+ -1 morePinch A Penny was my pool service provider for 8 years. A few weeks ago, they were doing my weekly pool maintenance and they spilled acid on the slide aaluminum leg and the deck. Instead of cleaning it up right away they just left it there and the acid ate through the aluminum leg almost all the way through.When we called them to try to get the matter resolved; they dinied any wrong doing and dropped us as a client. Talk about lack of customer service and loyalty after 8 years of collecting their fees with us every questioning any of their charges. We called the Pinch A Penny corporate office and they basically said they were a franchise and therefore there was nothing they could do. We are now looking for legal advise on this matter. I would not recommend them because they do not stand by their mistakes and when you call them to try to come to an amicable resolution their reaction is to drop you as a customer.

+ -1 moreThey are pretty good. We don?t have anything extreme done. They do the basic pool cleaning with chemicals. It costs $75 a month. They come in once a week.

Description of Work: I have been buying my pool products from this place for at least 5 years. I dont have time to take care of my pool as much as I would like. I always buy the same 10 jugs of shock for my pool. When I bought it last time, it didnt work. It was almost as if it was diluted. When I confronted them about it, they got rude and said that it all comes from the same truck. I know that it was diluted.
