+ -1 moreThe customer service sucked. On the initial visit, I was told that I would be the first customer of the day. The service man showed up at my door at 3:45, took pictures of the model number and said that it was the heating element of the dishwasher (I told him that on the phone before he showed up). The call took less than 15 minutes. They were supposed to get back to me about when the part had come in and when the actual repair can be made. After two weeks, I had heard nothing. I had to call and leave messages which were not responded to. Eventually, I was able to talk to someone and discovered that they had yet to process my "parts" request to make the repair. This was 3 weeks after the initial visit. I am still waiting for the part to come in so that they can make the repair. So far, I have not been impressed.
Description of Work: We purchased a home warranty through American Home Shield. They subcontract claims out to this company. Our dishwasher is not working and the door on our microwave is broken. We are still waiting for the parts to be in, so that the repair can be made.
