The next day another tech came out and put in Freon and the unit is working. He thinks it is my circuit board and it is covered by a 5 yr warranty. Each time they come out they charge 65 even if they dont do anything. They advertise 45 service call!

I had different people come to my house at different times and tell me different things and I just don't feel like their technicians are totally consistent but if I have a problem they are quick to come out.

We are very pleased with them. The cost was minimal and I was very pleased with it. They were very good about explaining what they were doing and how they were going to do it. They told me what might need repair in the future, but it does not need repair right now which impressed me because a lot of people will find things that would cost you money. I just felt like they were very honest with me. I recommend them highly. They were here within 24-hours.

Todd was very helpful when he came out to check and tune the units. No pressure tactics to replace. Very friendly (not too friendly!)

or owners son would come out and tried to fix it he couldn't. Jacob took the back off which made any cool air that did come out. Well it just heated up my living room. By now this was Monday, No Tuesday any way They said they were working on getting me the part. To make a long story short. He never got the part.The blower motor was taken out and they said they were going to try to adapt another motor for my unit and then after the weekend. They still had the motor. I'm getting the days just seemed to run together. It started on the 18th of June and up to the 24 I didn't have air. I had to wait til the 25th til I had the blower motor back. The other company coudn't charge me just for labor if I didn't have the blower motor. It was still under warranty. I was told he couldn't get it.I paid $113.00 dollars. The $113.00 was half of the money. The rest would be collected when the work was done. I was told a check would be cut on Friday come Wednesday my husband went to there place of business and got the check. I asked on Monday, what the check # was. I was told. I was also told the check would go in the mail Monday. Funny how they got the check # they told me they mailed. Gave the check to my husband Wednesday July 1st.. I called another company and within a couple of hours They came out fixed my A.C. I paid quite a bit more but it was fixed. We roasted for one week. The unit is still here I called them twice about it. I called again Friday and told them I wasn't going to bring it back into my porch. It looks hideous the back is off and the five gallon bucket they let us use has the extension cord in it. It has been a couple of days shy of a month, they still haven't picked it up. I also told them if they didn't pick it up Monday I was going to let the trash people pick it up. You would think they would take better care of things. Maybe because it didn't work and the cord was very hot. when it was inside. Maybe they know its junk and they don't care. Any way i never thought I would be writing a bad review. i was also told by the people whom fixed it the wiring was all wrong ???? What's up with that? I just want to forget this nighmare and go on. Deb I'm telling this the way I remember it. I don't want any trouble. I just wanted my air fixed. and it wasn't by them. Today is July 20th and the unit is still here. The trash didn't pick it up. I didn't have it close enough to the curb. My husband called today and told them they had til Thursday, July 25 It was raining when he called. It was early morning.They said Oh yes, we have someone here in the office. They will come pick it up. It is 5::00 p.m. it is still sitting in my driveway. My husband doesn't like to play hardball. But, enough is enough.

Costa was on time, look sharp and as always did an outstanding job. And as always did the job with up most professional manner.
