I've used them several times now and as always they did a great job. Very responsive and reasonably priced.

They showed up early and were patient waiting for me. They greeted me on my front porch and offered to help carry some of my groceries in. They asked specifics so they knew exactly what I wanted them to focus on. They worked diligently and did a wonderful job. They even found time to do some extras that I did not ask for. My overall experience with them was excellent. They were bilingual but spoke English very well so we didn't have any communication problems.

Showed up on time and did a great job. When they 1st came into the house they asked if there was any particular area to concentrate on.

The two young women were amazing! They spent their time working so hard I never even saw them stop for a break. They completely sanitized my kitchen and bathroom (the one my kids use!) so well it was better than when I bought the house 19 years ago! I loved this crew and will definitely ask for them again!

Koller Cleaning Service was excellent, they showed up as scheduled and brought all their own cleaning supplies. The team of three ladies each took an area and scrubbed it down from top to bottom quickly and efficiently! I couldn't believe the team work and coordination they had and 6 hours of my time was done in two! I am VERY PLEASED and they will be working for me on a regular basis! I m also a Realtor and Property Manager and will be using Koller Cleaning Services for my business needs too!

The two girls were pleasant and on time They were attentive to my wishes. They did run out of time and did not clean two of the bedrooms but it is a big house and I had only paid for 6 total hours so it's not their fault. They left me a note to explain what had happened. They were efficient with the use of their time and they worked hard to get done as much as possible.

The girls were awesome. Moved things and cleaned under them.

The gals arrived on time and with all supplies. Irena asked to see the extent of the work that I hoped to have done within the scope of the time I had paid for. I asked for the focus to be dusting all flat surfaces (including 6 sets of blinds), then sweeping, then mopping, as there was a great deal of remodel dust that was keeping me from wanting to put our area rugs back down. The gals launched in to their respective tasks and I worked alongside and as hard as they did. I was a bit frustrated with Christina, the second gal, whom i was not able to 'prod' to work a little less thoroughly on the window blinds (Irena finished 4 sets of blinds and most of my den in the time Christina took to do two sets of blinds). She was just a bit more 'thorough' /time laborious all-around, so that Irena needed to work harder and I had to do much more than I'd hoped in order to get 'it all' cleaned in the allotted 3 hours. I liked that Irena kept checking with me as to what was 'next', so that I could keep them both working on my priority items. She was extremely detail oriented and quick, pity there weren't two of her! I was disappointed that, in order to mop their way out of the house I forfeited 7-10 minutes (x 2) of time that could have been used cleaning the microwave out, cleaning a toilet, or sweeping one of the rugs that I had put back down on a mopped and dry (bathroom) floor. Considering the Angie's 'Big Deal', the $99 I paid was money exceedingly well spent and I am delighted with having things as clean as they are. I was far more pleased (despite Christina's less expedient cleaning style) with this team (& Koller, as a company) than I was with the two maids /service I used to clean out a home my husband & I had rented before moving to this home. As a result, I a) would consider using Koller again and b) have already recommended them (tonight, to our neighbors).

Ladies were very nice, professional and hard workers. They did an excellent job cleaning, very thorough and meticulous. I was very pleased and will use them again.

They are extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. All of our guests who have arrived to our property following a cleaning by Koller have remarked on how clean and presentable everything is.

They were not very professional. They sent me a confirmation and I responded to the confirmation immediately stating the date and time were fine. They didn't show up. When I called them and asked them what happened, they said i wasn't on there list for today. She didn't even offer to reschedule.

Thank you SO much for sending Ceci, Irena and Monike to clean my house today. They had all of the supplies they needed and worked so fast. They were very efficient. I would love to have them back again. I am totally pleased with their work.

Outstanding cleaning service! The superior cleaning is not the only plus of Koller Cleaning Services; the three-member team of Ceci, Chris and Irena were professional and personable; the girls were very professional both in manner and dress and did the Best job ever; just extraordinary!! . Well worth the competitive pricing. Being new to the area I was glad to find this service. I am glad to found out about this service.

The crew showed up on time, I was a little late in returning from an appt. and asked me to show them the house and point out any specific areas of concern. They did a wonderful job and I plan on using them in the future.

Staff of 3 was on time, very courteous, professional, thorough and efficient. They checked in with me to make sure things were completed to our satisfaction. We will be hiring them on for our bi-weekly cleaning based on their great job today.

One of their employees destroyed our property and our trust. I thought I had found a new great cleaning service - the team did an excellent job at the initial deep clean and also for our first regular biweekly cleaning. However, shortly after the team left this week, I heard loud conversations outside, and wondered why they were spending so much time in front of my home after they were finished. On my security camera I saw them talking with a man and I was about to go out and ask them all if everything was okay when I heard a loud crash and saw on my security camera that one of the cleaners had backed into a very expensive and very heavy planter on our property. By the sound of it she had to have also done significant damage to her car. Rather than stopping and coming to my door to alert me, she drove off. In fact, after hitting the planter, she had to drive forward and then back up around the planter that she just hit so she could get out of the drive way. There's no way she did not notice. It's unfathomable that she would have just continued driving. It was a hit-and-run complete with the destruction of property. I called the main number for the company and was told by Vivian that she would talk with these ladies and find out their story. Vivian did promptly get back in touch and wanted to see the damage. She said that she saw the damage on the employee’s car, but did not mention if the employee admitted to what she had done. Mistakes happen…I understand that. However, no one has ever hit our over 1000-pound planter. And if they did I would expect them to come to the door and let me know. Had this team member done that, I would not be writing this disappointing review or terminating our relationship with this company. By destroying our property and fleeing rather than coming clean, she destroyed the trust we were developing in her and the company. Despite our appreciation for the great cleaning work they had done, we cannot allow someone that lacks integrity in our home. We have terminated the relationship and asked to be removed from their cleaning schedule.

It was terrible. They didn't clean very well. They didn't clean the floors, just the gaps of flashing around. The cleaning of the furniture was not good. They didn't charge more than the deal. They were really bad. They came on time. They were just in a big hurry. I told them to dust off this one table and they were like a foot out. They did something but they didn't clean it. I ended up doing it myself.

We were so pleased with the service. The 2 ladies arrived on time and got right down to work. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. They mopped the wood floors and dusted everywhere. The place sparkled afterwards. They were so so good and we were so very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Christina, Cecilia, and Carol did a dynamic job cleaning my home. They worked non-stop on my home which had NOT had a deep cleaning for many, many years. They were thorough, professional, and efficient. Thank you SO much fora job well done! The only thing that could make it better is if they could move to South Carolina to help me up there!! Muchas gracias, mi amigas!!!!!

Started with Koller Cleaners on a Deal several weeks ago. They really do a great job. Not just on the Deal but the all of the times we have had them after. Very detailed. Not just dust, vacuum, cleaning the floors but they also make sure they get the fans, blinds and do a fabulous job 0n our older stainless appliances. Will continue to use them bi-weekly, although they are a little more expensive, they are worth it with the promptness and professionalism.

Arrived and went right to work. Did a short review of the house with me to determine what I wanted. Finished everything within the 4 hours I purchased. Girls were polite, friendly and hard working. Would recommend to anyone.

Purchased a discount coupon on Angie's list so got a great deal. Were prompt, efficient and professional. Cleaned everything I ask them to clean. Would use them again without question.
