Thanks for leaving us your review. Our apologies for moving your things but we had to push your things to the corners of your living room in order to have your floors vacuumed and mopped. We usually lift things to have them cleaned under and behind, mainly when it has been a while since the last cleaning took place, specially if you have pets, which was the case. We also had to vacuum your computer and tv wire set due to the fact that we found some roaches, dead lizards and also a baby scorpion there. So as we needed to move wires to vacuum these critters we might have unplugged something by accident. These are not excuses. We are just trying to make you understand that sometimes we have to move stuff with the purpose of delivering a great cleaning. Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List offer. When contacted by the service provider, I asked for two people, as my experience is that if three show up, something gets broken and not reported. You can't keep an eye on 3 people. Nonetheless, 3 showed up. I asked them to clean the bathrooms and floors only, not to do any dusting of tables, etc. because of my concern. They did a thorough job of what I asked.
