+ -1 moreHe was very thorough and worked well with the plumber during the repairs. He does excellent work at reasonable prices.
Description of Work: We had a leak and he removed the damaged wood and replaced with new. He also made the repairs in the cabinet where the leak occurred.

+ 0 moreHe did a wonderful job. I have nothing, but good things to tell about him. He is clean, polite, fast, and does perfect work. If there is a need, I would use him again in the future too.
Description of Work: Perfect Repair & Construction Inc. installed a new flooring in my bathroom in March and repaired a leak in the toilet.

+ 0 moreJoel is a one man company. He works fast, does a professional job. I was pleased that he relaid my carpeting by using a 'stretcher' and hot iron tape just like it had been laid when first installed.
Description of Work: Took up carpet & padding, reinforced floor joists, installed new insulation, laid new subflooring, laid new vinyl in bathroom, relaid padding & carpeting in bedroom, moved all furniture before work and again after work completed.
