Very professional. The quality of work was excellent and will use them when I remodel my master bath.

The gentleman came to our home and looked at our cabinets. We were looking into resurfacing the cabinets. He gave us an estimate for both resurfacing and replacing. Unfortunately, he only had a couple of doors to show us the color of the door fronts he would be using for both the resurfacing and the replacement. He said that he also had granite and could bring some to show us. We wanted to go to his showroom to see what they had, but unfortunately, their showroom was in the back of their vehicle. Everyone knows that granite varies greatly from slab to slab so a 4x6 piece did not tell us anything. We decided not to go with them strictly for the reason that we would not be able to see what we were getting until it was installed, and then it would be too late! William was very nice and personable, but we just couldn't in good conscience spend that kind of money on something that we could not see or control.

William came out promptly for an estimate and had detail estimate that evening. His price was comparable with most of my estimates. William was very thorough with his explanations and easy to work with. He told me it would be 4 weeks until cabinet doors were in and that's exactly what happened. It took 2 weeks to finish and he was always here. At the end of each day he left the work area clean. The whole project came in at what he quoted except for a few things I added to initial quote. My kitchen looks fabulous and I would recommend Kitchen Solvers to all my friends and family. Very professional and easy to deal with.

We signed the contract with William on June 18. 2013, and he indicated the job would begin in 4 to 6 weeks. He also indicated the job would be completed in 4 to 6 days. The job began on Monday, July 29, 2013, and it was completed on Thursday, August 1, 2013. William and his workers were meticulous in cleaning up each day, and they made sure that we were apprised of every step taken. In addition, we had the lighting in the kitchen redone at the same time. William helped us by recommending an electrician, Bob Hoover with H&D Electrical, INC in Largo, Florida 727-461-7286. Bob came and gave us an estimate and scheduled the work to coincide with the cabinet remodeling. The work was completed in a few hours in a professional manner. Also, the price for his services was reasonable. Finally, the plumbing for the sink, dishwasher, etc. was disconnected by William. However, he indicated that according to code the plumbing needed to be reconnected by a plumber. He recommended All American Plumbing in New Port Richey (727-943-8300). Chris the plumber came on August 2, 2013 and did the reconnection. He was professional, and he was neat and clean in his work. Also, the price was reasonable. William went beyond what was required to make the remodeling job a pleasant as possible. He also did some extra things by cutting and replacing some tile work and removing a ceiling that needed replacing. As and added service, he recommended Stuller Drywall (727-789-1972) to drywall the areas where the lights had been removed. This work has not been completed at this time. However, I am sure that they will do a good job. I would recommend William and his group to anyone. James Hundley Palm Harbor, Florida.

William and his crew showed up when scheduled and quickly and neatly demoed the kitchen removing all debris and leaving us with one of the cleanest construction sites I have ever seen. All construction proceeded on schedule with each one of the tradesman that Kitchen Solvers uses being very professional, friendly, and the best in their field. When the occasional problem would show up William would handle it in a calm cool fashion. When William would call and want an opinion how we should space this or place something else I knew his judgment was the best way. William takes great pride in his work and the end product shows the attention to detail and the way a true craftsman does the job right.

William at Kitchen Solvers used his expertise to solve our kitchen countertop dilemma. We wanted to replace our countertops. We were not sure how the island bi-level countertop was constructed and what support would be available. The back of the island had previously been refaced by another company that did not do countertops. We did not want to damage the work already completed. William was confident he could replace the laminate counters with a new laminate we had selected. He worked with a laminate specialist and took measurements. We were concerned about seams and William assured us there would be no seams on the top surfaces. William worked with our schedule. He said it would take three days, and it did. The first day the old countertops, tile backsplash and dishwasher were removed and the new countertops installed. Due to the construction of the island bar, they laminated the top of the island bar countertop in place. They did an excellent job. William did a good job coordinating the workmen. The second day the plumber was scheduled to install the new dishwasher, sink, faucet and disposal unit, and the electric work was done. The tile setter arrived on the third day to install the new backsplash. The tile work came out beautifully. We asked him to replace a couple of the floor tiles in front of the dishwasher since part of the cement floor was now exposed. He readily agreed to take care of this concern. The contract covered the laminate, tile work, removal and replacement of the range hood. The plumber and new disposal ($612) and electrician ($210) were not included in the price and were paid directly. William asked us to purchase the sink, faucet and backsplash tiles. This was good since we were able to select styles we liked. However, you need to allow yourself time when scheduling the work to make sure the items are on hand when the work begins. William patiently answered all our questions, and responded quickly to follow-up emails. All work was done on schedule, and areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the whole process. William is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We love the new countertops and backsplash. We would recommend this company without hesitation and happy we found them on Angie's List!

As a member of the Property Committee of the First Presbyterian Church of Saint Petersburg, Florida, I oversaw the refurbishment of the church office reception area. In that capacity I contacted Kitchen Solvers to resurface the reception counter and work surfaces. They did an outstanding job in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superb job.

We started speaking to William about 9 months ago. We could not decide on color or style of cabinets. William was very patient and came back several times showing us cabinet styles, colors & different countertop types. We wanted better functionality with our cabinets. William had many suggestions. After much research, some travel & even a surgery we were ready to go. The demolition of the old kitchen & the installation of the new cabinets went very quickly. They cleaned up everything so well every day I could hardly tell they were here. The installation of the new countertop was perfect. The faucet, new appliances & cabinet handles/pulls look so classy compared to the old kitchen. The functionality is exceptional. I can get to all of my things and don't have to bend so much to reach my pots and pans. Little touches like the under-the-counter lighting, the moulding at the top of all the cabinets & the trim moulding inside the tray ceilings are such bonuses. The whole kitchen makes us smile evertime we walk in! The only negatives I would have to mention is that Kitchen Solvers is growing so they do have more than just William and Shane doing all of the work & the resposiveness to questions I had was less than excellent. I had a lot of questions and some days I didn't get all of my requested answers. All-in-all they were very professional and did a super great job!!!!

We were in the market to get our kitchen redone. After several consultations from other companies (many over priced or under priced not providing my must haves or a crappy version of my must haves) , I decided to join Angie's List and found Kitchen Solvers. They received great reviews so I gave them a call. William was my contact person and a complete professional from the start. They were able to provide me with an affordable, quality kitchen with all my must haves at the right price point. They were done in 3 days. William's team was great and very professional as well. They did a great job cleaning up after each day and worked constantly. I would and already have recommened Kitchen Solvers to serveral friends and neighbors. They all love my kitchen and mention the quality of the workmanship.

I cannot say enough about Kitchen Solvers and my experience with them. I worked with William Newkirk, one of the principals of the company's local franchise. He was great, as were all of the contractors he brought in. The work was exceptional. The tile work was beautiful, the refacing was gorgeous. Same with the electrical and drywall. There were (as seems to be customary with any project like this) a couple of little setbacks/challenges, but William is a guy who is up for any challenge and no matter what the issue was, he handled it calmly and professionally. He is still working on finding me a replacement sink to fit in a pre-existing granite cutout, and I am confident he will come through on this. Communication is a strong suit with William. If he didn't call, he sent a text message. I consider this to be so very important when you're embarking on a construction project. William did not disappoint. The project took a bit longer than originally estimated, and he seemed very concerned that this occurred. To me, not a big deal, but the fact that he was so apologetic about it was pretty impressive to me. Would I use them again? In a heartbeat. In fact, I already showed them the next project - the guest bathroom.

William drew up the plans very quickly, got me the estimate which I felt was very reasonable. Initially there was a short delay because I had chosen a color that was being discontinued and was not available in large enough quantities. I appreciated the fact that they were able to do the work around my office hours so that there was no interruptions in our work schedule. Because of this the job had to be done in stages. The installers worked efficiently and quickly. The installation was done well overall, but there were some problems with fit and finish, drawer and door alignments, etc. However, William came in and made a list of all the issues and then he and the crew came back in a timely fashion and corrected everything to my satisfaction. The whole job ended up being spread over close to a month but again, that was primarily due to having to work around my office hours, plus the holidays and they were apparently also very busy with other jobs. (Which to me is a sign that they are doing something right). Overall, I was very pleased with the results. William was very professional, always responded quickly to my calls, questions and concerns. I would definately trust him to do a cabinet job in my home.

The story from start to finish is told above, but the experience we had with Kitchen Solvers and William and Shane was really beyond belief. My husband and I were impressed with William and Shane's expertise when they first visited our home to assess the kitchen situation, take measurements, etc. At that time, we were mostly interested in refacing all of our cabinets because we hated the thought of throwing out basically good, solid cabinets from the 1950s. No argument from them on that point. However, as the project preceeded and appliances needed to be moved to enlarge the feel of the kitchen, William suggested that replacing the lower cabinets would be more cost-effective, and we agreed. This enabled me to get 2 super lazy susans, a pullout trash bin, and a pullout spice rack, about which I was thrilled! So, we cannot say enough about the excellent craftsmanship of the actual product, plus the fine workmanship by William and Shane, not to mention their polite demeanor and pleasant personalities. They were a joy to work with throughout the project!

William and Shane were on time, professional and detail oriented. They cleaned up the work areas at the end of every day and completed the work in a timely manner despite having to work around the house painters. Their work is exceptional. We are having them remodel our master bath in the near future. A friend decided to use them for her kitchen remodel based on the fabulous job they did on our kitchen. They installed two of the old cabinet doors on an office built in at no extra cost to me. They are very easy to work with and their work is exceptional.

This company is fantastic. From start to finish, we were very satisfied. They were professional, polite, patient with any questions and always showed up on time everyday. The workmanship was superb. At the end of each work day, the mess was completely cleaned up. Our next remodel is two bathrooms and we will not hesitate to use them again.

Shane came to our house whenever I had a question as to the design or product. He was patient as I figured out what it was I wanted and gave his advice when solicitated. His price was fair as I received several other estimates. The quality of cabinetry in the master bath is very high. The laundry room cabinetry was lower end but looks amazing as well. Shane and William installed the cabinets themselves and are especially careful with their surroundings and the cabinets. I believe they could be more fastidious than I am! They are very organized and nice people overall.

It went great. I had three companies do estimates, their price was in the ball park of the others, and we chose Kitchen Solvers for a number of reasons: 1) National franchise with a good reputation. 2) Great reviews on Angie's list. 3) The fact that Shane and William are the owners AND would be ones doing all the work. 4) Extensive selection of very nice solid wood doors. 5) First impression was that they were both professional and honest, which proved to be true throughout the installation. So we were on a tight schedule and wanting to get all the work done on our home before we moved in. The cabinets were the last thing in the large list of upgrades that had to happen. Shane and William were very good about working with us on the schedule and making sure we were happy. They went to great lengths to expedite the shipment of our cabinet doors when they were delayed (due to holidays and the intricate nature of the design) in order to meet our schedule. Unlike the other places, with Kitchen Solvers you have the same guys who come do the estimate are the same guys doing the install. They did a wonderful job and everything came out better than expected. We were a little worried about choosing the design in the beginning, so Shane special ordered a couple sample doors of the designs we liked, in the same wood type and stain that we were interested in. That gave us a much better idea of what the doors would look like, but we were still a little uneasy on how everything would look once the work was done. Let me say that it turned out AWESOME. My wife and I couldn't be happier, and when we are ready to do other cabinets in our home, we will definitely be using Kitchen Solvers. I would recommend them to anyone, because the quality of work and attention to detail they provide to the home owner.

Starting w/ the initail vs for the quote and ending w/ the last day of finsih up, Bill and Shane were top notch from start to finish.Their work was superb, they were always timely and always cleaned up each day.I never felt ill at ease when they were in our home alone..They were truly the PERFECT contractors.I would recommend them highly

William and Shane were very courteous, professional and polite. Their workmanship is top-notch; I did not have one single problem with the quality of their work. I corresponded with them a lot via email, which worked out really well for my schedule. During installation, they were patient and friendly with our old chocolate lab Mocha, who loves to lay in the middle of the kitchen floor whenever someone is in there working and had to be moved out. (I think Mocha misses her new friends!) I would not hesitate to use them again. My kitchen came out beautiful. I am planning on getting some work done on my bathrooms and will be calling them again!

I just had my kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Solvers. The price was very reasonable, the quality of the Oak cabinets are excellent, and most of all, it was completed in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results. Shan and William are very professional and they paid great attention to detail. My kitchen looks absolutely beautiful now with new Oak cabinets, tile backsplash, and Quartz countertop. I highly recommend this company.

We chose the full refacing job with crown molding and new dove tail drawer boxes. Once the cabinet fronts, hardware and moulding were in, William and his brother were there every day, from about 8:30 to 5 pm. They cleaned up daily and I could tell this was going to be an exceptional job, and it was. Once we get our tile work completed and painting finished, I will be taking some pictures and try to add them to this report. If you don't meet with Kitchen Solvers and at least consider them, you are missing out on one of the best cabinet refacing companies in the Tampa Bay area.

Prompt and responsive.Maintained good communication throughout.Arrived when they said they would. Basically this company resolved some problems I had as a result of a sloppy cabinet installation/refacing from Candlelight(another cabinet company) a few years ago.Doors drooping, hinges loose,hinges not secured properly. Sean evalualated the problems and fixed them.Problems solved.I guess that is why they are called Kitchen Solvers Kitchen Solvers were knowlegeable,dependable,thorough and pleasant. If only they had been on Angies List 4 years ago I wouldn't have needed them now. Do yourself a favor and call them for your kitchen remodelling projects. You won't regret it. Thanks Sean!
