lanai. Did not use them. Estimate was about $100.00 higher then another companies and wanted me to sign a contract even after I told them I would be getting other estimates.

Description of Work: CALLED AND DESCRIBED THE JOB I NEEDED DONE (PATCHING HOLES IN CEILING WHERE RECESSED LIGHTING WAS). I WAS GIVEN A PRICE. I WANTED THEM TO LOOK AT THE JOB FIRST. SET MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS AND THEY WERE NOT KEPT. FINALLY ASKED TO SET AN APPOINTMENT TO DO THE JOB AND WAS NEVER CONTACTED FOR A FINALIZATION OF THE APPOINTMENT.

Description of Work: WE HAD A DAMAGED CEILING DUE TO A LEAK IN OUR ROOF. HAD THE ROOF REPAIRED AND THEN CALLED QUALITY CEILING. THE PEOPLE WHOM THE INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED NEVER DID SHOW UP AND AFTER JUST ONE CALL, THE REP FROM QUALITY CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. SAID FOR US TO CALL WHEN WE WERE READY. WE CALLED AND WITHIN THREE DAYS THEM CAME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB....MORE THAN WE HAD HOPED FOR. VERY NICE WORKMEN, LEFT THE HOUSE CLEAN AND NEAT.

Description of Work: The work man that came and did the job left dust throughout my entire house. I still havent gotten it out. The man that did the job, and did a good job but didnt seal the room. It took him a long time to come back out and fix it.

Description of Work: My call was promptly returned by John the owner. I explained the problem, they set up an appointment, which was kept on time. When they camr they discussed the problem. A price was given and date for work to start. Work was started on day arranged and the work was done to my satisfaction. I am very happy with this company. The workers were great. The domed ceiling was removed and debris removed and holes repaired. All cabinets and counters in the kitchen, doorways and windows and floors were covered in plastic. They sprayed on plaster and did a great job. They removed plastic and swept the floors, wiped the counters of any plaster splatter that had occurred, and even mopped the floors. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They scraped, retaped, repatched, resprayed and repainted the ceilings in my garage and lanai. I obtained two other estimates up to $6000, both would have done unnecessary work. This company was honest and efficient.
