Usually on the first cleaning it takes our teams longer due to the fact they have to check everything (blinds, baseboards, windows, window sills, under and behind furniture, etc) in order to make sure that everything is cleaned and in a level that it can just be maintained. So the $30 were not and extra fee, but an extra labor-hour over the estimate our cleaners worked that day. Our team is trained to be detail oriented from top to bottom. Otherwise, even if your house is spotless, the dust that is on your ceiling fan or blinds will eventually spread out as soon as you turn you fan on or open your blinds, for example. Our rates are per labor-hour ( this is what most of the companies do) and our professionals will never leave earlier than they suppose to, even if they have finished cleaning what they regularly do within the hours the customer bought. In fact, there is always touch ups and extras they can do if they finish earlier, but they will never leave before than they suppose to. Unfortunately in this kind of business companies start up really good and later on they go downhill as aforementioned. However , our mission is to keep up with the good work. Sometimes mistakes happen, but our attitude towards it is based on integrity, flexibility and quality.
