He showed up, found the problem in minutes (bad capacitor), had a replacement part on his truck and fixed it quickly. He also found a couple of jets malfunctioning and tweaked them into working. Does not overcharge. i HAVE USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE - HE THE ONLY ONE I EVER USED THAT KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!

John is the third in a series of spa repair guys - he is the first and only to find the mystery leak the others could not. In fact, it seemed to jump out at him as soon as he opened the access cover. In fact, he found two leaks within minutes - the second was created by the last spa man when he put in a new motor. It appears that in the spa service business there's a very short list of alert, sharp operators. John Wagoner is sharp and knows his stuff. How it went with all three contractors - 1 - London Pool and Spa fixed the leak that I pointed out but missed the other. He also reversed the wires on a perfectly functioning motor and caused the motor to burn out 2 - The Spa Mechanic (hired to take over from London) diagnosed and fixed the fried electrical connections and replaced the motor the first guy screwed up ($535.00) - but wouldn't deal with the leak - and created a worse leak from his motor installation. 3 - John Wagoner / Advanced Spa Service - hired because Spa Mechanic and quot;doesn't do leaksand quot; .....immediately found the initial missing leak and also found and fixed the leak the second guy created. My only regret - I wasn't fortunate enough to find Mr. Wagoner in the first place. I am always impressed by people who really know their job - they are few and far between!
