Description of Work: Excellent job. Fair price. Replaced all the windows in our 60 year old house. Installation was done, timely, professionally. They cleaned up,every night sometimes working 14 hours a day to finish in 3 days. Over 35 Windows replaced.

Description of Work: The bottom line is that the door was installed, it works properly and looks fine. I ordered the $999 Big Deal 5/20 and did not hear from Karoly for the first a few days so I called. No response, called again. Karoly came out to inspect the job 5/29 and said they would need to do some work on the opening, so the price went to 1,549. I agreed. About a month went by and after calling a few times they arrived late in the day to install the door. They were finally done around 8:00. The inspection failed because the screws used to install the door were not flush. They argued with us about the inspection - not my problem. Another three weeks went by before they finally came back to address the inspectors concerns. The entire process lasted about 2.5 months. We are satisfied with the final product, but it should have gone much smoother.

Description of Work: I liked my experience with them from the very beginning. Mr. Karoly comes across as just a genuine, nice person. They installed 5 windows for a very fair price. As you might expect, there was a small problem with the windowsill breaking on one of the larger windows. Though they did not have to address it, they made it right. A good installation is a great experience. Fixing an issue before they left made it very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I will use them again.
