Description of Work: Had a very strange experience with this company. I was seeking quotes to replace two sets of glass sliding doors. I reached out to 4 different companies for quotes. The three other companies send people to my house, took measurements and got me quotes a couple of days later. Karoly did things differently. I was sent a quote without anyone coming to my house. The quote was the highest one received and proposed additional panels that none of the other vendors saw as needed. I emailed them explaining that their proposal was not consistent with the others. I received a call the next day from an installer who heard me out and gave me another approximate cost for the work, again higher than the others. I told him that I did not want a guess, but rather an actual quote based on accurate measurements so I could make a decision on who to go with. He told me he would call me back to schedule something for the weekend. Never heard back. I know they provide these instant quotes to speed things along and claim that they are pretty accurate, I guess I fell in that small percentage where its not that accurate and it just proved to take to long for me. My project was urgent as the glass in the doors is separating from the frame and it is now a safety issue. I just didn't have the time to wait for someone to come out several weeks after I placed the initial call. They have great reviews from others, so maybe im the exception. I just didn't work out for me.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows and doors. Beautiful prairie lite windows. Noise is certainly reduced and cooler bedroom which gets the sun. |Workers very knowledgeable. Karoly assisted on French doors but rest was done by his 2 guys. |Karoly took care of my concerns immediately. You see, I am rather picky and wanted everything perfect. He made it right. | |I appreciate his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the business and mzke it right. I was not disappointed in the experience at all. | |You can get other estimates and talk to other businesses to feel like you did your due diligence. But you can also just call Karoly and forget the others.

Description of Work: Replaced leaky windows with hurricane safe windows. This is an outstanding company.

Description of Work: Replaced all of the windows and sliding doors in my home. They were very good, came from Tampa to do an estimate and went over everything. The windows had to be ordered. The installation process was very professional. Karoly oversees all the work and makes sure things are done right.

Description of Work: In addition to the Big Deal sliding glass door (which was upgraded), we also bought two French doors and four windows. They installed them all perfectly, and were very professional and thorough. We were very pleased with their work.
