The owner showed up one out of every five or six times. We were treated with non English speaking workers who did nothing except text, talk on phones and carry on personal conversations between each other WITHOUT ANY CLEANING WHAT SO EVER. Their idea of cleaning is to spray Fabreze in the air and swirl the air with a broom to give the impression the office was cleaned. The list of cleaning deficiencies is way too numerous to list in the space provided. What you & I will get for this TRUTHFUL NARRATIVE is a boatload of excuses from the owner. Tons and tons of repetitive excuses. The owner will change your cleaning times and days to accommodate new clients. Loyalty means NOTHING to this owner. Set schedules are non existent with this woman. Unless you embrace & love aggravation, excuses, money wasting and schedule uncertainty ....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They did an awesome job of deep cleaning and I was so impressed. It was spring cleaning in July and they were perfectly on task while they were here. They were the best cleaning service I have ever had.

Fine. 3 people for 8 hours of service. Diligent, professional. Would highly recommend

They did a good job but seemed to go slower so they would be there the full 4 hours. They did not get to finish the downstairs floors

I now have an incredibly clean house and I was very pleased with their cleaning services. Three cleaners worked for 2 hours 40 minutes and cleaned my 1400 square foot house. They were very efficient and professional and did a great job. I would hire them again. Our house was in rough shape so they accomplished a lot in the time they were here.

I would highly recommend them over some of the other cleaning crews.

Great! Both women that came to my house were very polite and were hard workers. They were even able to stay extra to complete the job (there was a lot to do). I will use this company and hopefully Jeni and carol again.

It worked out very well. They were an excellent company. They were very professional and did a good job. They were a hardworking team.

Three people arrived to do the cleaning. Lile, as well as the other two ladies were very professional, efficient, polite, and kind. The cleaning service provided by them was beyond excellent. I asked for green cleaning products to be used which they were happy to oblige. The amount of cleaning they did was beyond what I expected they would have time for. I am grateful for their help and would hire that lovely crew again gladly.

Jeni and Monique cleaned my house and did a great job. They wiped down every surface including but not limited to chairs, window sills and the exterior of cabinets. I was extremely pleased with the service. The only thing I wish they did that they didn't is put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Otherwise they were very thorough. I would definitely use them again.

These are wonderful ladies. Show up on time. Work the whole time they are there. Clean things I would never think of. I have multiple cats & they have no problems cleaning. Other services turned me down when I mentioned animals. Koller is the best!

They called me at approx, 1:00 which is there usual arrival time to inform me that they were running late and would be at my house within 10 minutes. Upon arrival they asked me what specific areas they needed to focus on and at the end of cleaning asked again if there was any thing they could do prior to leaving. They were very proficient and went about their work quickly and did an excellent job.

Service was prompt and they worked the entire 3 hours. They cleaned fans, vents, bathrooms, floors, dusted, and much, much more. Definitely provided complete cleaning service.

They were great! Showed up 30 minutes ahead of time and were very thorough. Due to the size of our home, I requested additional time. I ended up spending more than I ever have to clean my house but it was also the cleanest it's ever been. Our porcelain floors are particularity difficult to clean without leaving a streaky build up. Nobody's cleaned our floors better than they have. Will use them again!

The cleaning included baseboards,vents,sliding doors,picture frames, mopping and vacuuming. I have a lot of knick-knacks, so dusting is time consuming and they were very careful with my things. They also cleaned blinds, verticals, and ceiling fans. I had first used Koller services August 30 at my mother-in-law's place. I was impressed by the furious pace with which they worked and their cheerful attitude. Thank you Carol,Crisie, Jenni and Anna. Will be seeing you for light clean up at Mom's next week! J. Alfonso

Although I did not consider my home dirty I have cats so there is always an issue of cat hair and litter. Monike and Cecilia went right to work. I am not always the easiest person to please and I am so happy with the job they did. As an added bonus my lanai was cleaned also. I am already scheduled for the next time

I cannot express how satisfied I am with the quality and professionalism of the services rendered. The team was prompt, courteous and professional. It was well worth the cost. Items and areas were cleaned in our home I would never think to clean or I would completely forget to clean. I am amazed at their attention to detail. I plan on signing up for regular cleaning services in the future. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

They were just adequate, They were not able to that was about Christmas time they were booked but we rescheduled several time and find a satisfactory day for us. There was a problem because when I did the initial I said I wanted my granite sealed and then I got a note back saying well we are not a janitorial company they thought I mean granite floors I guess ceiling to them meant floors, I told them no these are granite counter tops anyway we wouldn't have had time to do them anyhow in the amount of time that I had contracted with them for but they did get the blinds the plantation shutters done and they did get the exterior of my cabinets with some preservatives on it. Like liquid gold or orange oil kind of thing on them about once a year because one it cleans them from many dust and stuffs that's in the air we have two dogs and I clean them but if you put something like that kind of products on them you can just dust them and clean them more easily throughout the year once a year I want those things done on my wood cabinet so they get that done and they did get the plantation shutters done. There were some communication problem some of them might have been mine but the people that came were immigrants just wonderful my grandparents were immigrants too all of us are American Indians so that wasn't a problem expect the person who did the speaking had a crew she spoke very excellent English but there are certain kinda consternation that were they just don't translate as well so anyhow. There were some hang ups I think and hearing the words understand what I meant so they tried very hard to make things okay I know they did the best that they could.

I have a decent size home, 2 small children and a puppy. Although I keep up with the house pretty well on my own, I often take advantage of Angie's List specials for extra help. I was VERY impressed with Koller from beginning to end. They were extremely accomodating in scheduling the appointment and actually showed up early. Irena, Carol and Ceci were so nice and polite and did an amazing job on my house! They completed more in 6 hours than other cleaning services did in twice that time. I set expectations with them upon their arrival, and they surpassed them by far, which is something that has never happened. I will absolutely use this company again....and request Irena, Carol and Ceci :)

Great showed up on time and did a great job, and asked if they missed anything to show them and they did. Two hard working girls never stopped until the job was done. It was not cheep, but really got my money worth!! I would highly recommend Them you get what you pay for!!

Two very nice women, Carol and Irena, showed up on time (even in heavy rain) . After a quick walk through they got right to work. There was lots of scrubbing needed in the master bathroom and they did a fabulous job. I plan to have them return soon and will ask for them when I call Koeller. It's a really nice feeling to see things sparkle. They were very professional!
