Heath was great! Professional. Smart (figuring out the source our drain problem wasn't easy -- I don't think an "average" plumber could have done it). Friendly. I couldn't have been happier.

The work was preformed but I was the stupid one that signed the contract. What started out as a clogged drain for a repair of approximately $375.00 turned into almost $15,000 dollars. Yes that’s right $15,000 dollars. I was desperate as we had company visiting. Now I kicking myself when I see how easy it was repaired in a day and a half . I still can believe I was this stupid to sign a contract for this amount. I will be paying my credit card for years to pay this off. Please don’t make he same mistake I did. This should have been a $3,000 job max. The two Workers were great and hard working but the price terrible. Live and learn.

The operator for Mr. Rooter Plumbing picked up immediately and scheduled a technician who arrived on time as stated. Our service technician, Nick, was quick and courteous and we were made aware price and service prior to work being completed. Following a pressure check, he identified and fixed the problem. He was tidy and thorough and made us aware of appropriate follow-up actions. I would recommend Mr. Rooter—and Nick Johnson specifically—to anyone in need of these services. When we need additional work done in the future, we won’t hesitate to call them . Excellent service all around—thanks, Nick!

Nick Johnson Service Technician arrived when he said he would. Very kind and quickly went to work. Cleaned up after himself and explained what he was going to do before starting. We felt confident that we had the right person for the job. Quite, clean, courteous and most of all quick. All of this on a Sunday, my only day off and at no extra charge.

Excellent response and repair. Mr. Nick Johnson was at our home within one hour of our calling his company. He was very knowledgeable & professional & did a great job replacing the CVPC line that broke behind the wall. Would definitely use him again & will recommend him at all family & friends.
