+ -1 moreBarry showed up once. Needed a $400 deposit and would come back and fix various details he mentioned. Never returned. Stopped any communication. I highly recommend NO ONE hire this CROOK!

+ -1 moreMr. Seligman was prompt and seemed to be seeking the best cost for us. He completed the work quickly and it has operated well. He called my husband to say he would not need to replace the handler as planned and would be sending us a $400 refund as we had been overcharged. However, we have never received the refund despite repeated contact with him by phone and email. I have spoken directly to him and his wife and have been promised a check would be mailed or a call would be returned. The last time I called, I mentioned that I may have to contact the BBB and still no response. So, while it seemed to go well at first, I find the unprofessionalism of promising a refund and refusing to send it to be unacceptable.
