They were prompt... Communicate extremely well. Wisely of work was great. Clean up after completion excellent. Has a water line damaged during work . Told me immediately. Could not repair..I called plumber. Quick repair.. Pestwise covered all cost immediately. Break in line was not due to carelessness... I have hired them for another project and would recommend them without hesitation.

Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and patient Did not give up until he had the problem solved. Best of all, he was willing to answer all my many questions and explain to me what he had done.

Tony Napoli was awesome. Did not know how I was going to have the attic cleared of rodent urine stained insulation and poop ALL over the attic. Tony was prompt, responsive, got the job done. They sucked insulation/ everything out of the attic, sanitized, and blew in new insulation. 100% clean up. At first I thought it was pricey, and it was well worth it for the job they did.

John was prompt and courteous. He provided education regarding the findings and took lots of pictures for places I didn't want to go into. The customer sevice was very nice - and much appareciated in this era of rudeness.

Tony Napoli came to do the inspection and I found him to be very professional and helpful, providing customer education and choices, and follow-up throughout the process. Excellent customer service. The installation crew was very good as well. The cost was less than other quotes I obtained. Very happy with results.

I still have the same problem as I did before they came in. They dont show up when they say they are going to and they have poor communication skills

Highly recommend. Excellent, courteous, professional service, on-time completion, at competitive price, and when finished they left site clean/neat. As a customer I can be very particular and critical (yeah, I suppose in some cases I could be considered a â challengingâ customer). While there were a couple of minor issues, the staff responded and resolved issues promptly, cheerfully, and kept me informed. This would be important with a contractor anywhere, but the folks at Pestwise were definitely head and shoulders above the typical, predictably disappointing â Florida contractorâ . Tony was a consummate professional, and spent extra time going over options and explaining the process, providing oversight. and following-up on the project. Chance did a great install, explaining their install approach, the equipment and materials, and keeping us informed on progress, scheduled breaks, etc. Communications with staff were excellent, with always prompt response to phone and texts. Really, these guys are first rate. You might (maybe) find another contractor that claims a cheaper price, but not cheaper by much, so save yourself the headaches of dealing with vendors whose crappy equipment and/or vehicles leak oil on your driveway/pavers, who leave fast-food wrappers, soda cans, and cigarette butts laying around the property, who donâ t answer phone calls, who delay/cancel on short or no notice, and/or who are sloppy and leave a less behind at installation . The latter is particularly important with blown-in installation, as it is a product that is otherwise dusty and inclined to big messes if not installed by a CONSCIENTIOUS professional. Pestwise showed-up with well-maintained equipment and late model vehicles/trailers. Again, just a really professional outfit.

They need to keep in touch more often and keep appointments as scheduled.
