Contract was signed on 16 NOV 06 with work scheduled to start on 4 DEC 06. I had to postpone it by one week due to an emergent work travel requirement. The company was very flexible and rescheduled the work for the following week. Day 1 was the demolition and removal of old concrete slabs using a 5 man crew and a Bobcat with a forklift attachment and dump truck. Day 2 was the base preparation (using recycled crushed concrete) and delivery of the pavers to my house. Day 3 was the installation. All work was performed exactly on time and on schedule with minimal snafus. One sprinkler supply line broken during demolition phase, but crew repaired it that day. One sprinkler supply line discovered broken (underneath new paver walkway leading to the porch) following installation completion, but foreman fixed it 3rd day afterwards and came to my house on a SATURDAY to fix it (very rare for a contractor these days). Great work, great service, and great value. Makes our house look super!

They worked quickly and cleanly and supplied excellent product and service. Here's the best recommendation: I just contracted with them to come back and do more pavers on my property! They may not be the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive either.

She was very nice. She gave me some referrals for other places. They couldn't do our job because it was smaller than their minimum. She thought we could do the job cheaper with someone else.

Lana was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her crew was there when she said they would be there and they did an AWESOME job with the patio. It turned out much better than I had expected and she got it in just in time for my son's 1st birthday party. Premier Brick Pavers was very competitive with the pricing and I would recommend them to anyone considering having a patio put in.

The sales people were very good, not pushy, were easy to deal with and left a detailed proposal for me.

I thought the estimate was very good. She quoted me $2500.00. They will come out to do the work Friday.

I HAVE LIVED IN FLORIDA FOR 20 YEARS AND HAVE DEALT WITH MANY COMPANIES. PREMIER BRICK PAVERS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD! THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO COMMENT ON HOW WELL THIS COMPANY PERFORMED. FROM THE INITIAL MEETING WITH LANI UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WAS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE WORKERS WERE ALWAYS THERE WHEN EXPECTED. IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS DURING THE JOB, LANI OR ROGER WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HANDLE MY CONCERNS. THE POOL DECK/COPING LOOKS FABULOUS, AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GLOWING COMPLIMENTS ABOUT HOW THE LANAI LOOKS. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING PAVER WORK.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY PROMISED AND DID A GREAT JOB. THE CREW REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING EVEN RE-DOING A FEW PLACES THAT THEY CAUGHT BEFORE WE HAD LOOKED AT IT. THEY PLAYED MUSIC TO WORK BY BUT NOT TOO LOUD AND TOOK ONLY SHORT LUNCH BREAKS THE TWO AND A HALF DAYS THEY WERE ON OUR JOB. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES. BUBBLE WRAP HAD BEEN USED IN THE POOL TO CATCH DEBRIS FROM FALLING INTO THE POOL. (OUR POOL MAN DID HAVE TO CLEAN OUT SOME DEBRIS AND A LOT OF THE SAND THAT HAD SETTLED TO THE BOTTOM.) THE SCREEN DOOR WAS CUT DOWN TO FIT OVER THE PAVERS AND THE JOB WAS DONE VERY WELL.

THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, FINISHED ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WELL. THEY ESTIMATORS WERE GOOD AS WELL.

IF YOU ARE GETTING BRICK PAVERS INSTALLED, GET AT LEAST TWO OR THREE ESTIMATES, BUT MAKE SURE ONE OF THE ESTIMATES IS FROM PREMIER BRICK PAVERS (PBP). OF THE THREE ESTIMATES I RECEIVED (A FOURTH COMPANY NEVER PROVIDED ONE), PBP WAS THE LOWEST PRICED AND PROVIDED THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE PROPOSAL. THE OWNER, LANA MIKUS, IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. THE POOL DECK LOOKS OUTSTANDING AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE. I WILL USE PREMIER BRICK PAVERS AGAIN.
