We were frantically looking for a cleaning service to clean my brother-in-law's condo as he was getting discharged from the hospital sooner than expected. I went to Angie's List, found Koller's Cleaning Service with their great reviews and was glad I did. They were able to accommodate us and their crew of 3 hard-working ladies met me as scheduled the same day I called. The condo had not been cleaned in months and they did a wonderful, thorough job. It was a challenging job, but the place sparkled when they were through - we could not have been more pleased!! Would definitely call them again.

The three women were delightful and did a great job cleaning everything I asked - even suggesting the blinds which had been getting dusty. They made the beds and arranged the towels to look lovely. Definitely will have them back.

We have tried a number of different cleaning services over the years, none of which made us want to be repeat customers - until now. The crew of three cleaners arrived right on time with a full array of cleaning equipment and supplies. Their equipment was color matched to their uniforms. They worked every minute of the two hours they were here, leaving the house spotless from top to bottom of a three story townhouse. Vivi, Celia, and Monique did a great job, going beyond surface cleaning to get the house cleaner than we could get it in a full day of cleaning. We will definitely be calling them again.

Vivi, Celia, and Monique did an excellent job of DEEP CLEANING our parent’s home, prior to move in. It was an extremely big job…so many years of dirt and scum build up, that I questioned how good it could actually look. When this team finished, I was stunned…it sparkled. They didn’t miss anything…cleaning things that I didn’t even think of. The entire process was handled professionally, with great communication and such a pleasant attitude. Mom and Dad were so happy when they saw their clean new home, the next day. What a joy! Thank you!

House looks great. I am very busy and work from home and they were very couteous and I was not disturbed while working. All 3 bathrooms looked great. Kitchen was nice. I was hoping for the inside of the fridge but I will hire them again soon and maybe we can get that.

Her team consisted of her and 2 others. I paid for 8 hours and because there were 3 of them she broke it down to 8 hours divided by 3 people which was roughly 2 hours, 40 minutes at my house. They were all very nice, they were neat and I liked their bright orange shirts. She said she should be able to get all the mopping and dusting done next time, that day they had another job to go to. We're trying again next week, she's hoping to get all the mopping and dusting done this time, when they left mom dusted the table and entertainment center downstairs.

They did an excellent job with getting all the little details that needed to be addressed for two very busy people that just don't have the time to get all the little places clean. Very detailed and went above and beyond in what we asked for. On time and professional.

Our house has never been so clean. The Koller team of cleaners were thorough, extremely polite and kind. We have four dogs and we tried to keep our dogs, who love attention, from bothering them, but even when our dogs wandered into where they were cleaning, the staff was kind and professional. They do their best to clean around you if you are working from home and work really hard to not impact your work day. They wiped baseboards, door frames, pretty much every surface everywhere was dusted and that dust was vacuumed up. I couldn't find any dust left behind anywhere! The kitchen and bathrooms were also scrubbed clean: very, very clean. At the end of their visit, they walk through what they did, what issues they encountered and what might need more attention over time. I appreciate the transparency of the effort (even though I was home), the transparency of the pricing/charging and the honesty of the whole entire transaction. This company works very, very hard to do the best job they can, charge fairly and transparently and accommodate individual homeowner's needs.

did ok job. I walked in from work at 6:00 and they where finished. In front room we have a bay grand piano and 1st thing I noticed was the coat of dust still on top. Refrigerator selves not cleaned. Rest of house looked good.

Cleaned my 500 square foot 2br-1ba home. Dusted, wiped down, vacuumed, dishes, cleaned grout on kitchen tile, cleaned / organized my office. They charged me by the labor-hour @ $35 per hour per person. I told Vivian on my discovery call with her that I found Koller on Angie's List, and that I was a member, but she did not give me the discount (I should have asked again at the time of cleaning) so don't forget to ask. Both workers were pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. I will hire them again.

Everything is so clean right now, it's like everything is brand new! In the bathrooms, the faucets are so shiny from being cleaned so well! The many shelves we have are all dusted which isn't easy due to all the knick knacks on each shelf that must be moved aside to dust them. The many cushions on the couches have all been vacuumed and the floors, both carpet and tile, have all been vacuumed too! The house is so clean it's great!

I have had Koller cleaning services three times over a period of two months. I couldn't be happier. The team arrives on time, begins work immediately and completes the job in the agreed to time. I also like the fact the same supervisor is assigned for each visit saving time and not requiring me it go through how I want the job done on each visit. The team is very organized and seems to use all the features of a state of the art scheduling system. The team is always very friendly and if you happen to be home at the time of service they go out of their way to work around you

Purchased 4 hours of housecleaning coupon on Angie;s List. Vivienne fit me in at last minute's notice for company that was coming for the weekend. Team of 4 came and they did an amazing job. If I can afford it, I will definitely have them back, I just moved here from GA and find that the housecleaning prices in general are higher than Atlanta prices; but if I can swing it Koller team would be my pick.

I needed a one-bedroom apartment deep cleaned, including getting mold and mildew out of the sink, tub, and toilet. Koller came through with flying colors. They were very courteous, professional, and thorough. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

They did very well. They always do very well. We have them about every six weeks or so. We have them come in and do a deep cleaning. They do a nice job, every time. They're going to be regulars around here for time to come.
