arrived 1 hr early but called to let me know. cleaning was thorough since it hadn.t been cleaned in a long time

They were on time, professional and courteous. The supervisor asked me what my biggest focus was. I replied that the floors, then kitchen and bathrooms were the main concerns. They went above and beyond in every way. Even cleaned the ceiling fans and all ducts. They cleaned the floor three times, and inside the refrigerator and microwave oven, as well as polishing all the appliances, and even our wine bottles! The bathrooms were immaculate. If you need a job well done, use these people.

Great !!! 2 ladies showed with green matching colored aprons. Very receptive and welcoming. Best cleaning I have received attention to detail was superb. I felt comfortable with them. Would like them to return on regular basis.

Outstanding! They told me they cleaned from top down and they did! Noted air filters were dirty so cleaned area and replaced them; which required a ladder but no problem for them. Also cleaned fans, again using a ladder to get the top of the fan thoroughly. I have cathedral ceilings with 3/4 walls in many areas. Cleaned those also. Got all the dust bunnies from under my bed. They are by far the best cleaners I have ever had and I have already signed for a cleaning schedule. These ladies worked nonstop.

Best Cleaner's I have EVER Found! Arrived on time, went to work. Spoke about what MY NEEDS were and how they could help. Talked about what they CAN DO, not what they CAN'T, like most cleaners. Excellent people, who know how to clean a house. Professional, Nice, Not your normal cleaners who you're afraid to not watch. I had no concerns that my property and belongings will be safe with them around. Brought their own cleaning supplies and tools, didn't need to use mine. I can't say enough how thrilled and excited i am that i found them. Their goal is for me to be relaxed and not worry that they will do their job. and that is worth a million bucks to me! The owner and manager were the ones doing the cleaning, not someone they hired and doesn't care about the company's image or the customer's needs. They care about both! I have many properties and have hired many cleaners, most, no all, have let me down. I think I found one that will not! If there are any bad reviews about them, they are not true. I can tell good people and these folks are the best! You won't be disappointed if you hire this company!

We are a family of six in an approximate 2500 sq ft house. With guests coming into town I needed assistance in cleaning the house. Koller came in with three ladies and my house has never been this clean. They worked very hard and listened to what we really wanted attention to. They were on time, friendly, and very detailed. I would recommend them.

They clean all areas that need cleaning, including the refrigerator.

The two cleaners did an excellent job! They were punctual, efficient, and listened to my directions. This was a 'move-out' cleaning that I was coordinating. The bathrooms were impeccable (and one of them was very grimy). There are two flights of stairs and all the carpets looked great (they cleaned all the baseboards too!). All the equipment and supplies were brought in by the cleaners and they took care around the furnishings and walls. I will definitely hire them to clean my own home on a regular basis.

Cleaned all the ledges and on top of all the furniture. Made the bathrooms spotless. Moved all the furniture and vacuumed behind them. Worked really hard to get everything done even though I know it was a stretch to get my home even close to done in the time allotted. I have four cats and they had made their mark everywhere. So It was even more of a chore to get it right. I have had cleaners in the past, but there is no comparison to how this company performed.

Company contacted us after we made the contract under special deals. They were on time and provided very good service. Owner on site with her staff and made sure everything was done satisfactorily. We would definitely use them again.

I purchased the 6 hours of cleaning for $99. They did a very good job cleaning. They used their own supplies and sent 3 girls for 2.5 hours. While they were here I got a quote from them to clean biweekly. It's a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1550 square ft condo. But that footage includes the patio that was not touched. They quoted $130. The price is higher then 2 other companies I received quotes from including patio but decided to go ahead and use them bi-weekly. They did a good job and I didn't want to go thru the hassle of trying another company.

Vivian and her team are extremely talented. There is simply no other cleaning service better than them . Don't believe what the other reviews imply about less than "A" rated service. They are true professionals. They know their craft, and they will provide you with the best a customer can hope for.

Nohemy and Berny showed up on time, politely asked me what I wanted them to focus on and got right to work. They were pleasant, hard-working and a great team. They even stayed a bit over time to finish up. Their customary last task is a quick damp mop of the floors with Fabuloso, which left the house smelling beautifully clean. I was very pleased with their services.

I am so pleased with the work Koller Cleaning Services did. They were right on time and completed everything I'd hope they could accomplish. The house was spotless. They used appropriate cleaning products and compared to other services I've used, they are the best. I intend to use them on a regular basis.

They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusted and so on. I pay each time they come out for a set amount of hours. I paid $130 for 4 hours. They are excellent, they're very professional and that stands out the most, they're very efficient and the quality of what they do is outstanding. They really pay attention to detail and take care of everything.

this company was wonderful. I have b=never seen this house so clean, and it was nice nit having t worry with it if town guests coming in. They also commented on how nice the house looked. I would give them an A Plus across the board and would use them again if needed.

At first I thought the 3 ladies who showed up to do the work did a great job. Then, upon further inspection, I discovered several problems. Most of my appliances and my entire entertainment system components were unplugged and left that way. Most of the light switches were turned off - they should have just left everything the way that it was. The countertops had a white film that streaked when I ran my fingers over them. My tile floors, though admittedly difficult to clean, have never looked so bad - streaked and some sections look like they were missed entirely. A bedroom lamp was "broken" but I was able to fix it. I think they were rushing to make up for lost time since they arrived at my house one half hour late. They showed up at the wrong address first (2900 49th Ter N instead of 2900 49th Ter S) and then when they called me - twice - they kept trying to insinuate that I had given them the wrong address when the problem was that they had not updated their gps system with the new addresses that were added when my development was completed over 3 years ago. Whereas the supervisor was very friendly and communicated quite well, I don't think the other two ladies spoke English so they just smiled a lot when I spoke to them. I have used another housecleaning service recommended by Angie's List and I would return to them rather than ever hiring Koller Cleaning Services again.

Arrived a little late due to traffic and gps being wrong, but communicated well. Did a great job cleaning.
