Nickerson did a terrific job with my luxury vinyl kitchen floor installation. They should up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up the job site when they were finished. They took the time & extra effort to ensure the floor was level before they started with final product. There were a couple areas that needed some extra work. Greg and his partner Chris did a beautiful job installing the flooring in the kitchen and dining room. They pay attention to the details and made sure to do the prep work on the concrete floor before installing the flooring. I will definitely hire them again in the future projects.

Greg and Chris were both professional by completing removal and installation of laminate flooring on time and within budget. They followed condominium rules and cared about the property by cleaning up the job site everyday before leaving.

Greg did an excellent job! He is a good communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. Greg is trustworthy. We were not around during the install but felt confident Greg would treat our property with respect in our absence. Greg needed to tear out an old floor that was improperly installed by a contractor-flipper. Greg carefully prepared the subfloor with leveler to ensure a proper install. We feel confident Greg would return in the future to make it right if any floor issues come up. Greg was able to work with us to provide our condo association with the proper requirements to approve the installation.We would highly recommend him to others.
