Theata Electric submitted the second highest quote of the four bids that I received so far, but it was reasonable and I felt comfortable with the contact I had with the company.

We couldn't have asked for anything more! We referred to Theta by another Angie's List vendor who said that Theta would be closer to our condo than they were (Groves Electric). We are out-of-state owners and rely on a family member to act as a go-between. They coordinated with our family member, spoke directly to us and delivered all that they said they would and more. We really liked that once a contract was signed, they said that even if a little more was involved, the price would not change and that they would get our permission BEFORE any work that would require more money was done. They did more than the agreed contract and there was no extra charge. Fortunately nothing more major was required so we had no unexpected expenses. Our family member could not say enough things about how impressed he was with the workers that showed up. Their openness in what they were doing, the professionalism, punctuality and politeness of all that were there. Steve even recommended an idea for our future kitchen remodel -- an idea that was actually more to our liking in terms of style and a lot less expensive that anything else that has been recommended to us. It is nice to know that we already have our electrician lined up when it is time to remodel.

Theta electric was wonderful. I had bought my home (first-time home owner) I was new to all of the renovations. I was referred to Theta by my realtor. I had major work needing to be done, since the house I bought had no ceiling lights or fans and I really wanted that in my home. Our technician was amazing, he was detailed in the work he did, very friendly and accommodating. Even when we asked for extra things to be done he was obliging and made the time to complete the job and explain everything to us. I will continue to use Theta for any electrical work I need done.

Theta Electric got back to us within 24 hours and they were thorough.

Our lights dim when the AC comes on. We were told by the AC company that the wiring for the AC was bare minimum and that when the new AC unit was installed the old electrical box was not removed instead the installers piggybacked from the old box to the new box. The AC technician speculated that there may be bad connections in there which could be causing the issue. We had exhausted all other possibilities before having Theta come out to replace the wiring. The technician that came out was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He explained that it was not uncommon for lights to dim when the AC kicks on especially in older homes but said he would do a check on the wiring and the electrical box. I told him about the AC wiring which he confirmed was a bare minimum standard. After doing an initial examination, he was unable to find any issues on the surface. He explained that replacing the wiring to the AC could be costly and it was not a guaranteed fix. After giving me the price quote for the AC wiring job, he again reiterated that it may not fix the problem. I went ahead and had him complete the work. I appreciated his honesty and unfortunately he was right, it didn't fix the problem but at least I know I have exhausted all the possibilities and the AC wiring is now up to date. I would definitely use Theta in the future for any electrical needs.

For an emergency call it went very well. Everyone was kind and courteous from the answering service to the technicians. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They showed up in quickly, since my smoke alarms were going off without any smoke in the house. They found the problem and installation was done. The technician explained everything in detail about the new alarms and answered any questions. They cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use them again. They may be a bit pricey but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for!"

the serviceman came early and was professional and courteous - he hung ceiling fan in second bedroom - he was clean and used a drop cloth - he did the job fast and thorough - also helped me in addition to a drooping wire coming down from lr ceiling fan which was also installed by theta - but a different guy- all in all job well done - their prices are a little on the high side but worth it -

They are timely, consistent, and professional. They are not inexpensive but they are very methodical in their work and they are very neat. You get what you pay for.

very good - electrician was prompt -girl in their office was very pleasant setting up appointment and answering all my questions- he installed ceiling fan -not taking more than an hour - checked fan to make sure it worked and took out the trash parts -the electrician was very pleasant - (the only thing I wished he would have done is put down a plastic sheet or drop cloth) but there was no drilling or heavy tools needed - so it was okay not to have put down plastic - all over great job done - they also sent me a thank you letter with a $25.00 coupon to use on future jobs. (That is great customer service!!!)

They did a super job. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did the work in a prompt manner. They arrived on time, estimated the price, and completed the job on time and at the price quoted. A very professional firm I would highly recommend.

Michael Pasquino and his team are outstanding. They are the professional, thorough, meticulous, and prompt. They always arrive on time and do what they say they are going to do. They are skilled in the most up to date techniques and materials. They did an excellent job on our service upgrade (house built in 1937) and beauitful work on our kitchen remodel -- not easy with plaster and lathe walls. They go to extra effort to hide wires and make everything aesthetically pleasing. Johann, the foreman, on our job was the greatest. Thank you THETA!

I couldn't be more pleased! The technician came out ON TIME, completed the work QUICKLY, and at a REASONABLE PRICE. He was PLEASANT, PATIENT with my questions, and PROFESSIONAL in every way. He said: "Now you have an electrician for life!" ... and he's right! I would not hesitate to use them again. HIGHEST MARKS!

The customer service far exceeded the actual work they did in my house. If I wanted something they didn't think I really wanted they explained the pro's and con's of what I wanted. As I added more work to my list I always received an option of doing it one way or another. The price was always quoted before any work was done. They started with the outlet, installed new ceiling fans, completed all the electric when I had my kitchen renovated, completed my outside lighting (including accent lighting), hooked up the hot tub, and changed the light in the swimming pool. They also upgraded my fuse box so that everything in my house is protected. I also asked them to install my home theater system in the family room and living room. Each time they completed a project I found more for them to do. The most fantastic thing about the service of Theta Electric was that each room they completed was cleaner than it was when they started. I had no problem leaving a key available to them for easy access when I was not home. If they ran into a problem I was called immediately with a new estimate or a way to work around what I wanted. They never did anything without prior approval. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have never had better customer service, technical service, or personal service as I've had with Theta Electric. They made me feel as though I was the only customer they had.

Michael Pasquino was called into our renovation project when we found that most of our newly purchased 1925 home still contained 1925 electrical wiring. We had a very short window of opportunity (2.5 weeks) before our painting contractor was scheduled to begin. Michael reviewed our needs and presented us with a fair estimate on the job, within our limited timeframe. Under the circumstances he could have tried to over charge us and did not. His team was highly professional and did an excellent job. The team is polite and appears tidy. I had no concerns about having them in my home.

The electrician was there when he said he would be there and performed the work that was required. Their ad said "same day service" and they came and performed the work the same day. I did think that the travel charge of $57 was unwarranted because of the amount of the bill.
