They were professional ,prompt and left my property spotless. I highly recommend them.

Will totally use them again in the future to remove other trees when they are ready for removal. Agreed to the work on Monday and they were here on Wednesday. They took out my dead oak in less than an hour! They were awesome and would highly recommend!

I was away when the work was done but was pleased with what I saw when I returned. Some neighbors had been watching them and thought they did a great job. I am happy and my neighbors are happy.

Some of my neighbors tree limbs from a camphor tree had grown across the fence and they were resting on the powerlines coming into my home that are also somewhat above my shed. Additionally, one of his larger oak trees had a huge dead limb hovering above the area where I keep my garbage and recycling cans. After being quoted a reasonable price by Ken at Proper Cut Tree Care, he oversaw a crew that showed up a few days later and they did a great job. They cleaned up any small remnants of the tree debris as well. Would highly recommend this company.

I had about 5 companies quote me to remove a 40-year old live oak tree that was damaging my driveway. I selected Proper Cut because Ken was very thorough in explaining the permit versus arborist letter we would need, showed us copies of the liability and workers comp insurance they carry, and he showed us multiple laminated pictures of the kinds of machines they use and what to expect with their team doing the work. We were very pleased that they were available to do the tree/stump removal within a few days. They had about six-seven guys who did a great job while taking great care for our property and their safety. The whole process took about 4 hours and the next day you can barely tell that a tree was there! They did a great job grinding the stump flat to the lawn and removed all the debris from the yard, driveway and roof. The price we paid was also very fair. They were not the cheapest (which we didnt want when considering insurance and quality of work anyway), but not the most expensive either. I was surprised by some of the quotes that were more expensive for companies who I could tell were not of the caliber that Proper Cut appears to be. We would hire Proper Cut again.

This is the second time I used Proper Cut Tree Care and I can't say enough good things about them. Prompt, courteous, efficient, professional, clean, thorough, and competitive pricing. They removed a large oak tree that was close to my home and ground the stump. Ken arranged everything and accommodated my special requests and coordinated with my HOA and the landscaper to protect underground sprinklers and utilities. Call them if you need tree service, you won't be dissatisfied.

They called me on a Tuesday. We agreed upon a price. The tree was removed Wednesday. I was at the dentist. When I returned home, there was no indication that they had ever been here other than the fact that the 30 foot Palm tree had just disappeared. Job well done.

Outstanding work! I hired Proper Cut Tree Care to remove a dead jacaranda tree from my front lawn and grind the stump. The crew arrived on time with five trucks, a Bobcat and an impressive remote-control stump grinder. They worked quickly and expertly, cutting down and sectioning the tree, then grinding the stump and raking up all the debris in under two hours. I have nothing but praise for the work done by Proper Cut Tree Care.
