MS ZABROCKI CHARGED $200.00 FOR AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT OF DECORATING POSSIBILITIES, EVEN THOUGH I ELECTED NOT TO USE HER SERVICES. SHE SUBSEQUENTLY SENT A WRITTEN LIST OF HER IDEAS FOR MY HOME, IN ORDER TO RATIONALIZE HER CHARGE. I WAS NOT PLEASED ABOUT THE CHARGE OR THE LETTER. ALSO, MS. ZABROCKI WAS NOT OPEN TO MY PERSPECTIVE ON DECORATING MY HOME.
Description of Work: MS. ZABROCKI DID AN INITIAL ASSESSMENT OF DECORATING POSSIBILITIES IN MY HOME.
