I called and left a message on 4/25/14 at 1:15pm to request an estimate. The call was returned that afternoon. We discussed what I wanted and when the estimate could be done. She said that the lady who did the estimates was very busy but that she thought she could come do an estimate on 5/1/2014 at 6pm. She would call me or the lady doing the estimate would call if things changed. I never received a follow-up call. I will state that I did not reach out and call them as I normally would have when I haven't received a confirmation but that day I was slammed at work (I work in an OR & didn't get a break to make the call). I did not receive any missed calls. My fiance was home to meet with her if she showed up. I asked him to give her a call because I let him know they hadn't confirmed but he didn't... Needless to say, they were a no show...which I expected since I did not hear from them. I did not reach out to call them again as they had lost my confidence and I have still not heard back from them. 5/29/14 This review is just to let you know you may need to do more of the leg work than I was able or willing to do with this company.

They were great. I would use them again. The job was flawless and the job site was clean after.

All went well and in a timely manner. Only comment is that the clean-up of debris and litter could have been better in the yard and street. We were very pleased overall.

"George" came for paver sealing & repair estimate on the morning of April 10th. When he left he said I would get the estimate via email within 24 hours (strange, considering other companies either gave the estimate on the spot or emailed within an hour). Anyway, when no email arrived in a couple of days, I called the company and reminded them; the lady who took the call said she would follow-up with George. Till date (5/1/14), no one has called or emailed me.

We were very disappointed when this well recommended company so poorly handled our quote request for three backyard paver circles to cover dining, fire pit and cooking area and the bamboo/decorative grass landscaping that we need. We had a 9AM appointment on Thursday, I called at 9:15 and my call was returned 5 or 10 minutes later. I was told that her office had made the appointment and she had an earlier one at 8:30 and had not noticed the 9. She said she was on her way and about 10 minutes away. We had an appointments that precluded any time spent waiting for her and declined an offer to meet that afternoon. I asked that her office contact me via email with available times the following week. No email was received later that day or the next, Friday. They are closed on Saturday. We would hesitate to have a business that appears to have internal communication problems do the extensive project we will be undertaking.

The work done for us by Premier Brick Pavers Inc. is absolutely gorgeous.

They came to the neighborhood seeking work from a number of homes. So I was a bit skeptical. First thing I did was look them up at BBB. They rated A-. Also I was in the midst of having another paver restoration company (Gulf Coast)reseal my pool deck and seal a new lanai. So I could compare. Jason came out and worked prices. He is a terrific humble dude. He introduce the team of guys working with him. They are all nice, personable and professional. The work out front went through many possible scenarios and we had a slight difference in opinion about the repairs included so he compromised for materials cost only. And was professional even after the negotiation. A lot of contractors get grumpy at that point. They also included power washing our sea wall. Everything was as discussed and Jason himself put our furniture back in place. I greatly preferred their service over the competitor who used the wrong finish and just didn't have the pleasant personality. I'll use them again for sure.

They did a good job. They came when they said they were coming. We did have a little bit of a problem this last time when they came to reseal it because it wasn’t draining the way it should. I am not sure if it was them or a company they did business with that resealed it. They moved a couple of pavers in order to make it drain better, and then that was an extra charge that we didn’t know but we did settle it. The quality is good.

Everything they did was as advertised, there were no issue. They did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it.

Things got off to a frustrating start, but once problem was resolved the job was started and it took about a week. The workers were very professional and knew exactly what they where doing. Everything came out looking great. I would use them again. S.S.

It turned out beautiful. The pavers were different shapes and they placed them perfectly. They were on time and very fast. They even cleaned the pool afterward. Highly recommend

Premier was on time for the three day project. At 7:30am on day one they showed up ready to go. They provided us instructions on what to have ready before they arrived. They worked hard and long each day. They obviously had the skills as we watched them expertly lay the sand base and place each tile by hand. They were accurate, informative and responsive during the estimating process. They were easy to work with when there was a question and most importantly they were very creative in modifying the project slightly (no cost increase) to accommodate challenging drainage issues around the walkways that we did not anticipate. Best of all, they were the lowest price (10% lower) of the three contractors we had bid the job. I highly recommend this company for low cost, expert paver install.

The installation was well done. There was considerable cleanup required after they finished the pool deck due to the dust caused by cutting of the concrete for removal of old drains and coping around the pool, but other than that, job well done.

Skip (sales rep) made a initial call to assess our needs and wants , he field-measured and provided detailed quote, he returned a week later after we had time to review, he answered questions and showed us our options on color and different style pavers. We signed paperwork and Premier's crew came out and did a complete excellent job . During the process the owners George & Lana made it a point to stop by and check work and out opinion. We had a small problem in December with a couple of pavers on edge sinking but Premier came out and took care of it and Lana called to advise that this could occur again if vehicles drive on edge of pavers and to avoid.

It took us a while to get on their schedule but I suspect that is because they do such good work that they stay booked up. Once we got on the schedule it went very well. They knocked the job out very quickly. The result was very good and we are satisfied.

They did a very nice job of installing beautiful pavers for a driveway and walkway. I have had a lot of complements on the finished work and I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, while they were working, one of the workers was using some type of welding or soldering machinery which was causing sparks to fly and hit my new double paned windows and actually left burned marks in the outside portion of the glass. After having them looked at by the company who installed them, I found out that they would have to be replaced. I tried to contact the owner of Premier Brick Pavers, but she would not return my calls and messages. I was wanting to have this company do some more work for me, but after the lack of responsiveness, I'm not sure.

Skip, the estimator was patient and informative. Being from CT, most everything is stone and I was unfamilar with pavers. He answered all my questions quickly and was available via text message. The company they used for the delivery of the pavers was considerate when placing the paver palette. The crew arrived on time, went over any questions I had, confirmed what I wanted, did a terrific job, and cleaned up when they were done.

It was a very professional proposal in a folder with all the appropriate literature on the supplies to be used and the overall process. Lana kept her appointments as promised and was always available to answer any questions on the project. Totally recommend her for any paver project.

Very well! Lana was available when I needed her. I had a semi-trailer pull up in our very tight neighborhood to place pavers on my lawn six days before it was to be done. It would have ruined my grass. She took care of it immediately. She handled it with the driver and everything went really smooth after that. They excavated driveway and porch one day and cleaned up after themselves. The next day they prepared sight for pavers and again cleaned up after. The third day, I left for work at 6:45 am and when I got home from work at 4:30, it was all done! I was impressed! Didn't think it was possible! It looks really nice! Lana helped me pick out the color of pavers and it looks great! I had my backyard done as well. It was professionally done and would definitely recommend Premier Pavers to my neighbors and friends. Overall, great job!

pavers cleaned well...coping pavers would not clean ...we understood the explanation ("staining")..we hired this company on the premise they could clean the coping pavers...they were sure they could clean them, but after a failed attempt I was assured no one could do better. I paid the

It took them about 48 hours to give me the quote. They were very professional. They came out and measured and gave us in depth details in the quote.

Excellent. The entire job took only 2 days. They were prompt. They picked up all of the debris and removed all of the old concrete.

Premier was one of 4 paver companies that I met. I decided to go with Premier based on a great meeting with their sales person Jeff Paul and because they were competitively priced. In our initial, Jeff and I discussed: Adding pavers to existing pool deck, building a patio on the side of the house 5x44 area with a walkway leading from pool deck to new patio, adding walkway on opposite side of house, adding pavers over front porch, and adding travertine in lanai. We talked about needing to reinstall my child safety fence. He stated that would be no problem. With the lanai specially I had requested large square tiled travertine because I wanted a different feel in the covered lanai than the pool deck. We also talked extensively about severe drainage issues that I had. Jeff was very considerate and did not offer an immediate solution because he stated he wanted to meet with the owners and get some suggestions. When he and I talked on the phone, he stated that they felt my drain issues were too severe to address entirely, but felt they could offer some relief by installing a 2 inch deck drain and then installing a PVC pipe under the ground leading to a bubbler on the outside of the fence. As for the side of the house with the severe flooding problems, he recommended I find a landscaper or something more experience with irrigation. I received the proposal and was told I would need to visit their Clearwater location with the deposit, signed proposal, and to pick out my pavers. On the proposal, it stated any shape or color pavers. I arrived at the Clearwater location on 06/14/13 and met with George, the owner. I was shown pavers that were just outside. They did have catelog showing lots of different styles, but those were not offered. I felt I was pushed to select something from the outside display. I selected my pavers and color travertine. I then informed Jeff I took care of this. I was told it would be approximately 3-4 weeks to get the pavers ordered, I did let him know in an email that I felt that I was not given that many options. Jeff never responded to that email. On 07/15/13, I decided to call and get a status because it had been 4 weeks and no one has contacted me to schedule an install date. Misty answered and stated, you're pavers arrived at your house today and your install is scheduled tomorrow. We were not living in the home because of other rennovations so I was concerned. What if we were out of town? I did have landscaping planned so I had to push that back since we certainly could not let pavers sit in the driveway. I was told this should be a 1-2 day job. I did feel it would take more like 3-4. They apologized for the confusion on delivery and lack of communication. Nothing was done on 7/16/13 because when they arrived, the bull nose pieces had not come in yet. I was then called by Misty on 7/17/13 stating the guys would be arriving at 10:00AM. By 11:30AM, no one had arrived. I believe sometime around lunch, they did come by. They worked in small incremements largely due to the rain. Throughout the process, they left my gate off the hinges and wide open on 3 different occasions. The one gate was all distorted and still is not right. the other gate was trimmed without informing me because it would no open over the new pavers. I understood why they trimmed it but I have a small 10 lb dog and she would get out with the opening that exposed. At first inspection I realize they installed the wrong size travertine. I then noticed they did not install the PVC pipe leading from the deck drain to a bubbler on the other side of the fence and they did not connect the deck to the new side patio. I called Jeff and never received a call back until 2 days later. He and I talked about some of my concerns which he didn't address and I asked when the pool fence was being put back in. He said they did not do that. After the back and forth, he basically said, I did not put it in the contract and that will be $7/foot with their guy. Disgusted is not even a strong enough word for this issue. I called and spoke to Lana, owner, and while very pleasant, basically told me it was my fault about the travertine because on the proposal it was typed 6x12. Yes, I do understand that I overlooked their typing error, but that was not what I ordered and what I thought I was getting. None the less, it was my problem and they had no interest in making me happy other than to say, "Well we only go by the contract" which is basically a generic recap of the scope of work. Next we talked about the child safety fence. Again, I was basically called a liar (I know it is somewhat exaggerated) but I was told in a nice way that Jeff would have never told me that and it would be an additional expense. they did say they would come back to add the drain that was supposed to be installed, the walkway, and add a row of pavers under the trimmed gate. Well, I review, change, create contracts weekly and I have an excellent memory. Make sure you spell out all the fine print before signing a contract with them because they will say you imagined it. They can professional in a very condescending way. Several calls and emails later, the sanded job was poor. Only 50% of the pavers looked sanded. The pavers have very sharp edges, a handful of them were loose and uneven, and falling off the edges. Finally on 08/06/13 21 days after starting the job, they finished. The sanding was never fixed. While the PVC pipe was installed, there was no bubbler put on as agreed, It cost me an additional $440 to have my childcare fence reinstalled (my guy was only $4/foot), I have a commercial drain leading to a fence which services no purpose and was obviously installed by someone unskilled. It leads to a fence! Where is this water supposed to go?? I have to replace $200 worth of sod that they damaged coming in out for 3 weeks with their barrels. They are deducting this cost from their invoice, and I am having my landscaper do it. I also paid $200 to have my pool "professionally" cleaned. First the guy is not a pool cleaner, he will tell you. He is a pool install guy. They also lied and said I would get the needed chemicals put in to get my water back to normal. The pool guy said he doesn't mess with chemicals. It took him two times out to do the pool and I have streaked sand in the bottom of my pool now. He said he would get this with the brush and it was not done. What a WASTE of $200.00. HIRE YOUR OWN GUY if you use them. This guy is not a professional and has NO CLUE how to clean a pool. He said he just does this for Lana. End result: I have sharp, unsanded pavers that look very nice, but feel rough, and I wouldn't trust my 3 small kids to walk on them without slicing a toe open. I will contact another company to have them sealed because I don't have any faith in the work this company does. But if I did want to seal with them it would an additional 695.00 for acrylic sealer or 963.00 for water based sealer.

Except for the late delivery of the pavers from Flagstone Pavers (not Premier Brick), the job couldn't have gone better. The 3 man crew worked tirelessly all day and finished the job in 1 day, despite it raining half of the time. The finished product in design, appearance, and drainage could not have been better. Even the clean-up in the pouring rain went well. It met and exceeded all of our expectations. The sales rep (Jeff Paul), in our initial contact, was extremely helpful as was George when we went to their "showroom" and made our final selections with his well chosen assistance.

The service was wonderful. All of the neighbors have been in awe of the quality of work. It took a real artist to do the porch.
