Arrived early and got the job done fast. Knocked out two trees and grinded the stumps and then some. Cleaned up nicely and even some the leaves that were already in the yard before they started. Great crew and great customer service all around.

The crew was awesome. We needed an imposing tree behind our home removed. They came in with an Army of arsenal to get the job done. They went above and beyond our expectations. They cut down the tree, ground the stump. They took care of tree limbs at the back of our property to make sure the power lines were not in jeopardy. They did an awesome job of cleaning up. We will definitely use their services again.

Second - They act like surgeons, every person in the team knows what to do. They cut my 2.5 feet oak tree in 2 hours and after they left everything was clean, the grass sorounding the tree was blown of leafs, and the only thing missing was the tree that was removed. I was and I am very satisfied with their job, Third - The owner and Ken, the person that initially gave me the estimate, are outstanding people, and a pleasure to work with. These guys are truly the most professional I have encountered for any project in years. They have great equipment and plenty of people to do the job quickly, safely and properly. They even swept up leaves and sawdust from all adjacent yards and driveways. The price was perfect for the job ! I wish I had more trees to remove.

I hired Proper Cut Tree Care in March 2020 to remove 8 palm trees along my property line, and to clear out some old tree stumps and shrubbery. A few of the trees were growing into the power lines. Yeinier and his team showed up on time, and completed the project in about 4 hours. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable rate. They were impressive to watch, they worked so well together. All of the trees were removed and all of the stumps ground down. They even removed invasive vines from my yard. They hauled away all of the debris. No trace of the brush was left on my property. My property looks so much better thanks to Proper Cut Tree Care. I highly recommend giving this team a call for any tree work.

I hired Proper Cut Tree in Feb 2020 to trim back hanging and dead branches on an old oak tree in the backyard of my property. It was an extremely large 50 year old tree about 70 ft tall with 3 separate branches...2 of which hung over my house and shaded my backyard. In 3 hours, a crew of 6 showed up and completely transformed my property. They were able to use a bucket truck out front of my property, but could not get the bucket truck in my backyard so they had to climb one branch out back to trim and lower branches to the ground. In addition, they trimmed back overhanging trees from my neighbors properties to my property line. They hauled everything away and left my property cleaner then when they started. I was home for the 3 hours they were here and I am still in awe of how quickly and efficiently they worked. I honestly thought it would be a 2 day job, but what do I know about tree trimming. Anyway, I had 7 companies give me quotes...3 did not want the job because they could not get a truck out back, and the rest were charging a lot more because they would have to climb a limb to get the job done. I chose Proper Cut Tree because they were up for the challenge and were fairly priced in comparison to the rest of the quotes. Yeinier, the owner, was very quick to respond to my call when I left a message to meet with me...he actually showed up that day and then it was scheduled a few days later...and like I said, was done in 3 hours. Everyone was professional and polite with me, and it was very impressive to see how they all worked together efficiently and safely to get the job done. I am still in awe of how beautiful my property looks now and I am happy to have the sun shining on my property again. FLORIDA IS A DIFFICULT ENVIRONMENT TO HAVE VENDORS RESPOND IN A TIMELY FASHION. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH PROPER CUT. I GOT THEIR NAME FROM A REFERRAL SERVICE WITH 3 OTHERS. PROPER CUT WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND, COMING OUT TO SEE THE JOB, EVALUATE THE JOB AND GIVE ME A QUOTE. KEN, THEIR REP ALSO ADVISED ME ABOUT REGULATIONS AND MISS UTILITIES, NONE OF WHICH I KNEW ABOUT. NONE OF THE OTHER RESPONDENTS BOTHERED TO HELP THAT WAY. THIS IS PROPER CUTS BUSY SEASON SO KEN WAS UNABLE TO IMMEDIATELY GIVE ME A DATE BUT SAID HE WOULD CALL IN SEVERAL DAYS TO GIVE ME A DATE ONCE I DECIDED TO HIRE THEM. I CHOSE THEM AND HE SCHEDULED OUR JOB. HIS CREW ARRIVED AS AGREED, WHEN AGREED, AND HANDLED THE JOB QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND BEAUTIFULLY. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND PROPER CUT WITHOUT RESERVATION.
