Description of Work: I can't say enough about the incredible job done by the 3 women who cleaned my house from Koller Cleaning. Top to bottom, in every nook and cranny, these ladies cleaned and polished, working feverishly to get as much done as possible during the allotted time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a very thorough cleaning by true professionals.

Description of Work: Overall they did not do a very good job. Among other things, the bathrooms were still dirty, after they cleaned them. Two of the workers did nothing, but sat around and talked, hiding out in the bathroom they were supposed to have been cleaning !

This review does not reflect at all the quality of our work, the pride we take on it and our profesessional way in handling sometimes difficult situations as the really poor condition of your nephew's house (this house has not been clean in years). The guy told us they were putting the house for sale, so I guess he expected house ready for pictures, after years without cleaning, within 6 labor hours. His terrazzo floors needed to be mopped 5 times, we cleaned all the filthy grout in his white kitchen countertops, and in fact one of the cleaners spent 1,5 hour in his master bathroom, needles to describe here why. We humbly take the review grades, although they do not reflect the quality we embrace in work ethics and manners and we consider false the affirmation of the cleaners being sat and talking instead of working. Description of Work: Vacuumed and dusted house, cleaned kitchen and all floors in the house. Dusted baseboards. They did a very good job. I have used Koller about 3-4 times. Noami usually cleans our kitchen. She was not available this past time. Elena did a good job in the kitchen, but Noami is much more thorough.
