The project went very well. They came out earlier than anticipated and the work was beautiful.

I wish hey would've told me that they weren't interested in the job. I would've been fine with that.

Skip the salesperson was very courteous and insightful during sales visit. Provided lowest quote out of three companies solicited. First time I have picked lowest bid for a job but based on good Angie's List reviews decided to go with Premier Brick. Some confusion in getting correct samples. Made two visits to their yard in Clearwater to finalize selection. Some problems coordinating delivery of pavers and scheduling of job. The three man installer team was excellent. It was obvious that they were very experienced and provided a high quality product. The person doing the pool cleaning was not very excited about doing the job but it turned out adequate. Person who applied sealer did a very good job.

It worked out very well. They kept their appointments and showed up when they were supposed to. Everything went as smoothly as it could.

Their pricing seems pretty reasonable but I'm waiting for another estimate from another company to compare it with. The owner of the company came out and I was dealing with her and she was very good. They were on time. Most likely I'm going to use them, I'm just waiting for another estimate.

It went well. I work part time & when I got home Fri, May 24 around noon, pavers were in driveway but workers were NOT - called Misty & she called Lana. Misty told me because they were delayed on another job, Lana requested they do the job on Sat, May 25, instead of starting around 3 pm Fri, May 24 & having to stop around 5 pm. She didn't want us to see a half-done job which I really do appreciate her for that. They came right on time Sat morning & were done by around 1 pm. However, it's a good thing I noticed ALL workers in the truck because they left the dump trailer in our driveway & inconvenienced us since I had to park in the street (my car is smaller than hubby's)AND since it was Memorial Day weekend, I knew nothing would get done until Tues. I did call Misty & left a message on her cell but she never returned my call...I called around 1 pm - she said Lana was out of town due to family emergency & she'd try to contact her - NEVER heard from Misty... So...that meant we were stuck w/the dump trailer in our driveway for THREE days & our across street neighbor was ok w/it but the reason we have a 2 car d/w is because we DID have a problem w/Pat (neighbor) in 2008! He didn't WANT me parking "in front of his driveway." So we had to remodel the ENTIRE front of our home just so I wouldn't have to park in the street!!! On Tuesday I called Lana & asked her when they'd apply sealant & she said about a week later, which they did - they came right on schedule as promised & did a wonderful job! When they were done one of the workers rang the doorbell & asked me if everything was ok - I am VERY pleased with the sealant crew - surprisingly concerned about the customer's satisfaction! So basically I must say this is a very good company but because of circumstances (holiday & family emergency)the communication wasn't as good as it could've been.

I was very impressed on how effecient the team was. They work non-stop. My patio was a bit challening due to the need to pitch the pavers very accurately in order to prevent flooding during heavy rains. The patio drains nicely and looks beautiful. I would recomend this company. The price charged was very comparable to other companies.

My disabled brother lives with us and our new house had no way for him to get into the house without doing a lot of walking. Skip was able to redesign the driveway to a t-formation that enables us to get him close to the front door and also give us parking for guests. What was even better was that they completely covered the porch with enough slope that my brother does not need to step up to get into the house. The driveway shape is also great for contractors as they can back their trucks practically up to our front door. Premier Pavers allowed me to change my brick color after I visited their offices where there is a large outdoor display using all the different brick patterns, colors and companies they deal with so it is much easier to pick what you want when looking at a bigger section rather than the small but useful sheets he carries in the truck. Then we had to change the color again when the brick i wanted was out of stock. After all those problems, they got the job done as quickly as possible so we could move in. The office is hard to find but worth seeking out. The office staff was also very helpful. I am still getting compliments on how great our driveway looks. Almost a year later we do not have any weeds. I would definitely use them again.

Fairly well, quality of final product was beautiful , their crew worked extremely hard to complete job, only negative was they broke some of sprinkler heads which they repaired and cracked irrigation pipe that went under pavers and would not bear responsibility so had to pay out of pocket.

So far we got a quote and we are waiting to see if we take in the project for our new patio.

Premier Brick Pavers was by far the best company I have ever dealt with. They responded almost immediately when I requested an estimate and when I was ready for the job to be completed they were fast, efficient, professional, and the workmanship was great! this company did not do work for me, but the sales man Skip came to my house 4 different times over the course of several months to give me estimates and ideas. He was available by phone and email and always showed up when he said he would, which is a BIG deal in this industry. I don't have a lot of extra money, so I decided to go with a different paver contractor who was about $2,000 cheaper and I TOTALLY regret it. I have to have a lot of repair work on my brand new patio. I should have used Premiere Brick Pavers and spent the extra money on doing it right instead of repairs. I can only hope they might do repair work.

This is a very professional company. When they say they will be there or get something done, they do it. They were always ontime, and worked the whole time they were here. A

We love the pavers Premier Brick Pavers installed. Ours was a special order, because of the kind I wanted. They came in when they said they would, they started, and the pavers were down in no time at all. They were very quick. I really, really liked the selection of paver I got from them. They have a paver that I really liked that wasn't the standard run of the mill everyone has the same paver look. I will use them again. I am going to use them to lay a little path for me.

Skip our salesperson was very informed & made us feel comfortable with the whole process every step from start to finish went like clockwork & is so beautiful I would highly - recommend Premier and their whole crew.

I called 6 companies for quotes on getting my pool deck renovated with brick pavers. Premier Brick Pavers were by far the most professional, punctual, helpful and informative company by far. Skip came out to give me a quote, after a few days I had some questions and he was always available and very helpful, even after the 3rd or 4th call!!!!!!!!!!!! I have signed a contract with them and work will start in 2-3 weeks. Once completed I will write an updated review on the work done. As of right now I am VERY VERY impressed and no other company came close to their standard of customer service and the pricing was very competitive. Don't look any further, use PREMIER BRICK PAVERS

This is the 3rd use of Premier Brick services. Lana has always been extremely professional as owner/project manager. When she gives you a quote, the price and work are most competitive. Although the crew arrived later than expected due to another job, they called to notify us. Upon arrival the foremen reviewed the layout and the crew started and finished the job expeditiously. The crew worked with the expertise expected from Premier Brick, which was quite labor intensive. We will continue to call on Lana at Premier Brick.

The service was excellent! They were very hardworking and cleaned up very well after completion.

After having a few other companies come out and give a bid, we called Premier Brick Pavers due to positive reviews on Angie's List. Lana came out within a week and, after measuring and working up figures, emailed a bid the next day. Beyond that, though, she gave us a few ideas for design which we were able to modify and include in our final plan. Her enthusiasm and suggestions for the job were most helpful as she was able to see beyond what already existed in our back yard. The plan involved removing existing concrete and a small patio before replacing and expanding the area on the side and back of the house with a larger, one level paved area. Lana continued to be available through texting and email for questions and a proposed change I requested before the start of the job (a larger step in front of sliding doors). Her office staff was also helpful on the day we paid the deposit and asked to see samples of the pavers. Thank you, Misty and George. Lana said they would be able to get to the job "the week after next", and, despite a lot of rain, her crew was able to show up that week as promised and completed both the extensive removal and new pavers in less than 3 full days. The finished job looks beautiful and has transformed our back yard. Thank you!

I made an appointment with this company to pave a patio for the July 4th holiday. The first appointment I waited for a long time. I called this company and was told the service rep was stuck on another job and be coming soon. I waited all day for this company to arrive. When I called again, after 3pm, I was told there was no record that anyone was supposed to come my home. Then today, I prepared for a reschedule and again there were issues. I waited, and waited. I spoke with Skip, the sales rep, he told me he was told not to come because the company says we called to cancel. So I called the company and spoke with George. They were very unprofessional on the phone accusing me of repeatedly canceling my appointments. I told him I did at anytime cancel and his response was "that's what you say." We did not call to cancel. I took an entire day off work for this.

I found the listing on angie's list. Called Premier Brick Paver to set up an estimate. Lana called back right away to set up an appointment. She showed up right on schedule. Took measurements and then sent me an e-mail estimate about 2 days later. It was reasonable and confirmed that I wanted Premier to do the project. They delivered the pavers in about and week and completed the project within the next week. It was beatuiful. Better than I thought it would look. Tehy came back about 4 days later to seal the pavers. Outstanding job.

Great job!! I requested a quote from Premier Brick Pavers for removal of a large existing deck and installation of pavers. After they came out to my home with samples, I decided to request an adjustment to the initial area quoted. The adjustment included removal of a cement patio area, and additional paver installation. They were more than willing to work with me, and gave me a new quote within 24hrs. I ok'd the quote, feeling that it was pretty reasonable.It took about 2-3 weeks for the pavers to come in, but within 2 days, the work was done! To my amazement, I came home on day #1 to find the deck demolished and gone - and the cement broken up and gone. Sand had already been poured and was being leveled. I couldn't believe how efficient the workers were! The next day, I came home to a job completed. It looked amazing! I would definitely recommend Premier Brick Pavers!...and would absolutely use them again.

We got them from Angie’s List. The product is amazing and the workers are amazing. It took a few weeks for them to start and that is the only negative, otherwise they are excellent in every category. We would 100% use them again in the future if necessary.

I called Premier on 4/9/12 based on the fact that they advertised "paver repair." I received a return call over a week later. I explained to the woman who called that this was a repair job. She responded that they were really busy and didn't have time for small jobs, but since I was an AL member she would come by within a week and give me an estimate. She also said that all of the coping would have to be replaced, not just the loose 4 foot section,even though she hadn't even seen the area yet. It was my distinct impression that replacing all of the coping would be a high enough ticket item to be worth her time. However, as of this writing, 5/7/12, I have not heard from her company. Obviously, I went with another company to get the job done. I guess if you are looking to spend a lot of money regardless of the actual need, this might be the company for you, though I would be heavily concerned about the likelihood of any "small" follow up work.
