Juan showed total disrespect for my kitchen. My appliances had liquid dripped on them. The quarter rounds on the edge of the cabinet boxes were not touched. There was grit in my sink which should have been covered. I had to scrub dried orange liquid from my frigidaire top my floor and my walls. Supplies were left in my cabinet including a razor blade. I realize my kitchen is an older home with original kitchen with original 1950 cabinets but it should have been protected like a brand new home. Total disrespect. The cabinet doors and drawers are beautiful. His integrity and work ethic need improvement. I don't want him back in my home and would not send him to anyone.

Company stands by its process 100%. Had a few issues with the 2nd step. No problem with making it right. Very satisfied with end product given that engineered floor was shoddily installed years ago and showed some signs of water damage. Highly recommend H-Hance.

poor response to phone calls they have been out twice and I still have problems

they may be ok for regular hardwood but do not have experance in doing engeneered hardwood, after 2 days they had to stop. now we have to find someone to resand and stain our floors. ps. good coustemer relations.

Above and beyond to get an issue resolved with the kick board in my cabinet. Worked very clean

My wood floors needed refinished. I was promised that they wood look "good as new". They have a nice polish to them, but that is all. I am not pleased with the outcome.

We set our appt. for the work to get started, we were never told what time they would be here. The date was set a month before they could come out. I was asleep when they arrived. I was told the time line of job and when I would need everything taken out..Day 1 they would take the doors, then 3 days later they would be back to do the cabinets...NOPE! I had until the following morning to clear out my cabinets and move my fridge by myself, all 5'2" of me with my teenager. Fortunately, one of the contractors understood I couldn't pivot the fridge, so he helped me. He also helped me put it back! One contractor took it upon himself to remove a small metal cup shelf without asking me first. As a result, I ended up not being able to reinstall, we had to use a different method for one screw hole due o the wall...they ripped it out. I complained to the owner who took 3 days to come and see what happened and did fix it for me. As I told him, if they had asked I would have told them it couldn't be taken down without causing damage.
