Russell was prompt, professional, neat, and timely. Russell was also the representative who initially spent time with me in setting me up with a yearly termite protection plan, as well as the yearly pest control plan. He answered all of my questions completely and satisfactorily. This company was recommended to me by a close friend who has used J. D. Smith for many years and has been very happy with the results. The initial termite treatment was done was done by Rob in April and included Termidor treatment for subterranean termite protection and and foam treatment for drywood termite protection. I was very impressed with this technician, also.

My wife and I called him for dry wood termites in an very high value piece of furniture. Our home has many high value antiques that we were worried would be contaminated also. We wanted the whole home tented. Dave told us that tenting the house would cost $1900.00. He explained that it was an isolated infestion and chances of other pieces being contaminated was very slim. His advice was to remove and treat that one piece (much cheaper). His company does not do that type of work. We still wanted the house tented. Dave spent considerable time explaining why that would be a waste of money.

We have a dog, so we are interested in things that are safe that do not injure pets. The cost is very reasonable. It is $50 every other month, and that includes interior and exterior. The same man comes each month and we really appreciate him and like him. He does a fine job. He is very patient, occasionally if we are out of town and we miss the day, he gives us a call and we schedule it on another day. He has been great and we would give him top grades in every category. We have no complaints.

They are very reasonable at price. They are prompt. They send their renewals on time, there are no problems at all.

great for cost etc. but sloppy in placement of the tent, i cleared the foliage all around the house but they covered they covered 13 plants and killed them, my replacement cost is 10.00 a plant.

They did their job, we paid them and we haven't pests.

Dave is very careful and easy to talk to. He is very good with our animals. He's just great! I've used them for about 7 years or more and I've never had a problem.

We are impressed by this company, and especially by David Warner, who has been our on-site person for many years. He does superior work above and beyond the call of duty.

I CALLED FOUR COMPANIES TO QUOTE FOR THE WORK. JD SMITH WAS THE FIRST TO COME OUT, THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND FOLLOWED UP WITH ME EVERY TWO OR THREE DAYS TO MAKE SURE I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION I NEEDED. I CALLED THEM TO ASK QUESTIONS, THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS PROMPTLY. WE ULTIMATELY CHOSE THEM FOR THE PRICE AND ATTENTIVENESS.
