Mold Solutions were recommended by a house inspector Ron West who was very thorough and we used when we bought our house because he had been so thorough when my Father in law sold his house. Mold Solutions / Joe were up front honest and not BS. Like others have said he gave us suggestions and let us know that he can do set up a containment area... but really we just needed to replace the shower which had failed to be water proof and had mold on it... just needed to be updated. We updated it and were able to put the mold remididation cost into the improvement of our bathroom. Very grateful and highly recommend!

Brandon is great, we used him on three home inspections. The first two we passed on based on things that he had found, but I'd much rather pay for an inspection than a money pit of a home. He checks every little thing in the house and is much more thorough than most from what I can tell.

Devon, Darien, Monica and Anna arrived on time. Performed within the time they gave. They left the house clean, clean, clean. The mold was removed without leaving a mess. This is closest to ideal that I could have asked for! Kathy C

This company is amazing to work with! Everyone is so nice, communicates well through the whole process, and are so thorough. Brandon came out quickly to hear out my concerns and inspect our house. He listened to my long winded story of concerns and theories (haha). He was able to spend a team out quickly to run some tests. Brian and Taylor were great, they inspected and tested my house, and showed me the mold they found. I was very happy with their work and the fact they were able to find the mold and validate my concerns. They were also able to help connect me with another mold inspector to validate their findings. Once we had the mold results confirmed, they sent out a team to do all the demo work and treatment. Devin and his team were hardworking, communicated everything they were doing and finding through the whole process. He ran his team well and got everything handled. They were also quick to handle anything new that came up and ran it by me. Everyone I've worked with here were amazing! They made my project feel like a priority and were quick to help me. I appreciate everyone who helped during all this! The team even checked in with me afterwards to see how everything went and how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I ever had a mold concern.

I couldnâ t be happier with the work Mold Solutions USA has done. We live in Bonita Springs and were hit hard with Hurricane Ian and ended up with some pretty significant mold in our guest room from a pipe that was leaking while we didnâ t have power and our house was shuttered. Mold solutions not only responded extremely quickly, they got me an estimate within 24 hours and were at my home within another 24 hours. Brian and Terilyn were a pleasure to work with and thoroughly explained each step of the process. They also gave me recommendations on what to have the contractor do after they were gone. The mold cleanup and sanitation of the entire house took only 3 days. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and I 100% recommend them. I had Mold Solutions USA come over to my home as we were experiencing some symptoms and had some suspicion of Mold being the cause. Sure enough Brandon found the mold in a bathroom and helped us through the entire process. We got excellent service from the beginning by Brandon being in touch with us from the day he did the inspection through helping us find the right contractor to help with our AC system, which also happened to be the cause of having air quality issues in our home. The remediation process was done in a very neat way, preventing the house from any possible cross contamination. The full home sanitization with the fogging system improved the air quality of the home leaving the air much cleaner. I highly recommend them!

Oh My gosh. These guys are awesome, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Brandon Faust and his wife run this business. They are so detailed, thorough and caring. It is very rare to find a company like that in these days. I have physical issues which include a high level of mold in the body. Another mold company said there wasn't any mold. Brandon tracked the mold down - where it was and showed me its existence by his blacklight. Phenomenal. After it had been all thoroughly gotten rid of by the team ( Brandon's wife is super super thorough) I felt instantly better and the air was fresh. These guys will sort you out, you can't go wrong. I don't often write glowing reviews because I have very high standards. These guys met those high standards and beyond.

Having been a home inspector for 17 years and done 10,000 inspections. I know well that in dealing with customers on a subject like mold it is not just about knowing the subject yourself. It is most important to care enough for the customer to communicate that knowledge in a way that they fully understand and can use the information they receive to protect themselves against and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. It provides comfort and trust. Brandon from Mold Solutions demonstrates the above. He takes it upon himself to be the most knowledgeable in the field of mold and is always reaching to gain knowledge. He came to our home and even with my background I had no idea about some of the things he went over with us. These were things that in Florida, even living in brand new construction, if we did not follow would open the door for mold finding a home in our home. Thank goodness we found Mold Solutions USA! Someone squatted in our condo,  unbeknowst to us, for who knows how many days or weeks and then left a sliding glass door open. When we returned there was mold everywhere!  Brandon Faust of Mold Solutions USA was the very first mold remediation vendor to respond to us and quickly came to assess the situation. His expertise in mold helped us understand the extent of damage, the potential health hazards & potential next steps and remediation paths we should consider. Being concerned for our health, he gave us excellent advice and was able to begin our remediation within two days. Although we got quotes from other vendors, we decided to go with Brandon given his expertise, his thorough remediation plan, his concern and willingness to start as soon as possible. Mold Solutions USA amended their schedule and performed several treatments so our Air conditioner vendor could install a new one and clean our ducts, ensuring our system would remain mold free.
