My initial call was returned very promptly. I was able to obtain an estimate of the cleaning cost by square feet and a date was immediately determined for the cleaning. Since I am not in the same location of the townhome, I followed up with a detailed list, room by room, as to what I wanted included in the cleaning. They followed it exactly and in some incidences, exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and will hire them again. I also really appreciated the ability to email my communications and also easy accessibility via phone and easy pay through paypal.

They were punctual, professional, and thorough. Could have done a little bit better on the bathroom wall tile as there were still some soap marks, but overall I was pleased.

I was very pleased with the work the cleaning team, Cindy and Diana, did. They arrived at 9:30 a.m. and worked steadily until 3 p.m. Baseboards, ceiling fans, sliding doors, high recessed shelves, doors and doorjambs were all cleaned. In addition, the bathtub and showers were thoroughly scrubbed, a brass bathroom sink polished, the kitchen cabinets and appliances (including inside the oven) were cleaned, and of course the house was dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. Cindy and Diana were professional, friendly, and hardworking. I have no complaints about their work and I am looking forward to using Koller Cleaning Services regularly in the new year. They are a bit more expensive than some other services I have used, but for me the through, good job was worth it.

The Koller team headed by Vivien dusted blinds, furniture, appliances, lighting fixtures, etc. They also vacuumed and mopped entire tile floors. They also cleaned the bathrooms, shower and tub. Our house was very dusty and had ample supply of cat hair. The Koller team did an excellent job and checked with us frequently to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. They had an extra task: to disinfect entire house. They were very professional and respectful. The job took longer than expected (3 people cleaning for 6 hours). Next time they come, the job will take less time. Thank you to the wonderful Koller team.

On Wednesday evening, 10/11/17, I called with only a glimmer of hope that someone could come out and clean on Thursday. Koller sent a team of three ladies (Cris, Jaque, and a third woman) to my home. They showed up early ready to go, and they cleaned beyond my expectations. The price was fair, and the quality was well worth it! I have NEVER seen my appliances looking as good as they do now. I have no idea what voodoo they used to get them that shiny, but they look terrific! I wouldn't even let the kids TOUCH them! :) I hope the same team comes out next time!

I didn't realize I would need to have the house clean and ready for company by Friday night, and it was Thursday morning. No way I could do it myself, so i started searching for someone who would agree to come on short notice. I never thought I would find someone, but Koller agreed to come! From my first phone call to the follow up, it was a smooth, no-drama experience. The ladies showed up right on time and did an incredible job in a short amount of time. I'm so impressed and will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. What a huge relief to have them come through for me. Awesome!

In short, the cleaning was adequate and when there were issues (breakage or missed areas) they were generally resolved. However our ongoing problems had to do with administration and follow through. When we hired Koller I was direct and clear that we needed to 1) pay by credit card, 2) we needed an English speaker on the team, and 3) we needed flexibility in scheduling. Over and over there were hassles about all of these factors.

We can't say enough nice things about Vivi and Koller. Always on time, always a great job. On occasion we had short notice changes of plan and they bent over backwards to make sure our guests were looked after.

Lila and her crew were fantastic! When they were finished, the house was clean, smelled great and the cigarette odor was gone.

They were punctual, reasonably priced, and did an amazing job. My house sold within 24hrs of being on the market. I was told by the realtor how the buyers commented on the cleanliness vs other houses they had looked at. I would definitely hire Koller again.

On arrival she had me walk thru with her and discuss my expectations. These gal's really worked, no chit chatting even among themselves. Very professional, no cell phones ringing or texting going on... they worked. I told my Realtor how pleased I was and she asked for their card, as this is a need she has often. I have them coming back the end of the month and will most likely have them every 2 wks until the condo sells. Love them!!!

Superb job! The crew was extremely hard-working, cleaned more thoroughly than any other cleaning service I've ever hired, and the price was great. Will definitely hire again.

I needed a move out cleaning done on my rental property. They did a beautiful job and were efficient and pleasant. I would definitely hire this team again, my house is spotless and smells so wonderful. Not a spec of dirt anywhere. Also they were able to squeeze me in with a couple of days notice. So thankful for this team of professionals.

I recieved an email a few days in advance to confirm appointment for a move out cleaning. It was my first time hiring a service but I was in a time crunch and needed help. I had purchased 10 hours of cleaning and was told it would be 2 cleaners for 5 hours each or 3 cleaners for 3 hours 20 min each. I wanted them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen and thought I would have to so the remainder of the house. Three cleaning professionals showed up on time, introduced themselves and walked through the house with me as I pointed out what I wanted them to start with. They started immediately and to my surprise were able to finish kitchen which included wiping out cabinets, cleaning fridge and oven, 2 bathrooms and moved on to floors, baseboards and windows. the house has NEVER looked this good. I was so impressed. I didn't have to clean anything. they cleaned it all even light fixtures. The rental company was just as impressed and thanked us for leaving the house in such great condition. Hiring them was the best thing I've ever done and would recommend them to anyone. I wish I was still in the area so I could use them regularly.
