KS spent a great deal of time going over the design, explaining the pros and cons of various aspects of the renovation, provided estimates for three different product quality levels, and provided a realistic timetable for completion and a detailed estimate. KS met all of their obligations and did not nitpick or add 'nickel-dime' charges when those small unanticipated issues arose. KS coordinated well with the appliance provider, and the owner came out to inspect the finished work. Very satisfied with the final product and would highly recommend KS.

William and his crew were very attentive to our needs. They listened to our concerns and addressed them accordingly. Schedules change because of Irma but work continued to be done. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Solvers of the Gulfcoast to do work again in my home.

Very poor. Based on high ratings I called many times with getting a response. After finally speaking to Lisa, she disclosed that they charge a $125 estimating fee to come out. (although it would be credited back if we use them). She said she would talk to the owner about waiving the fee. After jerking around on the phone and coordinating calendars she said there would still be the fee. Left a terrible taste in my mouth.

William Newkirk and his crew did an excellent job on the kitchen remodel. From our first contact with William, we found him to be very easy to work with. He was eager to provide the best customer service possible by offering a wide selection of products within our price range and displaying a high degree of flexibility with scheduling. He also demonstrated a quick response to unexpected events during the process. I appreciated how available he was to be contacted, and when he wasn’t immediately available, William would respond back to us in a reasonable amount of time. His estimate of the dates when the cabinets would be delivered and the completion of the job was very accurate, and the time it took to complete the remodel was appropriate. When we had questions about various aspects of the job, William answered them fully and provided reasonable options for us to consider. At the end of each workday, the workers would clean up any mess that had been made. Although the cost of the remodel was considerable, it was not the most expensive quote I was given in my search for companies to perform the job. I consider the cost well worth the results, because the quality of the cabinets, countertops, and workmanship is excellent. William made the remodeling process about as easy as I could envision, and his company will definitely be considered when it comes time for a bathroom remodel.

The team with Kitchen Solvers did an outstanding job. I hired them to completely remodel my kitchen. I was totally satisfied with their craftsmanship and professionalism from the beginning to end of the job. This was my first attempt at any home remodeling. They offered outstanding ideas and helpful hints to assist me during the job. The team was very dependable, showed up as scheduled and always cleaned up after their project. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them for any remodeling job.

We used Kitchen Solvers for our kitchen remodel. After getting several quotes, I was very impressed with Will and his excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. From start to finish, Will and every team member that came into our home were very professional, knowledgeable about their craft, and personable. I felt very safe with his team in our house with my small children running around. The kitchen turned out beautifully and we have Will and his team to thank for that. They helped guide us in making design choices when we asked for it, and they fixed any tiny detail that we asked for. Everything was completed in the allotted time frame and Will made sure we were completely satisfied before sending us our final bill. There were no surprises and we were beyond thrilled with the outcome. We genuinely enjoyed getting to know Will, his office staff members, and the guys that worked on the kitchen. We were extremely impressed with the quality of materials and their ability to work within our budget. They were great helping us come up with a design and colors that worked well with our existing decor. In addition all subcontractors were knowledgeable and courteous as well as neat. The work was completed quickly with a respect for how painful a remodel can be while living in the space. We highly recommend this business.

I can not express enough what a wonderful experience this was working with Shane and kitchen solvers. These guys deserve far more than five stars. From start to finish I was completely impressed with Shane and every single worker that came into my home. I have done many remodels before and I will say this was by far the most pleasant. Shane not only had incredible ideas, he never said he couldn't do something I wanted on the design. I knew exactly up front what all the costs were and there was not a single hidden charge. Shane continuously followed up with me. He deserves a huge reward for having to adapt to all the other things going on in my home. Lisa was also fantastic to work with in the office as I picked out cabinets and colors. Kitchen Solvers raises the bar and sets the standards higher than I have ever seen with a contractor. It was a great experience. Shane keep in touch with us regularly throughout the entire project. His employees and contractors were professional, experienced, and arrived when we expected them.

We wish we could give them more than 5 stars. We can't even express how happy we are with our kitchen. It was a great experience, quality work. William kept us up to date on the next steps. The onsite crews left the areas clean every day so it minimized the disruption to our home throughout the project. William is incredibly responsive and is always available to answer questions. Kitchen Solvers is the ultimate example of professionalism, expertise and customer service. A closet space builders pass as a pantry was removed and replaced with a tall cabinet with roll out drawers that effectively tripled our space. We installed a drawer system with a soft close feature that assures doors close slowly, eliminating noise. We're very happy with a corner lazy susan in the new island where we store a ton of things that normally would take up counter space. The cutlery drawer insert, the knife block drawer insert and the spice rack tier organizer are recommendations that helped build our dream kitchen. We are enjoying every aspect of our new kitchen and laundry room.

Smoothly....Kitchen Solvers' strong suit is organization and attention to detail. They use top quality sub-contractors for electric, plumbing, drywall and tile. We were pleased with the quality of their work and also with their responsiveness in solving a few problems along the way.

This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. From my initial phone call to final inspection, they did exactly what they said they would, showed up when they promised, and finished the job exactly on time. We only wanted to update in order to get our home ready to sell, and they gave us great advice all while staying within our budget. The finished product is beautiful. Honest, ethical, knowledgeable, professional...I absolutely recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

On his first visit, William struck us as believing strongly in his company's products and level of service and as someone who does his best for his clients, not only in presentation but also in execution. He was focused on making us as well-informed as possible rather than giving us the hard-sell treatment that we had experienced from others. He was willing and able to answer all our in-depth questions about his products and their comparative pros and cons. Lisa in the office/showroom was extremely helpful and responsive and spent a lot of time helping us choose products. Unusually, I was able to find exactly what I wanted and was able to take samples home to make sure they worked aesthetically. When William came back to do in-depth measurements he saw that all our doors, even the pairs, were different sizes; however, he absorbed the extra work this created and honored our original quote. He was on-site when appropriate to give his team direction and make sure we were happy with everything. Our smallest concerns were taken seriously, addressed immediately and he made sure we were happy with the results. His team were very able and professional.
