Koller came and cleaned our house. All rooms looked great. The ceiling fans, sliding glass doors and appliance looked the best I have ever seen them.

Cecilia and Helena were here for a total of three hours and they did an excellent job. They did everything asked for and more. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend Koller Cleaning Services.

The cleaners were awesome and met all of our standards and beyond. They were able to squeeze our housecleaning in during the busy holiday schedule. I would definitely use again.

These women are amazing! I had originally purchased a package consisting of 8 man hours of cleaning for $240. The crew of three showed up on-time as promised. They had their own tools and supplies; nothing was needed from me. We took a quick tour of the property and I showed the supervisor my priority list and areas where extra effort was needed. Once this was understood, they went to work and never stopped until the job was done. I've seen few people who worked as hard at providing a quality service as Koller did. When it was clear that the job would take more time, the supervisor postponed her next appointment (Calling the customer first) so they could stay and finish. I paid an hourly rate after that. They cleaned EVERYTHING, even things that I didn't think could be cleaned and made to look good shined. When they left, all I could say was WOW. This is a quality cleaning service. Hire them!

They were satisfactory. I told them to concentrate on the floors. There were a couple of hairs (nobody's perfect) left behind but nothing major. They were on time, they were nice folks, and they were professional. They were a good company and I would recommend.

The cleaning team arrived on time, walked through the house asking about our priorities and got to work right away. They scrubbed the bathrooms, deep cleaned the kitchen (including fridge, oven and cabinets), cleaned all inside windows and blinds, doors and floors (even scraping paint recently left on floor by novice painters). I would highly recommend this team and will call upon them again.

Vivian was very prompt, professional and quick to access the areas that needed the most cleaning. She brought 2 other ladies and they were all very kind & sweet ladies. And they did a very good job!! From Top to Bottom! I would not hesitate to call them again. AND I AM if we do not sale our FL Villa this month.

Considering that our house was pretty dirty to start with, Christina and Vivian did a terrific job. The 8 hours were really only enough for them to do a thorough overall clean, not to get into a lot of detailed projects, but they cleaned really thoroughly and attacked a lot of those annoying things (dog nose on the doors, hand marks on doors and walls). We were very pleased and will use them again.

My husband was home while the team were at our house. He was very pleased with the professionalism of the team members. When I got home from work, I was more than pleased with the excellent job that had been done, in particular how clean the oven was! I did not have any complaints! I will definitely use them again.

My best friend was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Over the past year, she has been quite ill from both the pain of the cancer, as well the chemo. Just bringing clothes to the washer, in the condo, calls for a rest. Needless to say, cleaning her condo was at the bottom of the list. For her birthday and Christmas present, I decided to gift my friend, the services of a professional Cleaning service. I contacted a couple services via email, explained the situation, specifically asking that no one is to comment on the cleanliness of her home while cleaning. AND if the need arose to go over the 6hours, I would pay for aditional time. Koller contacted me within hours. They understood what I was looking for, and approached the inquiry with a sense of urgency. By the time the other services got back to me, we had already agreed to terms and appointment was scheduled. They did an OUTSTANDING job at my friends condo. She found herself looking at the ceiling fan in awe, and enjoyed the feeling of clean tile floors on her feet. She said everything sparkles. She was so happy with the job they had done, and could not praise them enough. Koller honored the special deal pricing, and were reasonable for the additional time. If you are looking for a cleaning service, look no further!

Excellent experience...they arrived right on time and after a brief tour of what needed to be done they went to work and just did an excellent job. Arrived on scheduled time and had all their own cleaning equipment, solvents, vacuums, etc and explained what they can and will do or if additional cleaning was needed. Did a very thorough cleaning from baseboards up Explained what they used to clean bathroom areas Swept and wet mopped all hardwood floors, dusted, cleaned wall mirrors Were very careful in working around items of value in all rooms Worked continuously without breaks Pleasant, professional in approach and very courteous to us. I highly recommend their services and will bring them back to my home again

did a great job, including things that most services skip over (like AC vents, louvered doors, etc). Really liked the workers and the owner is an extremely hard working, friendly and pleasant professional. The one and only reason I won't be using them regularly is their price - I would highly recommend to anyone that is willing/able to pay the extra cost.

These women did a great job -- very thorough! Went above and beyond by moving furniture to get underneath; A bit more expensive than I've been used to, but felt I got my money's worth with such high quality and thorough cleaning.

They used environmentally friendly and appropriate chemicals to clean the entire house. They did a fantastic job. At the first visit, the Supervisor walked through me and actually discussed (in detail) what I needed and wanted. The company was super-careful with my belongings and attended to every request. They did exactly as I requested. The place was spotless and smelled wonderful after both cleanings. I also have a dog ? they are very dog friendly. I highly recommend.
