They did a great job. The office staff was very responsive in giving the estimate and in selecting the bricks. The installation crew worked harder than any group of people that I have ever seen. They came out for multiple days in a row. They did a beautiful job. Everybody was polite and professional. I would grade them high across the board.

From start to finish, Premier Brick Pavers did an fantastic job. First off, they had the most cost effective proposal, with their numbers coming in well below the other bids we got for our job. They also maintained excellent lines of communication, helping us design a beautiful layout for our property. The first component of the project was the pool deck, which entailed the removal of existing tile and the installation of new coping. The job was executed with minimal debris in our pool, and when we had concerns about the coping around our spa (our spa was not even on both sides and therefore the initial paver sizes not symmetrical), the management team promptly came out to inspect and to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Additionally, we had a drainage issue outside of our garage door, with water entering the interior, which was completely removed and reinstalled to correct the problem. Next came the excavation of our old driveway, which took one day. Upon realizing how close our water main was to the surface, the excavator promptly advised of his concerns about the main potentially breaking. Several hours later, the main did break, but we were prepared for it, and had a plumber replaced the old lines. We did not feel that the excavation was at fault, and needed to update the water lines regardless. When the installation of the driveway pavers started, it was very chaotic, lots of dust and debris, but the crew moved extremely fast, and completed the job within three days. They installed a straight and semi circle driveway, and used two blended color pavers for the job. They came to us with all questions about what we wanted, from the sizes of the planter boxes, to the direction of the pavers on our stoop. They also allowed us to keep a nice quantity of extra pavers for replacement down the road. Their cleanup was great. Throughout the process, they corrected any of the issues that arose, and the crew that came to our home was respectful and worked continuously from sun up until sun down. We have gotten so many compliments on their work, we really appreciate the hard work it took to transform our home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a major paver project.

I called the company, received a quick return call, and set up an appointment to receive a price quote. I met with one of the owners, L***, who explained the process and the various options. About a week later, I went to their showroom and spent a few hours with Catarina, the office manager. She was very patient with me, and very helpful. Within just a few days, a crew began the work. They were very efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Installation of the pavers took only two days, then two men came back about a week later to pressure wash, and a few days later applied the sealer. I am very pleased with the job! The price was less than I had budgeted and was completed promptly. I gave 30% deposit upon signing the contract, and did not have to pay the balance until the job was completed and the sealer applied. I did not contact other companies for competitive quotes, as I read the reviews on Angie's List, and was confident that I had the right company, and the price was excellent!

The estimate was extremely reasonable after comparing them with others who ranked highly on Angie's List. We then visited their showroom to see the products in-person as well as photos of other properties they had worked on in the past. Once we decided to go with their company they did a great job of keeping in touch especially since they had to work around another contractor who was cutting a couple of holes in the side of our house to install French doors. The patio installation was important because it was needed to close out the permit which was opened for the other work being completed on the house. The permit was closed without an issue and we have received many compliments on the patio. (There was a delay to put on the sealer but the delay was only because of weather.) Everyone we worked with was professional and knew the product well. We will be using them again when we're ready to replace our driveway.

They did a wonderful job- very professional-quality work- estimate was comparable to other estimates. Very responsive to my questions and very helpful and patient in picking color, type, etc... They took care of everything including permits, etc... I was extremely pleased with the way it turned out and it was worth every penny. Got a lot of compliments from the neighbors.

The whole experience was excellent. Lana Mikus came to give an estimate and I liked her ideas and the price and signed a contract at that time. Several days later the pavers were delivered and the install date was set for the following Monday. George the area supervisor stopped by to deliver the additional materials and told me how the process would go. The crew of 3 installers arrived shortly thereafter and worked through the afternoon on Monday and returned on Tuesday morning to complete the job. The pavers were installed exactly like the drawing and in a very professional manner.

I was very happy with Premier Brick Pavers. There was a problem with the sand they used, and they came back 4 times! They kept coming back until they got it right. They weren't the cheapest, but they were one of the cheaper ones. They were ethical people, that stood by their work. They came back to fix the problems after we had already paid them in full.

We first visited the Clearwater showroom and spoke to the owners. They were helpful and showed us samples and we set up an appointment with their salesperson. The salesperson came to our home and measured our deck and also brought additional samples. He also recommended we visit their supplier in Tampa to view additional stones. The trip to the supplier went great and we immediately found what we liked and set up a start date. The stone installers were amazing. They worked from 8am to 7pm and got most of the work done in one day. The work was excellent. We were so pleased that we bought and had the crew install matching small pavers at our front entrance. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the quoted price on the drain and stones, and we negotiated the end price, but all in all, the work and price were excellent.

I contacted Premier Brick Pavers Inc. and they came out within a few days to give an estimate. Their price was very competitive and I had heard from several people that this is the best brick paver company in the area! For this reason I chose to contract with them. Roger, the owner of the company personally contacted me and came out to my home in order to go over exactly what my expectations were and to give his professional advice when it came to making certain decisions. It was very easy to set up a time for them to commence work. Once the scheduled work day came, a full crew showed up at 8:30 am and stayed until dusk every day until the job was complete!!! The crew was headed by a gentleman named Victor but everyone worked like a well oiled machine! The existing driveway was installed roughly 4 years ago but Victor made sure he shuffled the new and old pavers so it was not noticeable that there was a slight difference in color or shade on the extension. I CAN NOT TELL WHERE THE OLD DRIVEWAY ENDED AND THE EXTENSION BEGAN.. They matched it perfectly!!! They also installed a block wall that would retain a raised garden bed! THIS WALL IS A WORK OF ART!! The crew did a perfect job!! The owner Roger would stop by sometime 2 times a day in order to supervise how things were going and make sure we were satisfied!! He even stopped by several time after the work was complete to make sure everything was OK and to make a few minor adjustments in the work!!! The end result was absolutely stunning!!! Several neighbors commented on how awesome everything looked!!! My wife and I could not be happier!!! This company is completely professional and reliable!! From the lovely woman who answers the phone in the office to the crew who actually performed the work... They are absolute pros!!!! Thank you EVERYONE at Premier Brick Pavers Inc.

They did very good. They did amazing work. They stuck by their estimate. I felt that their prices were a little expensive but I feel I got my money's worth.

I submitted a request for info from their web page that I linked to from Angie's List. After approx. two weeks I got a phone message with an apology for taking so long. They had just relocated and their computer had been down. They told me in the phone message that my job of 500 sq. ft. would be approx. $2200, maybe less. We thought about adding an area around the room, but after the estimate came in at $3150, we went back to the original area that turned out to be 460 sq. ft. They came back with an estimate of $2550. After questioning the amount, they informed me they had a minimum of $2500. Obviously, this did not coinside with the phone message. They did offer to match another estimate I got for $2185, but I had lost confidence and did not hire them.

They were never late. They worked in the rain, cleaned up after themselves, and the workmanship was top of the line. I'm not sure how competitive their price was, but they went above and beyond. The job they did is not one you'd find often in the service world. They always had a supervisor present, it was a very pleasant experience. One of the managers came by on a daily basis to check the progress.

My initial contact was via phone with Linda and Lana. Both were courteous and extremely knowledgeable about paver installation. We visited their location the next day and worked with George. I told him I was looking for inexpensive pavers and he directed us to some overstock which was exactly what we were looking for. He indicated they typically don't do small jobs, but he would be able to do it for $1000 since they had a few slots available. I said I would check around and found other companies ranging from $650 to $1500 for installation. I felt very confident with Premier, so I went back to them and had them do the project. George and 3 workers showed up as scheduled, and they proceeded to prep and lay the pavers in about 4 hours. They cleaned up everything, including leftover concrete base in the driveway, and they even wound up the garden hose! The patio looks absolutely terrific! This was a first class job from a first class company and they come highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship. There was some confusing initially regarding how to run the gutters but once resolved the work was completed timely and professionally.

They started on a Friday at noon. These guys worked all the way until 8 pm when sun went down. I did not expect to see them until Monday, but 7 am Saturday morning they were back at work and worked all day long again into the late evening until the job was finished. These guys worked their butts off.

Did an excellent job. They worked very hard with out breaks and also worked one night until 8:00.

EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT I HAD CONTACT WITH WAS A "10" ON A "10 POINT SCALE. PROBABLY EXPLAINS WHY THE TOTAL JOB WAS A "10"!!

Brad answered every phone call and called if he was going to be late, but once the project was underway, he was downright insolent. The day before the scheduled excavation, I called him to ask how they would know what to excavate since he had not come to spray paint the design on the grounds. This is a step that he had ensured would happen since our first consultation. He became belligerent saying, "they've been doing this for a long time" and that he had given the workers detailed drawings. He told me I could go out and paint the design myself!!! When the excavator came, he couldn't dig. He said he never got to a site that had not been painted and the drawing Brad gave him was not detailed enough to dig. The schedule had to be pushed 1 day and Brad had to come paint the design, letting me know how far out of his way he had come to do it. On Friday afternoon, I told him the dumpster was blocking the street. He told me to deal with it because they wouldn't come to correct it!

They started a day earlier, so we had a little confusion on when they would install the pavers. They did forget to remove a plant when they dug up the driveway so they went right around it. We were able to get the plant out in time before the paver dried so we did get that taken care of. Other than that the quality of the work was excellent. They still have a patch of concrete to fix so when it is completed I will upgrade them to an A. You will want to be home during any type of big job like this so you know where all the sprinkler heads are and to make sure they don't miss anything. I already gave out there name and address to a few neighbors who were impressed with their work.
