They arrived on time and were neat and extremely clean and courteous. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Karoly is not a window and door salesman. He is a window and door expert. Everything went just as he said it would. His people are first class....very responsive....thorough....and do good work. We have used him twice. On both occasions the inspector pointed out that they had gone above and beyond!

The estimate process was very professional and person was very knowledgeable. Several options were discussed to make sure I was making an informed decision. The installation only took 1 day which was very convenient. After install, I was walked to each window to verify I could open them and went over several features of the windows. The team made sure I was satisfied with the cleanliness and installation before they left. Would definitely hire again.

Karoly was great from start to finish. The entire staff was professional and the installers were unbelievable. It was a big job and they were here an entire day but they were always professional and did an amazing job with our new windows and doors. The finished products look great. I would hire Karoly again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

They never responded till 3 days later

I obtained about 8 bids to install hurricane standard windows and doors. Karolyn was the last bid and ended up about 10% below the next lowest bidder. It was a pretty big job with 17 windows and three large sliding doors. The ordering process and subsequent installation went exactly as promised. We were very pleased with the workmanship and overall buying experience. I highly recommend this company!

Very professional installation and follow up. Their quote was very fair and the product is excellent, plus visually beautiful. Karoly helps out when necessary to get the job finished in a timely manner.

Very professional and excellent service. Installers did a very clean job in installing three storm windows and they passed the inspection in the town of Gulfport, Florida on the first inspection. Gulfport is very strict in their requirements. Karoly also met the lowest price of another company.

They will only install doors purchased from them.

Pricing and selection was very clear, we were looking at several window manufacturers they helped provide clear differences between the major brands and easy to understand pricing. We decided on two to get exactly what we wanted and Karoly was very helpful. Office was very easy to work with and always answered the phone with helpful answers to questions. Only issue we had was work was suppose to take 5 days and ended up dragging out more days over a couple weeks. But this was a huge job and expected some hiccups. The windows needed no paint inside or out with great finishing. Workers courteous and clean.

Went well. One door was installed wrong. It took a while, but they ordered a new door and made it right.

Karoly’s team was efficient and professional. They installed 12 windows and two sets of sliding glass doors.The windows and doors look awesome. The team made sure they cleaned up before leaving each day and finished on schedule. I’m now going to get a entry door and outer side door installed by Karoly.

Karoly and his team were efficient, thorough, professional and courteous through all phases of the job from our initial meeting to the installation of the final window. Karoly went above and beyond to insure our needs were met and questions and concerns addressed. The office staff was extremely professional and responsive. When they couldn't answer a question they would refer it to Karoly and he would get back to us. The installation team worked efficiently and did a good job cleaning up after they were done. Over 2 dozen windows and doors were installed to our satisfaction with the exception of two which had minor manufacturers defects. Karoly's staff worked with the manufacturer to order replacement windows and they were installed soon after they were received. I highly recommend Karoly and his team to anyone interested in getting quality hurricane windows and doors at a fair price. It was a pleasure working with him.

I could not be more pleased. I love my new doors. Installation was precise. Price was competitive. Installers were courteous and professional. I also love that they have a process to get an estimate online.

once they got started everything went very good. big problem with communication with the contractor. i never could get a firm date and time when the project would begin. it took five days from the original start date,

Karoly was top notch from estimation thru installation. Very professional and excellent workmanship. Having been in construction for most of my life, I was very observant of how the installation went, how the windows and doors looked after, how they operated and how the crew worked together, how efficient they were and how well they cleaned up after themselves. All of the above was A+. We had been warned to expect a lot of dust everywhere and to cover everything, That was not the case with Karoly. The crew minimized that by using fans and the methods they used during the demolition phase of removing our old windows. County inspectors were pleased with installation and all passed with no issues. We are quite pleased with the windows and especially that we chose Karoly as our contractor. We got 5 quotes and sales pitches before choosing them. A+ rating is well deserved!

Karoly was great. Very efficient process with a four man crew and they finished in one day. Everything was cleaned up and very good workmanship. They were lowest out of 4 estimates and had the shortest wait list for the install.

Went well. Office staff was very accommodating/professional and Karoly made a home visit with excellent presentation on products and services to be performed. After proposals from 5 different vendors I had Karoly rated in the top two of my choices (both prices were very similar) and we just decided to go with a different vendor that had proposed PGT windows, my first choice of product. Karoly had initially recommended Simonton windows. He did offer to switch to PGT but we had already committed by that time.

Work went like clockwork from the quote phase to installation. For someone that travels a lot on business, their attention to detail, proactive communication, and punctuality were very much appreciated. Strongly recommend Karoly for window and door replacements.

Karoly Windows & Doors did a fantastic job installing new hurricane rated windows and sliding glass doors at my home. The owner personally came out to take measurements and give me a quote. The job was completed on the schedule day, and the workers were extremely professional and efficient and left everything spotlessly clean. The office staff was also great to work with. And the product (Simonton Stormbreaker Plus) is excellent! I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend it.

Days after submitting online form, they finally responded they have a ten window minimum. Why not put that on their website and save everyone's time?

I appreciated that the owner himself Karoly comes out to measure and give the estimate. We had gotten other estimates but decided to use them after meeting him and having had him answer all our questions. Additionally, we were given addresses f recent jobs and spoke with satisfied customers. All the work was done as promised , on time and easily passed inspection. I highly recommend them.

Owner Karoly is a hard working man. My initial quote was done more than a year ago really late into that evening. I couldn't believe he was still out on the road. His price is good but I did not go with him just because of the decent price. I saw good reviews on Angie's list and I trust these reviews. He has very good installers and they work hard. They are punctual professional and very attention to detail. The only thing I would like to point out is that they are a bit hard to communicate due to language barrier but that is not their fault. I wish I could speak Hungarian! The office staff are extremely responsive, professional and friendly. Danalyn and Cynthia will stop whatever they are doing to help you and address your concerns. They are just wonderful. Now I have beautifully installed double pane windows that the house is so quiet and also energy efficient. I would highly recommend Karoly Windows & Doors!

Website promises an "instant quote" but it is just a ruse to get your info so they can contact you over the phone. Either way, when they finally called, I was put in touch with someone named Moreemi who said he can give me a quote over phone if I sent him pictures of the house. I sent him the house pictures and he promised a quote the next day. That was the last I heard from him. They wasted my time and lost a 15k sale.
