Mold Response Team

Still waiting about 2 weeks to get call back to see when we'll get the paper form of our test results. Tried to get us to use their equipment to remedy the low amounts of mold found even though initially they said the company that tests can't do any remediation. Never found out why the mold smell is in the air on the one room which was the only reason we called them and spent $500. Also was told we would need at most 3 tests not 5 and was never told we would need to pay for outside quality air test which I think is rediculous. Thould we'd pay about $300 not $500! Just feel like it was a big waste of money.

This is the most responsive business I have ever dealt with. Responding to emails, texts, calls on weekends, evenings, and after hours. The quality of work is fantastic. A++++ all the way around. An example of how the companies should perform. Thank you Tal and the team!

I am so thankful for the Mold Response Team! They came out to the house and was extremely professional. They heard my concerns and explained everything clearly to me. We called this company to come out in June 2018 when we smelled mold in the house. They came next day. Quote for $375. They did two samples, sent to lab, and came back & said there was mold. We got a couple of pages in an email stating that mold was there and in a short paragraph, recommending that we clean it up. While they were here, they ran my credit card on a cell phone device, and when I asked for a receipt, she said that my credit card statement would be my receipt! I wasn't happy about that, but they were not offering one. I didn't realize how important that piece of paper would have been! Within a week, we called out a mold remediation company, but we then found out that we needed a protocol report from MRT in order for remediation to be completed. Suddenly, MRT would not pick up the phone or respond to emails. I wrote an email demanding my money back, and THAT did got the woman to contact me, where she was avoiding before. When she called she made an excuse about having been in state training. She said that she would get the protocol report to me, and stated that she hesitates to give them out to every customer because they take a few hours to complete. She said she would give the protocol reports when the customer needed it. So, I told her I NEEDED IT. She said she would get it to me the following Monday. Weeks went by, and email after email, call after call, and no protocol report was given. I have emails from the woman at MRT stating that she would give it to me... but then nothing would arrive. Emails showing my request after request. I wrote them a letter asking for my money back. After a few months, I gave up, and requested that my credit card company give me a charge back. THIS FAILED! The bank sided with MRT because I COULD NOT PROVIDE A STATEMENT/RECEIPT for their work! I only had their emails and mine as proof. I am disappointed that the bank would side with this company after they did not complete the job, and refused to give me a receipt, (and I'm guessing that MRT likely knew that by not providing a detailed receipt of what is included in the service, there would be no recourse to get our money back. We feel like we were scammed.) Verbal promise is not enough. Get it in WRITING! Or better yet, do NOT hire this company!

I have a chemical odor in my home. Tal, the owner spoke to me about testing for VOCs (volatile organic compounds). I paid $775 for this testing along with mold testing. He tested for mold only. I called him after receding a report for mold testing. He then told me it would cost an additional $300 for VOC testing. He also tried to sell me services for $850 to clean air ducts, etc. Stay away. There are plenty of honest companies and so there is no reason to be ripped off by Tal.

They were very honest and told me that I did not have mold. I would not have known any better since the Home Depot mold test I did showed mold. I was very pleased with there work and would hire them again if need.

They were great, sent video of more information they were very knowlageebale. Showed up on time after making an apointment the day after I made the request.

Mr. Eilon was very friendly and informative. He completed his indoor air quality testing and was very informative throughout the process.
