Description of Work: My father in law started a contract with this company September 2010. They seemed to do a pretty good job in the beginning. the side yards seemed neglected but I honestly couldn't sat that they were not treating them. After a October 10 treatment they never came back again.We called them end of February 2012 and they had no explanation as to why they never showed up but acknowledged that we were still under contract. On March 1st they called and stated that they still had no explanation so they would send someone out "today". I stayed at the property all day, and was pressure washing the front sidewalk.I called today, March 2, to ask why they never came by. A rather rude,defensive man stated that they had seen someone pressure washing so did not stop. I live on a cul-de-sac and never saw the big Ameri-pride truck. APPARENTLY, this guy blew by when I was in the garage, saw the pressure washer and went on his way. I understand that he may not be able to do his job if the pressure washer is on( guess because the lawn could be weT) BUT---the dollar weed and brown yard was apparent..... It was quite apparent that I was home-Garage doors wide open and pressure washer sitting out. So- My biggest problem is lack of customer service of staff. Poor communications of customers problems between management and staff. I understand these guys are on a tight schedule and need to blast through many nieghborhoods in a day. I do not understand why they are not trained or otherwise encouraged in certain situations to stop and TALK to a customer.I do not understand how management would not know if a customer was being "missed" for services. Apparently the fly-by stealth missions are being undetected by customers and management alike.
