he claimed to be a wall paper stripper but into the project every task was said to be the responsility of the wall paper applicator. To the best of my recollection he charged me close to $200 for removing cotton batting,

Outstanding job

Mr. McGowen arrived for the consult quickly once I put out the request on Home Advisor for wallpaper removal. He explained clearly what the job entailed. His job estimate was very reasonable and offered to do the job within three days. He arrived on time and ready to work. He didn't take any breaks, was quiet and organized. When he was done he had washed the walls, put the few pieces of furniture back in place and cleaned up after himself. He was kind, professional, thorough and well versed in wallpaper removal. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend his services to anyone needing wallpaper put up or taken down.
