Excellent. Karoly himself came out and measured up house. No "games" estimate and straight shooter. Time from order to install was reasonable. Scheduled up an install period. Took a little longer than anticipated secondary to some outside issues, but...stuff happens. Karoly and his staff are VERY EFFICIENT and HARD WORKING! Very attention to detail. Product is excellent (guess I'll see how good they are on my next 2-3 electric bills). Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and care was taken not to damage anything. Passed inspection first go around. Still owed 2 screens which got misplaced, but...I have no reason to doubt Karoly will not get them here. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! Very personable! 5/28/2014 - Just a follow-up. Inspector had found 1 small deficiency to which was corrected promptly today (had to drive way out of the way to do this!) and replaced my screens today. Even county inspector commented on the good job done! I think you'll get the best value and best service and product from Karoly! Call him today!

Karoly and his team arrived on time. They removed all windows and installed 15 windows in a day professionally. Before they left, they cleaned up the site carefully. Thank you for their hard work. Simonton windows has good reviews and we look forward to see how these new windows work.

After getting several estimates and months of research, I decided to go with Karoly to replace all the windows in my house. His pricing and more importantly, the quality of the windows, could not be matched by any other company. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I found Karoly to be honest, knowledgeable and prideful of his work. His priority is customer satisfaction. Not only was Karoly easy to deal with, his staff was as well.

Requested a quote via the contractor's website; received a basic quote within 48 hours; then Karoly, the owner, personally came to our home to measure and provide a final quote. Karoly's final quote was very competitive when compared with the multiple quotes we received; but Karoly offered the JD Power recommeded Simonton windows; excellent work history (via Angie's List); and hands on approach were the deciding factors. The contract indicated that it would take 2-3 weeks for the custom double hung, dual pane, Simonton 5500 windows, to arrive at Karoly's office. Once received, Karoly contacted us to schedule the installation date; but the installation had to be rescheduled (pushed back a little over a week) due to the building permit/notice of commencement not being submitted by Karoly in a timely manner. To make up for the permit issue, Karoly sent us a high quality chocolate gift basket; which was very nice and greatly appreciated. Other than the permit issue, the installation of the windows went well and passed the building inspection with no issues. We intend to replace the other 5 windows and the sliding glass door in the next year; we will definitely use Karoly for that effort. Highly recommended!

Karoly was a pleasure from start to finish. We had all of our windows replaced in our home as well as changing sliding doors into french doors and replacing additional exterior doors. Karoly was punctual, professional and detailed. During installation Karoly and his crew were also very clean and respectful of our home and property. When I had a question during installation he always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood. I never felt like he was rushing. We had 6 different quotes from large companies to small companies and Karoly's professionalism and punctuality far exceeded all other businesses. We will use Karoly again when we replace our front doors. I will recommend Karoly to our friends, family and neighbors. He is one of the best contractors I have ever met and done business with. My experience with this company was fantastic. Great customer service,very professional and excellent workmanship. Karoly was on time for every appointment. Anytime we had a question he made himself available to answer either by phone or email. I HIGHLY recommend this company. During the installation I offered the workers lunch and they respectfully declined because they wanted to get the job done when they said they would. Karoly was recommended to me through a friend and now this is the only company I will recommend to others. Thank you again Karoly!!

They have been marvelous so far. The price and service was excellent. The quote was about $7000 or $8000. They responded in a timely fashion. The individual who came out to do the final measurements was the owner, and he exhibited a lot of integrity. They seemed extremely professional and knowledgeable. The installation may not be great, but I think it's going to be.

Karoly is very professional, all work is overseen by him and he does only quality work. Not only was I impressed by the speed and quality of work that was done, but also the fact that they cleaned up so well after themselves after the work was performed - something that many contractors seem to forget about. The price I was charged was very fair for what I got, and I would definitely use them again.

Karoly Windows arrived on time to install windows. They where very helpful and gave us good advice on what type of windows we needed. The windows arrived on time and installation proceeded without a problem. They where courteous and punctual. They went out of their way to explain how to clean and operate the window locks etc. Their price was very fair and we are happy with the job. Before they left they removed all trash, and left the house in good shape. I highly recommend them.

The work was excellent and very professional. While Karoly's price was not the lowest bid overall, his firm was the most responsive and he provided material upgrades and discounts the other bidders did not include. We requested a front door his firm did not stock. Karoly went out of his way to get the door we wanted and an acceptable price. We liked his attitude, work ethic and responsiveness, but most of all, we liked the fact he installed the product himself! All through the various job steps he kept us informed. The job was scheduled around our needs, not that of the contractor. Due to the quality of the work, we have asked him for a bid to replace all the windows in the house. I suspect he will underbid the big window firms in Orlando doing all the advertisement and the final product will be as good as the initial door installment. We look forward to working with Karoly Windows and Doors in the future.

All can say is they did a great job. After my relatives saw the work I think Karoly will soon have some additional work from my family. I would hire him again in a second.

Everything went great. They showed up on time and worked all day. They cleaned up after themselves each day. The work is immaculate. The doors and windows work and look amazing. Karoly is very professional and helped me work within my budget. We are renovating an apartment and we will have Karoly do the doors and windows. The materials are of great quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Karoly to everyone.

After replacing all of our home's windows a few years ago, we finally decided to replace the patio sliding doors. We got quotes from the big box stores as usual and a couple other vendors, including the vendor that installed our windows. Then we talked with friends that had used Karoly to replace their windows but after ours were already done. I found out that Karoly was also in Angie's List which to me means something. With my friend's recommendation and being on "The List", we had Karoly come by to give us a quote for the French door upgrade. Karoly was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, detailing his prior installation experience before starting his own company. His pride of business ownership really shines through. That means something as I have done the same in business. Plus, Karoly's price quoted was reasonable and included everything: permit, tear down, installation, cleanup and haul away old doors. The job was done in one day. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the doors for the price range we selected. Smooth fiberglass doors with two sidelights with composite frames. All caulking was complete except for the open screw holes that was to be inspected the following week to finish the permit paperwork. Karoly clearly states this requirement so there are no surprises. It was easy for me to finish caulking after the inspection. I wish I had found Karoly earlier to replace my windows, too! You can trust Karoly to do your job right at a fair price.

Look no further if you need to replace windows in your home. My house had the original aluminum single pane windows from 1962. Karoly replaced all 13 windows in my house with brand new Simonton double pane vinyl windows. The speed and quality of work were amazing. Karoly and his 2 man crew removed and replaced all the windows in under 8 hours. I could not be happier with the quality and workmanship. All debris was removed from the worksite, and I came back to a home with brand new windows. No hassles, no BS, just a job well done. Thank you Karoly, and I will contact you soon to replace my front door. I would not even think of using another contractor to replace my windows or doors.

Karoly was professional and extremely responsive from start to finish. With our measurements, he provided a rough estimate over the phone and then came to measure and confirm within several days of our call back, despite being located 2 hours from our home, The windows were ordered and delivered in the time frame promised and the installation went smoothly in less than a day. They cleaned up beautifully and gave us a through demonstration of the mechanics of the windows. No problem passing inspection. There was a small area of caulk detail needing attention we noticed post inspection and Karoly returned promptly without question to remedy that and double checked all the windows to be sure nothing was overlooked. We were extremely pleased with their price and work and will definitely call them back when it's time to replace the remaining windows.

Karoly was wonderful. He did a beautiful installlation. He needed to custom the outside finish work and didn't even mention charging more. I will definitely call him in the future for more windows.

Karoly was right on time for our appt in st.pete as well as the day of installation. Courteous and professional. The job was done in four hours. We will use him again for sliders in the future.

The work was fantastic. Karoly kept us informed and was responsive to all our questions. When we initially inquired Karoly came to our home and provided us an estimate that was very competitve to other businesses. After we indicated that we wanted Karoly to perform the work, he came back out and measured the doorway again to make certain all the dimensions were correct. After the door was ordered, it took approximately two weeks to arrive. Karoly immediately contacted us and set up a date an time to install the door. Karoly arrived on time and began working immmeidately. The workers were professional, courteous and took pride in their work. They took the time to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. After the work was performed, they cleaned the job site and left it in a better condition than when they began working. Overall it was a very positive experience and we are extremely satisified.

They showed up when they said they would. They had a few items missing from the window provider, but they re-ordered and did that work as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company highly.

First there were delays in obtaining the permit and then another delay because permit was incomplete. For the first installation the contractor was not here himself most of the time - he came to work on the sliding glass doors and then left - and the two other installers were not very professional. They did not protect floors and carpets properly and I had to remind them to do so. Cleanup was poor and windows were left dirty. However, for the second day of installation the contractor himself and an assistant did all of the work. I obtained four estimates for the job and his was the best while still using quality Simonton windows.
