+ -1 moreExcellent!!! Doug came to our house to discuss options for a new system. He accommodated our schedule, for both the initial meeting and the installation. He and his employees were always professional and courteous. His employees were knowledgeable and hard-working. They didn't hesitate when we asked about questions and requested additional work. They were professional throughout. Doug returned periodically to inspect the work as it was being done. We've had two regular "checkups" since the system was installed, and our experience with them was just as pleasant as the installation. These people are true service-oriented professionals, and I highly recommend them.
