Description of Work: They were late. They had 3 girls instead of two. They seemed hurried. It was 90 mins inst of 2 hours for 2 girls not worth it.

Description of Work: The two people that were to perform the cleaning showed up on time and went to work. However, when the six hours of time I had purchased was through, I had to buy more time so that they could complete cleaning the whole house. I know I got a deal on the first six hours, but it seems that from the start they knew that they were going to ask me to pay them for more time to finish.

Description of Work: They cleaned areas of the house they were asked to do. They cleaned the fans in the house and on the sun porch.

Description of Work: They gave my whole house a deep clean. I originally just said do the baseboards, but they came in and were doing such a great job I asked them to stay and do everything. They did the walls, the baseboards, the fans, etc. Truly a deep cleaning. I was very happy. They were very professional and just took one break. I will certainly use them again. I'd highly recommend their work. My price was so high because they worked on my house for almost 30 man hours.

Description of Work: Koller cleaning provided excellent cleaning for my 4 bdrm, 4 bath home used as a vacation rental. I didn't have to worry once they took over as everything sparkled and was cleaned inside and out, without any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone tired of the typical cleaners that are so plentiful!

Description of Work: Cleaning team was very good. Would have been better if the company would have talked to me about the notes that I provided via AL regarding my needs before the team arrived. I was scheduled for a deep cleaning but the amount of time scheduled really only allowed a quick basic clean. I paid for an extra 3 man-hours to get the basic cleaning done. Plan to try them again but also plan to discuss details of job before work starts this time.

Description of Work: Two workers cleaned my elder brother's condo thoroughly. It is not an easy place to clean, with two cats, lots of knick-knacks, and old appliances and linoleum flooring. They stayed more than an hour beyond the three hours we had paid for just to finish the job and leaving nothing undone. The condo started as a disaster zone covered with cat hair, dust, dirt, and mildew and was bright and shining when they finished. They used all the latest tool and products and were fast but incredibly thorough. The leader of the team spoke excellent English and was able to answer questions about services and prices. We have used other services too and of all that we have used, these ladies are THE BEST! We will definitely call them again -- they are very professional and skilled at their job.

Description of Work: I purchased a Deal with this company for 6 hours of housecleaning. They cleaned my house. They did everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans.

Description of Work: We had some initial problems with communication, which was my fault. But when we connected and they came, they did a GREAT job. They were professional and did an outstanding job. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The tenants moved out from the house we purchased and it was filthy. After the staff from Koller's worked their magic it is sparkling clean. They arrived on time, kept me updated and did a thorough job. Both were delightful young women.

Description of Work: The crew arrived precisely on time. They told my husband that the fee would be an additional $30 because the house was "so dirty". We had it deep cleaned three weeks before and had been on a cruise for a week during that time. However, we agreed to the extra time/money. The results were fabulous. We have scheduled them biweekly and made it clear we want to pay $90 for each service. Our experience has been that cleaning companies start out great and go downhill so we are hopeful this company will be the exception. If not we will do a second report.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List special for 6 hours of cleaning services. Two cleaners worked 3 hours each and they did a wonderful job! They worked really hard and were extremely professional. They stopped to advise of areas that might take longer and asked for direction and recommended options for the next cleaning. I have scheduled biweekly cleaning services with this company based on the awesome cleaning these two women provided. I finally found a cleaning service that I can trust to do a great job. I highly recommend Koller Cleaning services!
