THE JOB WENT VERY WELL. THE OWNER AND HIS TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME COMING FROM TAMPA AREA TO ORLANDO AREA WHICH IS ABOUT 2 HOURS AWAY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. PICK UP ALL TRASH AND LEFT THE AREA CLEANED AND ORDERLY. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.

I received quotes from 4 window replacement companies. Karoly was the only one that didn't come across as a used car salesman. He quoted me his prices, told me about the windows, answered all my questions and left it at that for me to make my decision - no pressure at all! Karoly was very professional and did great work for a fair price. Only negative things I could say is that the door I wanted was quoted on their website as certain price but when he came out he said the website has not been updated with new pricing and it was a couple hundred more. I feel he should have gave me the price listed on website and to this day his website still shows the old pricing. Also, I wish his crew would have cleaned up a bit better. I found about 10 metal plates, a handful of shims and a sweaty tshirt. Both things were alittle annoying but not a complete deal breaker for me. Karoly showed up when he said he would, did great worker for a fair price and got me the info for warranty & rebates quickly and efficiently. For me, those qualities outweigh the couple of minor annoyances. I am considering replacing another exterior door and will definetely use Karoly again if I do. Although next time I will call for pricing instead of assuming what is listed on the website is correct.

I contacted Karoly for quotes and to see what brands of windows he had to offer. Although he was out of town, he called me within an hour. I was able to send him the dimensions of the 10 windows I needed and photos of the ones I thought might be a problem (structurally). He returned a quote to me within 1 day and was willing to come to the house the day he returned from out of town. Karoly provided me with quotes for the 10 windows (different sizes) for 2 brands. I requested other quotes when he returned and received them within an hour or 2. His prices far beat out anyone else's! As of today I have not had Karoly install the new windows because we had to re-budget due to other, more immediate, home repairs. I do plan to have him install our new windows in a few months. My experience with Karoly so far has been excellent. He is professional to the max! He was amazingly quick to respond and patient with all of my questions and requests for quotes.

Left message which was returned promptly. Karoly stopped by next day and went over options available, benefits, pricing, etc. We decided to use his services based on his professionalism and product knowledge. Windows were ordered and ready for installation a few weeks later. Install was a full day and his crew cleaned up and left the site just about as they found it, with new windows of course. Only some minor touch up paint was needed. Wish all vendors could be this professional. Windows are fantastic! Doors are next....

We replaced all the windows in our house with dual pane windows for hurricane season. We first received an estimate from Window World which the price was acceptable. Forget about the $199.00 per window they advertise. Next we got a quote form FAS windows and a 2 1/2 hour lesson on Simonton Windows. After reading the J.D. Powers review on windows I was sold. We then received a quote from Karoly Windows that matched Window Worlds price and blew away FAS price for the same Simonton windows. They showed up on Monday at about 10:30 am and worked throughout the day until 8pm. My concern was hiring a small company, but I found out the warranty is with Simonton windows which made me feel better. I received great windows and great service. Thanks Karoly

First of all, Karoly is the "Einstein" of door and window installs. I know what I am talking about because I am a repeat customer. I would never think of letting anyone else enter my home and begin a project of this magnitude except Karoly, Steven and Norbert because they are technically proficient, detail oriented, and superior in their knowledge of installations. From the moment they arrive until they time they leave, they work diligently and cautiously to do a superior job. What is also amazing is how clean the home was when they were done. It was as if the cleaning service just finished cleaning! I have custom drapes from Calico Corners hanging in front of every window they replaced (5), and Hunter Douglas vertiglides in front of those, so you can imagine my concern before they began their magic. I am looking at my beautiful PGT sliding glass doors and drapes right now, and I can tell you, only the "Einstein" of windows and doors could make the window treatments look like they have never been touched. Beautiful job guys. You are the best.

I got a few estimates which meant that I had an opportunity to communicate one on one with the companies and get detailed info regarding the custom window install. I was most impressed with Karoly's professionalism, knoiwledge and reports on Angie's list. He is a small business owner and does the installs along with his team. I got the best price, the best service and could not have asked for more neat, clean and respectful installers. Karoly was very easy to work with and is very responsive. He cares for his customers and his business.

From the estimate to the installation of the windows it was a great experience!

Unfortunately, we were not able to go forward with our window replacements but I do want to thank Karoly and his assistant for being prompt and professional. I received an email and phone call from Karoly's assistant within hours of contacting them. His assistant was able to schedule Karoly to come to our home on a Saturday. Karoly spent a significant amount of time with us and explained our options; he even drove us by homes in the area that he had replaced windows. The reason we did not go through with the replacement is because I could not decide on the style/design of window's I'd like. I will contact Karoly once I get my design ideas in order.

Karoly Windows and Doors was top notch from start to finish. We give him a 5 star rating. He gave a complete itemized quote, answered all questions and gave a fair price. Karoly and his team were focused and worked together timely and efficiently. There was no mess left at the end of the job. They even vacuumed to make sure everything was cleaned up. The office staff was also knowledgeable and competent. Could not ask for better service.

Karoly replaced three custom sized wood-frame windows which were rotting with new double hung vinyl windows. His pricing was excellent compared to other quotes we received and he was extremely professional & knowledgeable. Once we gave the go-ahead, our windows were ordered immediately and installed within two weeks. We are very happy with the work. Karoly & his worker arrived within the agreed upon time frame and completed the work quickly. They also cleaned up after the work was completed. With our old home, most of our walls are uneven, and Karoly took great care to ensure everything lined up properly and looked uniform. We plan to use Karoly again to replace more windows in our home in the near future.

My project was new windows and sliding glass doors throughout my home. Karoly was responsive, punctual, and professional when he met with me. He answered all my questions (there were many) and explained his product(s). His company emailed me a very detailed estimate, which I really liked, so that I knew exactly what I was getting and what was included or extra. It gave a full description of each item, and materials were separated from labor charges. When putting new windows or doors on your home, it's important to be aware of items that affect the job (stucco damage, material clean-up, what needs to be taken down/cleared away prior to install, or put up again after install, etc). Out of four estimates, his was mid-range when comparing specific window mfr./brand. I did not chose his company for the job because of the window manufacturer or brand ultimately selected; also I was unable to move existing furniture and window blinds myself; and the additional charges for stucco repair (if needed) and additional charges for re-install of blinds. However, if you are replacing windows/doors on your home, I would strongly recommend that you give him a call.

Karoly arrived promptly for his estimate. He was professional and detailed however brief which was greatly appreciated. His office staff was just as efficient and professional. The contract was signed, windows were ordered, permit secured and job completed in under a month. The job site was cleaned and debris removed. We could not have made a better choice. Do not hesitate to hire Karoly, he is the owner of the business and was involved in the entire installation.

Excellent service and professionalism. Work is extremely high quality. Karoly returned calls promptly and worked with us with the installation of the new window. Came to give estimates when convenient to us. Discussed options for windows and process clearly and provided all information and services at an excellent price. Contacted Mr. Karolyi and requested a quote and asked for a site visit to show and detail exactly what we wanted. He arrived and offered his expertise in our request and then offered his formal quote for the job. After accepting his quote we were promptly scheduled for our job (earlier than my wife and I expected). He arrived with all necessary hardware on time and began work with his team and they comported themselves in a very professional and friendly manner explaining everything as the job progressed. After job completion his team vacuumed and cleaned and swept the area and surroundings to return them to there state prior to the job beginning. After finishing the job Mr. Karolyi was more than happy to correct and deficiencies ie caulking , cosmetics, and our only regret is that he doesn't do other contracting work as we would certainly hire him again for any thing. We found his willingness to correct any problems both refreshing and surprising and hold him and his team in the highest regard. You will be pleased of that we are certain.

Contacted and provided opening sizes. Received estimate, agreed on price, visited to take precise measurements, ordered, and upon receipt were installed as promised. Included window opening build up and sill replacement. Professionally done.

We wanted the work done well and completed before the Christmas holiday. Karoly visited and provided a price on the spot - did all the needed measuring - and promised the work could be done in time. After that one visit the doors were ordered, and installed as he promised. We are thrilled with his work and his crews' work. They were very professional and paid great attention to detail. They went above and beyond with finishing it out. They cleaned up and took all the debris with them.

He provided the best estimate to being with. We talked a couple of times before we agreed to him doing the work. The project was done on time, very professional work. I am going to use Karoly for future remodel projects as well as it turned out to be a cost effective way to go with him and did not sacrifice in the quality department either.

Karoly and his team do a great job. His installers a truly craftsman. They are efficient and when all done you would not know they have been there except you have brand new windows.

Got quotes from three window companies to replace all my windows. Karoly was the lowest. Normally this would raise a red flag but after checking the reports on him on Angie's List, I decided to go with him. He was very patient as my approval from my HOA took over a month to come through. Once it did, I gave him a 50% deposit on my AmEx and he ordered the windows in mid-June. I told him that I had to leave Florida on July 11th and would be back sometime in August so there was a chance he may have to hold the windows if they didn't come in before I left. On July 10th, the new patio doors were installed. Took three guys all day to do but it was a nice job. Paid him the 2nd payment on AmEx that day. Of course, the day after I left, the rest of the windows came in. I returned to FL in August and Karoly installed all 8 windows (3 sets of double windows were replaced with a single sliding window) in one day. I was very happy in their work and the way they cleaned up. No problems there. What did cause me a problem was that he wanted a check for the 3rd and final payment. I was planning on using my AmEx as I had for the first two payments and didn't have my checkbook with me. I told him I could either send him a check when I returned home on August 23rd or I could have a bank check sent from my bank that would take about 4-5 days for him to get. He chose the bank check and everything was paid in full fine but I couldn't help feeling a little put upon by his sudden change in payment terms. Nowhere in his contract does it say that the final payment needed to be a check. I had carefully managed my AmEx charges to allow his final payment to fit into my budget by paying cash for other items I would have normally charged. I should have had several weeks before the AmEx payment would be due. Instead, I had to use cash immediately that forced me to reshuffle my entire month's budget. I was not happy about that. Other than that, I really enjoyed working with him. He returns calls and emails and does quality work. Takes all the old windows and debris away, too.

Karoly was very professional and easy to work with. Windows were installed approx 2 weeks after ordering, fast service. Installation went very well, took approx 5 hours. The install team was obviously very experienced and they cleaned up before they left. Planing to use them again next year when I do more of my windows. Had a small problem with one of the screens, Karoly came by the next day and took care of it. I am confident they will stand behind their work if any future issues pop up.

Karoly replaced my 50 year old window with new pgt aluminum windows. These windows are light years better than the home stores and higher quality than anything else we looked at. We had a couple of really tough windows but he did a good job always asked what he could do to make the installation better. He was shipped a wrong window for the project. Karoly installed it, reordered the correct window and installed it the second it came in. Never complained or grumbled or tried to change the price. No surprises or extras or add ons. A pleasure to work with. Karoly cares about his reputation unlike many in the building trades. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

As I alluded to above, I was fully intending on having Karoly over to the house however the company before him turned out to be personal friends of ours and we went with them.

Had another contractor (not on angie's list) come in and give an estimate on the project and his estimate for the windows only was $16,100. Needless to say we went to Angie's list to look for reviewed contractors and found Karloy. He had very high marks from his previous jobs so we asked for an estimate. Karloy was very responsive to email and phone contacts and came out within three days to make a formal estimate. His estimate on the same Simonton Reflection 5500 double hung windows with LoE - 366 glass as the first contractor's estimate was $6,400. With the substantial savings over the first contractor we had Karloy replace our front door as part of the project. From the time we signed the contract to the time he completed the work was a little over three weeks. On the day of the job Karloy arrived onsite with his four man crew and proceeded to efficiently remove all of the existing windows and the door. His crew worked very well together and they were very considerate of my home and were constantly cleaning up as the work progressed. Karloy and his crew finished the work in eight hours. We could not be happier with the outcome. We would highly recommend this contractor to our friends and family as he did what he said he would do in the time frame promised and at the agreed upon price. Very professional and easy to work with.

We met with Karoly and were immediately impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we needed. There was absolutely no pressure whatsover... even to the point of saving us money. Quotes were professional and detailed. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. We communicated via email and fax with no problems. He arranged everything and was instrumental in helping us pick out our front door. Again, no pressure, he was willing to do whatever we wanted. We went through a couple of quotes with Home Depot and Karoly came in $6,000.00 under there best quote AND for the same type of windows. Who can beat that? Nobody. I almost wish I had more windows to replace. He is a very honest and forthcoming individual. I think you will be pleased going with him. As with anything there are always a few little hiccups, but they are not even worth mentioning because Karoly stepped up to take care of everything. His service deserves more than A+.
