Luiz and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish with true professionalism, artistry and a dogged perseverance despite a bunch of rainy days being thrown into the mix. Luiz paid particular attention to our safety concerns and increased the traction on the travertine tiles when sealing them. As a result, there's no fear of slipping/sliding, even when they're wet. That's a good thing. Great working with Luiz and company.... thanks!

Description of Work: The renovation was beautiful. The paver did a good job with the design. The problem is that the paver blocks are set too high allowing water to flow into the lanai each time it rains. I've called him and once he called back an just said that I'd have to cut French drains in the deck. He didn't come over. I think that the area in front of the door to the house should have been lowered several inches before pavers were installed on top of the old pebble deck. |To be fair to him, all work performed was done well. My expectations were that anyone taking on this job would know how avoid problems like this. |I still don't have the flooding problem solved. It's causing mildew and mold to form in the lanai and will eventually disintergrate the brick wall between the pool deck and the lanai.

+ -1 moreIt was great. There was one little rust spot that showed up, so I called them and they came out right away and completely fixed it. You could never tell a difference. We were impressed that they only charged us 75 dollars for the trip and not the labor. They are skilled and did everything perfectly. I have recommended them to five people and they have all been happy too. They are a reliable company.
Description of Work: They redid the surface of the pool with Diamond Brite and removed the tile cap on the edge of the pool and replaced it.
