The provider wasn't able to do the work that I needed. Apparently he was not licensed to do the type of work. When you asked for the refund, he only gave me back $1,000 instead of the $1,250 I paid. Due to this, I will never pay a provider money before the work is completed to my satisfaction. The provider seemed like a nice guy but I feel like I got conned.

We would like to thank Perkins Concrete for the great job done in extending our driveway and patio at our new house. The price was very fair and we even had the $100 coupon to use from this site.They showed up on time when promised and did an excellent and professional job. They kept their work site tidy and picked up and removed everything on completion of their job. We are very happy with the new concrete and can't wait till we can utilize it. We would definitely recommend this company.

Warren was very easy to work with and the men that did the job were complete professionals. We love the slab.

First, We were very nervous about this job. We wanted a new driveway, but were not exactly sure how it should look as we have a one car garage but wanted to park two cars in front of it. We also wanted a circular step and some sort of landing area. Unlike some others, Warren Perkins gave us some practical advice without trying to sell us anything and made us feel comfortable that we were going to get a quality driveway that would improve the look of our house. In fact, He was a professional from beginning to end. Showed up when he said he would, communicated with us every step of the way, and completed all work when he said he would. In addition, everyone on his crew was prompt, professional, and very willing to make any and every change that we asked for. Finally, the driveway looks great! We are so very happy with the finished product. In fact, we have had at least a dozen random strangers in our neighborhood the last couple of days stop to tell us how great it looks. I would definitely call Perkins Concrete Inc for any concrete job.

I would highly recommend Perkins Concrete. From owner Warren to foreman Jeff, to masons Aldo, Moses, Manuel, etc., every step of the process was handled extremely professionally, and in prompt and friendly fashion. All inspections went smoothly, with inspectors even commenting that whoever did the work sure knew what they were d***. Of the estimates I got, they were also the best price. If the rest of our renovation went as efficiently as Perkins' portion, we'd be relaxed and done by now.

I went to them because of the reviews and the price. They're very easy to go with. They're very professional. They did a very good job and I was very happy with the service. Their quality of work was good.

He did a superb job. His price was much cheaper than everyone else. He was very professional. The people that he had working for him did a great job. He put that in during the rain storm. They covered it up so we had no dents in our driveway. The driveway looks beautiful. I would tell anyone to go to him. it was a long driveway from the front to the back.

From getting the quote for the job, to completing the work, Perkins was very "easy to do business with". I never had a chance to really compare prices, since other A listers took a few days to get back to me and Warren had already visited my property and sent a written quote before I even got some return phone calls. They started the work as scheduled, completed it as scheduled with no disruption to me or my family. While a street curb is a street curb, it looks straight and even and was completed exactly as they said it would look and no mess or damage to other areas of my property or the street.

He did an absolutely wonderful job! He went and got all the permits from the city and county, and his crew worked in the pouring rain. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone because he did a super job. He gave us the best estimate. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

Warren Perkins was rare pleasure to work with during a long and complicated process of trying to get a new cement floor poured in our garage. The job presented many unexpected complications (through no fault of Perkins Concrete, Inc.). Although I'm sure the company had many much larger jobs to focus on, he addressed our concerns as if we were his biggest client! His patience, flexibility and concern throughout this on-going project have made all the difference. I will recommend him highly to anyone I know looking for a cement contractor. They just don't come like this anymore.

The office people were efficient and courteous. Mr. Perkins had a crew come out when we needed them and he checked on the work himself. The crew did a great job! We are very happy.

I knew that this plumbing repair was coming up and called Perkins Concrete to get an estimate to get the garage floor repaired after the fact. When Warren Perkins came to give the estimate all we had to go on was some tape on the floor to mark the path of the pipe, and the cut. With that I was given an estimate for the work and was able to go ahead and schedule the repair. Warren also explained to me that I had to get subterranean termite treatment for the disturbed earth under the floor before he could pour concrete. So I made all the plans, and started the ball rolling. Because of the nature of the work, I couldn't schedule the concrete part until I knew that the plumbing part was complete - and that took four full days. I then was able to schedule pest control and the concrete work. Perkins Concrete scheduled me within a couple of days, and came right on time, with a great crew of people. The work was done in one morning. Before they came I let Warren know that the opening was larger than initially estimated, by 6" in width and maybe 5'. I fully expected an increase in price, but Perkins Concrete stood by the estimate given. I am very pleased with the work and the entire experience.

It went very well, however, I could have used a little more explaination of what was going to happen.

Warren came out to check my concerns and stated I needed nothing repaired. Answered my questions and there was no charge. I appreciated the honesty and integrity that he didn't try to sell me something I did not need.

Initial call with Perkins was great, contractor offered to come onsite and perform free inspection of the retaining wall cracks for any structural issues or concerns and provide any estimates for repairs. The day of the inspection, the contractor was running a bit late due to traffic; but promptly called me to inform me he was running behind and made sure I was still available. When contractor arrived he performed a thorough visual inspection and answered all of my questions relating not only to the retaining wall; but also the pool deck, pool, and garage slab. The contractor was clearly experienced, and very trustworthy. Turns out there were no structural issues with the retaining wall, only cosmetic cracks in stucco and some landscaping required to correct some erosion. Contractor referred me to a stucco contractor upon request. Perkins is very honest, has great communication, and extremely knowledgable. I would never hesitate to use them for any concrete work myself, or refer them to others. They are helpful, and can be relied on as a trusted concrete advisor. Very glad I found them.

Extremely well. Warren came out quickly to inspect the site and give a quote. His team arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the work. They finished on time and cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed with the workmanship. I felt like the new porch post will be attached to a very structurally sound foundation.

OverallOut of the several quotes i got to form and pour the patio, Perkins concrete was the most responsive to questions and requests. All aspects of the job were handled with professionalism. The workers were extremely fast, efficient and polite. They also honored my request to not damage the Brighthouse cables that ran right through the area where the slab was going. Overall, an excelent experience. I will be contacting them again when it is time to work on the driveway.

Arranged for crane to set 24' and 9' lintels. Installed rebar for walls and lintels. Arranged inspection. Poured lintels, wall cells, chimney cells, column cells, and gap around chimney. Laid glass block.

Good job on the deck not so much on clean up. Found leftover concrete under my bushes and in yard. Called owner and he did come out and clean it up.

From the initial estimate to completion of job, went off without a hitch. Warren listened to what we wanted and made it work. Easy to work with and much better appeal to the porch.
