+ -1 moreI am extremely frustrated and upset with this company. I have been using them for almost 5 years to perform termite control. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact them regarding my complaint and they will not resolve it to my satisfaction. I have had a manager out to look at it, he agreed with me, but he is not allowed to resolve the problem (even though he and I are in agreement.) I feel that the owners should step up to the plate and resolve the problem with overpayment.
Description of Work: I am using this company for termite control. I have been charged $230 a year for the last several year, and my neighbor is being charged $160. She has 3 bedroom, two story home with a two car garage and has more termite stations than I do. My home is a duplex, and much smaller with less stations. I believe I should not be paying more for less of a job. This is the annual charge listed.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY INSTALLED MY TERMITE TRAPS AND CHECKS THEM REGULARLY, WITHOUT ANY REQUIREMENT FROM ME. I SELDOM KNOW THEY ARE HERE, BUT THEY ALWAYS LEAVE A REPORT AND EVEN DO EXTRA WORK TO KEEP TRAPS CLEAR.
Description of Work: TECHNICIAN CHECKED ALL TERMITE TRAPS (INSTALLED PREVIOUSLY), FOUND NO TERMITE ACTIVITY, REPLACED TWO STATIONS AND REPORTED TO ME.
