Lana, the president, replied promptly with a phone call. She arrived when promised and her workers, were prompt and skilled.

They did a great job. The men that were out here had a work ethic like I have never seen. They were just fantastic.

Premier must be a very successful company with a lot of business. After contacting them, I was told that it would be 10 days before a field rep would be available to stop my house. I said "OK". Ten days later the rep stopped by, advising that they were not only busy, but he had to attend a Home Show. I said "OK". After discussing what I wanted, the rep measured my driveway and said he would submit a bid as soon as possible. And that he did. Within a few days, I received an email with a bid attachment. The bid was very well written and detailed. The cost was the highest of the three companies that I contacted, but only by a few hundred dollars. Here is where it gets confusing. Over the next few weeks, follow-up communication via email with this rep was either feast or famine. I asked for references, and he was responsive in giving me 3 addresses of properties with driveway configurations similar to mine. Two of the addresses were good (one wasn't), and I visited those homes. Interestingly, I talked to the owner of one home who was very complementary of the work performed by Premier, but she said she had a less than satisfactory experience with the (communication) responsiveness of their field rep. Never-the-less, I was satisfied with their work, and the few extra hundred dollars on the project did not deter me; so, I sent an email to the rep, asking if I gave Premier the nod, when could the work be scheduled? I received no response. A week went by, then I received an email explaining that he was on vacation. I explained that I had another issue pending, and if the work could be completed within my timeline, then I was going to go with Premier. He responded that, normally, it would take a minimum of 3 weeks before they could start a project, but if I knew what style and color pavers I wanted, and if the manufacturer had them in stock, that it was possible that Premier could get the work done within my timeline. I immediately responded "yes" to both style and color, and told him that I could give him samples of the pavers I wanted. I never received a response.

They were good. They were over budget. They were pretty good. Their punctuality was good. Everything was good. It’s just that they were over our budget. They came right away. I would use them in the future.

The two men did a great job ensuring that no brick pavers were broken and that the variegated pattern of different colors was exactly as the original. They completed the job in 4 hours working very quickly and efficiently. Because they were able to handle the tree roots on their own, a tree service was not needed. Terrific job!

I was very satisfied with them. I would use them again in a minute. I was very pleased with them.

They did a fabulous job. I would recommend them to anyone. They were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job. The cleanup was great and we've had plenty of compliments. I found that one paver had cracked, called Lana and we got immediate service.

They did a really nice job. They were very efficient.

I had several estimates done from paver companies well-rated on Angies list and went with Premier for a paver installation on our deck. The salesman (Skip) was great and discussed ideas and gave an honest opinion on products and options. I was deciding between this company and Superior Brick Pavers and went with this company based on Skip mostly. The pavers were installed over a couple of days by a crew that worked very quickly. Overall, I would say the quality was solid. I was somewhat concerned by a fair number of loose pavers on the days after installation that would shift pretty significantly when stepped on. In addition, there were several things that I had discussed with the salesman (Skip) regarding deck drainage and installation specifics that were not communicated to the installation crew. While they did return to address the wiggle paver issue and I would say that this issue was addressed approximately 80%, there were several small issues related to the in patio drain, direction of water flow in the drain, installation of pavers on some steps under stonework that required a tremendous amount of follow-up on my part to get done correctly because of lack of communication between the sales/office and the crew. There was also a what I would consider some relatively slopping cutting of edges of pavers where the pavers met the coping, but I will freely admit that all pavers might look like that when cut and I've just never noticed. In short, I would say, solid quality work but I had to be very much involved in overseeing installation and specific details to get things done to a realistic satisfaction. Some examples include: 1) A pool company had left a 1-2 inch opening under some rockwork for the pavers to slide under when installed for a seamless installation. I spoke to salesman about this. It was not done and crew had to come back and redo. 2) They installed some pavers on a riser just outside my patio door. While those were installed very well and look great, I did have to come out and actually show the crew during installation that they were installed a hair high and I couldn't open the door. While this was fixed immediately, had they dried in place (these had to be cemented in because is was a vertical installation), it could have been a problem to correct. 3) Wobbly pavers. While these were addressed, it would be nice if I didn't have to call them back for this Again, overall solid job for a reasonable price but I would absolutely plan to be present for the entire installation if you are at all particular/anal or you will have some potential for issues.

The salesperson/president , Lana Mikus, was knowledgable, personable and patient. (I had a lot of questions). Premier's estimate was the lowest of several that I received. Installation went as described by Lana. (No surprises). The workforce was hard working and courteous. They were careful not to damage the pool enclosure and cleaned up their mess every evening. After the job was completed I noticed several pavers marked by the power saw rubber feet . Premier responded quickly and cleaned the rubber marks off the pavers. NOTE: Word of caution for anyone contemplating installing pavers over an existing concrete surface. Be prepared for a lot of concrete dust from all the cutting, etc. on everything! Walls, windows, fixtures (if uncovered) will need a deep cleaning. The dirt in the pool (15000 gal) was so concentrated that I could not see the bottom even in the shallow end. Additionally the pool screen enclosure needed to be pressure washed. Lana warned me about all of this but it was still a shock to see it. Would I do it again? Unqualified yes!

AMAZING!!! I have never seen a harder working crew. Ever! They did this job in ONE DAY. They had a ton of workers, all very skilled and all wanted us to be very happy. Never saw anyone taking a break! They worked about 12 hours or so on this job. The salesman, Skip, was very good, too. Responsive, creative and nice to be around. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From initial contact to excavation to end of job, Premier was superior is all aspects of service. When doing a large driveway such as mine which involved excavation, you are entering into the "big leagues" of workmanship for home improvement.During excavation, irrigation pipes were found to be attached to the concrete. No problem. They had somebody to repair it. No cable lines or electrical were cut (always a concern, even when marked ahead of job). They are experienced,well trained, competent, professional and well mannered. What you do NOT want is the crew knocking on your door, reporting a problem for YOU to solve. This WILL NOT happen with Premier Brick Pavers. They take full responsibility for all aspects of the job, and warranty their work. My driveway and front porch looked like a new home when they were finished. That is how clean they left the job site. Not in my worst nightmare would anyone else be doing a paver job at my home except Premier Brick Pavers!

The owner, Lana, came over to provide an estimate. She was prompt and friendly. When I got the quote a few days later, the proposal was almost double the cost for the same service of another Angie's list provider. I ended up using the other provider with good results.

The quote was fine, but it was higher than some of the other quotes that we got. So, we went with a different contractor. They were timely and answered all the questions we had. They were professional.

Lana Mikus, the President of Premier Brick Pavers, met with me to take some measurements and walk through the process. This was a big job to me as I do not have much home improvement experience. She was very patient and answered all my questions. I had $2500 saved up for this job and she made every attempt to stay within my budget. However, the brick I chose to match my house required an additional charge. She helped me try to find manufacturer overruns to save money. I really appreciated her understanding my budget and working with me, even if that meant she didn't get as much profit from the job. It turned out that I could not find any manufacturer overruns, but by the time I figured that out I had saved additional money for the job. Once work was underway, we had significant delays from the city and their new building codes that they were very strictly enforcing. Lana's team re-did the curb cutting work a few times to make the city happy! Finally the driveway was complete and it is just beautiful. It is properly graded to deal with our tropical downpours and helps with moving water away from our house. We've gotten so many compliments and even a thank you from one of our neighbors--they feel that the driveway raises the property values of our street! It is so nice to have a beautiful, even, professional brick driveway to come home to. The only room for improvement I see is that the removal of sand, concrete dust and concrete bits that were part of the construction process could have been a bit better. I picked up a bunch of it and threw it away myself and there's still a bit of sand and concrete bits in my yard near the driveway. BUT...the fact is that I got such a gorgeous and functional addition to my home for such a fair price with such great customer service. As soon as I have the funds I am going to have Premier come back and do a walkway for me!

They were outstanding and the person who came out initially was outstanding too. Skip is the sales director who came out. The owner Lana and George Mikus were outstanding at their office. They always returned the calls. They had plenty of samples available when they first came out. When you go to their office, they have pavers on the ground that you can look at that are set in. They have all different kinds of coping. They are very patient. They have lots of pictures and a huge screen TV with pictures. They talk to you about all the different ways of doing things and your options. They were very professional. I picked 3 places. The others were very good, but Premier Brick Pavers Inc was outstanding. That?s why I picked them to do the work. The workers who did my patio were Everton, Neli, Welton and Lao. They were incredible and outstanding. They were very precise. They measure everything and they just don?t get it done in every other way. They cut into things. It is a very dusty thing and people need to be aware of that. There is a lot of dust involved, but they cleanup everything afterwards. I had everything off the patio so that they could lay the pavers. Your windows, the back of your house and the pool gets dusty. So they give you an option wherein they can set it up with somebody to clean your pool afterwards, but I have a regular pool cleaner and I use that same person. So they can do that also. I haven?t had the pavers sealed, but I am going to have the pavers sealed. I did a lot of research. My research told me that I should let them settle for a few months and that?s what I am going to do. I didn?t have a problem with anybody at all. The workers initially told me that it was going to take 3 days and it looked like it would rain. So they added an extra worker and they worked from the time they got here on the first day until dark. They had an extra person on the second day. They got finished at around 2 o?clock in the afternoon. It took them a day and a half, but they worked nonstop. There was no playing around and it was strict work. The price was reasonable for the work that they did. All the prices were comparable. So I am very satisfied. They had a little book which they gave that had full of names of people who were willing to let you call them to ask about their work, but I had to ask the other companies to give me that information. I found somebody in there that was in my community. They had their work done two years ago and they were very pleased with them. Everything was wonderful.

It was a good job and we were satisfied with it. They were professional and we didn't have any complaints. The work was done correctly. I appreciate when a contractor does their work right and on time. The job was part of a bigger landscaping job and they were a subcontractor. I believe their price was competitive.

Lana did a great job matching up the stones and everyone associated with our job was professional and courteous. I would reccommend Premier Brick Pavers to anyone.

Skip came out right away when I called, and send another expert out to give me advise on what to do with the spa. He suggested I come to the business to get the best look at my many options since I was not sure if I wanted to do pavers or travertine. He made the suggestion that I remove the planters to minimize maintenance since this was a priority for me. I had not previously thought of this. He also told me he would be able to get the spa and pool light covers I had not been able to replace. His associate Lana was also very helpful in assisting me to select the best colors of pavers and stones to match each other and my house. They were not the cheapest firm I contacted but I am very happy with the value I received for my money. The new pool deck looks great and the stones on the spa really set it off.

Premier Pavers was great. We visited their office in Clearwater (pretty hard to find, call first!), where we could see the pavers to choose from, as well as numerous pictures (on a flat-screen TV) of how the pavers were used. Our salesperson, Lana, paid us several visits, helping us to choose the specific paver (there are many to choose from) as well as the orientation and pattern. The workers were fairly punctual, although the weather held them up several times (tip - try to place pavers during dry season!). We waited a little while for the final cleaning and sealing, but it looks great! We are very satisfied.

Skip, who came to give estimate, was very knowledgable and made suggestions that helped us decide what to do. Estimate was significantly lower than others we had. Excellent communication throughout the project. The company kept us informed of the status of the project and delay due to availability of pavers. When installation was scheduled, they showed up on time and completed work on schedule. Owner of company came by during project to be sure it was being done as we wanted. Workers inspected installation and fixed any areas that did not look just right. They also did excellent repair where existing pavers had sunk in somewhat. Took out large area around where there was a problem and made sure the base was well packed before reinstalling pavers. We have received many complements from neighbors on the job.

Lana was very personable and helpful. Gave better quote than other I had gotten and they did everything they said, were responsive and did an amazing and beautiful job! Would definitely use them again.

Great. Everything was done on schedule, the workers were fast and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. A pleasant hassle free service.

We started working with Lana long idstance about 5 weeks before the installation. Lana was extremely good about keeping in touch with me and answered all question. Work started on time and the crew was in and out within 4 hours. This included all clean up work also. We have more areas to complete and we plan on using Premier Brick Pavers again until we have everything else done.

They did a great job despite some changing conditions (the garage ended up higher than previously thought and the driveway had to be re-graded. Also were willing to come back and finish up smaller areas with leftover pavers.
