The Pro came out to remove the animal from my crawl space but the inspection found the smell almost gone so service was not needed. Very good advice was given, in that, he said the smell was dissipating because it was a small animal or other animals have eaten the body. The smell is gone and the advice was free. I am happy

My choice to hire Pestwise was their quick response and friendly nature. They were out almost immediately to do my job, which was great. I needed to work, but was ensured if everything couldn't be done from the outside, they would schedule a day to go inside the home. After being told the job was done, the first thing I noticed when I got home was that my attic hadn't been sealed properly. I called and they were out the next morning to go in my attic. I was surprised that after sealing the entire house and setting traps for rodent control, once they left, they never checked in again on the effectiveness of the work. Maybe my expectation is too high? They did try to sell me on other services that they do, such as insulation, that I declined because I wanted to do more research. Overall, I was happy with the job but did have minor reservations in the communication.

They were timely in starting the project. Any concerns that I might have had they were quick to respond or to come back out to the house. Excellent customer service from Alan. I would recommend them for any critter removal.

Heard critters in my attic the first night I moved into my new home - worst nightmare! Used HA to find an emergency pest control on a Saturday morning to assess the situation and was linked with Pestwise. Tony was very prompt in calling me and getting to my house within an hour to do the inspection. He discovered evidence of rats and holes in my roof aiding the problem. He took 10 pictures to show me the situation so that I didn’t have to go back up there. They gave me a very reasonable quote (and a veteran discount) and scheduled the job for first thing Monday morning. The owners, Chanse and Alan, were both here to do the job on Monday and the whole crew was super friendly and very fast. They got the entire job done in a day. They also used high quality TAP insulation! Seriously, they’re awesome. I’m a very happy customer!

do not hire them !! there over priced and when they were supposed to show up they did not. I was gone the next day when they were to finish taking the old installation out , but they didn't know i had a camera hidden watching them ,they did not even go in the attic they just pick up there machine and left ,,no disinfecting no finiching vacuum nothing.. if you decide to hire them , watch them like a hawk,, good luck, god be with you.
